If publishing can't be stopped, unless he has stories and proof that she rapes children, anything else can be spun in her favor. What she thinks about other artists is probably what we all think about them, too, anyway. I'm sure those same artists have also said things about MC to their partners. It's not good to badmouth other artists but she didn't do that. Husbands, best friends, and parents are a free pass to vent because it's assumed they won't repeat it. If he does, it looks bad on him, more than her. The only part I can see being somewhat embarrassing is the part about her "sexual proclivities". It may be embarrassing for her because she's a private person but I doubt her proclivities are any different than the rest of us. I mean, I doubt she's into being pooped on or peed on. Even if she is, people are so desensitized nowadays that they'll be shocked and talking about it for a week, and then they'll move on to the next gossip. If anything this will hurt him more than her. Who would trust him after this? It makes him look desperate. Plus, by the time this book comes out she'll probably be done with the comeback and on a break so she can just go into hiding for a while. Honestly, I doubt people would pay money for this type of book. If anything people will tune in to Wendy for a sum up or rent it from the library. (Saturday 4 April 2015; 17:04)

Considering the ex's latest actions just confirms even more that he is a full blown narcissist. I hope that MC's lawyers tear his ass up. He makes it more obvious now, more than ever, that he was just using Mariah all along. I truly hope MC will get full custody of dem babies. He seems like a heartless user. He is mentally and emotionally abusing Mariah right before our very eyes. I can't imagine what he has done to them behind closed doors. I continue to send Mimi and her sweet babies love and positive healing energy. I have a feeling this whole situation is gonna get worse before it gets better. There is nothing "wrong" per se with being "fat". However Mariah must obviously think it is not as preferable as she airbrushes photos to make herself look much, much thinner. That is the source of the ridicule and that is the "lip-syncing" for the eyes to which I was referring before. Mariah clearly thinks herself that being "sexier" or "thinner" for want of better words is better for her career. So come on, Mariah, personal trainer, personal dietician and show Cannon exactly what he's missing. 2008 MC was simply astonishing. And on the subject of Cannon, it is reasonable and logical to assume that any prenuptial agreement and subsequent settlement would have had non-disclosure clauses or he will lose his cut and any earnings from any such disclosures. My wish is for Mariah to lose weight, not just for aesthetic reasons, but for health reasons. She developed GDM (Gestational Diabetes Mellitus) when she was carrying Roc and Roe. This is an established risk factor for developing diabetes mellitus in the future. Diabetes is a terrible disease with multiple microvascular and macrovascular complications if left uncontrolled. Once you are diabetic, you're diabetic for life. My hope is for Mariah to stay healthy and happy for the rest of her life. (Saturday 4 April 2015; 13:37)

Nick is a jerk but well nobody forces her to get married to a young man she barely knew after only 6 weeks of romance. She was in her late thirties when she met him, I would have thought that a mature woman would know better than that. Furthermore, if Nick is known as a cheater, what the hell a woman who is so insecure about her age and her image as Mariah would marry a man like him? Dear B, whether or not the book is ever published is almost irrelevant. The mere fact that the libellous treatment/synopsis is in the press undisputed is enough leverage for blackmail. Notice how all the false nasty rumours that's been put out about Mariah from circa 2011 until now are all being corroborated by Thirsty. What are the odds? At some point It became very obvious every single malicious attack of Mariah's character has been a tactic employed by the narcissist because he was building a case as far back as her pregnancy to get out of the marriage with maximum gains. There have been negative blind items floating around on websites and forums for years about Mariah where Thirsty always managed to remain untouched. Apart from that ridiculous planted story of him being some sort of drug kingpin that he only threw out there to divert attention from himself as the sourse gossiper. He's a manipulative and soul less creature IMO and I hope Mariah plays him out of any settlement because he's shown he's nothing but a bottomless pit when it comes to money. Someone who has no honour or any real human weaknesess or vulnerabilities can not be trusted to know right from wrong, let alone do right by his children's mother. He's a liar and a cheat and I despise the way he keeps emphasising how he will always be family, like it's a threat. I was the first person to take issue with fans and the media criticizing Mariah all the time on this post. Some of you here never gave her a break and are always impatiently wanting her to do things differently. You expect too much. Now you're complaining because she is too quiet. The woman is sad and she is creating a wall to deflect people hurting her. I grew up insecure just like Mariah. I can relate to how she feels when life becomes unfortunate. What is happening to her, I believe, is that she feels she can no longer please. She wants to please all but people bash her and are constantly creating a fence for her to overcome. Those who are insecure naturally lack confidence. We put a happy face and only trust those who are close. When those who we love hurt us, we recluse and hold it in. We also become quiet until we are ready. Waiting is ideal for her as a human being but she is different from me, in the aspect that she is a public entertainer and never has the freedom to have emotion without backlash. I would appreciate it if people here stop complaining so much about her taking time off and just be happy she is still in the business after 25 years. Also we need to stop constantly bashing her. Don't you dare try to use the "it's not bashing we can say whatever because you are not realistic and you're too positive" speech. That saying only works if you are not usually a complainer. Many of you are showing yourself as quite substantially and frighteningly unbalanced in your attitude toward Mariah through the Nick Cannon topic. "Nick is this evil thing, Nick is that evil thing." I never liked the guy because he acts like a child. His referring to her as "my wife" and not by the pronoun the entire globe knows her as told me a lot about him. However, he is the father of her children. She has not bad-mouthed him and I don't recall his doing so of her either. Mariah is a singer, not a religion, not a god you must defend blindly and attack all those of whom it is even merely suggested may not think her the second-coming and Mary-Poppins-practically-perfect. Sanity and reason ebb away here. So Nick divorced her. It is very possible that her actions contributed to the end of the marriage. But you'll never know if he was the sole wrong-doer or not. I think some of you actually believe Mariah to be an innocent victim of everyone ever in her life. It's probably not true. And note: this isn't an attack on her. I hope when Mariah does finally come back and release this new cd with the Vegas shows and everything else, it will shut a lot of us up in so many ways. I hope she does anyway because all this speculating we are doing is frustrating and we as fans don't all have the exact same vision of her and won't agree with each other on certain things. We know she can make unexpected returns and shock us, so I hope that is exactly what is going to happen. And the whole Nick revealing stuff in a tell all book, he has never bad mouthed her and has said he has the utter most respect for her no matter what they will always be family, so I doubt he will have anything negative to say about her in a book. Let's try to take our rose colored glasses off. The deal is a reality and Nick will not deny it because he can not. The deal was done several weeks ago and was supposed to be kept under wraps but an investigative reporter uncovered the story and ran with it. Anything Nick says to try to negate the existence or scope of his book deal will affect his relationship with S&S and he doesn't want that. He was hoping to collect his money from the settlement before any announcement of hid book deal but now that ship has sailed. Love to see him try to lie and back pedal his way out of this one. I agree with you on the most part, but how do you know Mariah didn't try to work for her marriage or fight for it? We don't know how long the marriage was bad or how long the both of them tried to work it out, I don't think it's fair to say that Mariah didn't try to save it. I don't believe all the gossip, Nick didn't say a bad thing and I don't think he will.
