Lee Daniels on MC / Thirsty (47,914) by Lee TS from USA Here's a sweet clip of Lee describing MC as his best friend in the beginning and again at the 2:36 mark. It would be awesome if he can really direct her in an incredible film and she's up for an Oscar supporting actress nod starring opposite Nicole Kidman, that would be something, lol. I learn to enjoy Nick and was happy for Mariah because she was happy. He always spoke great things about her and held her in the highest regards. But it really had me wondering when Nick was vying for the Richard Pryor role, and considering Mariah and Lee's relationship he sounded like he had it. He was doing the most with growing his hair out, looking older, and talking to the media dropping massive hints. I wonder if him not getting the role caused a rift in the relationship or if them splitting up influenced Lee's decision to choose another actor. Regardless he's Mariah's babydaddy so he'll always be part of her life, just hope they can be on good terms. (Saturday 15 November 2014; 1:50)

Mimi's idol, Aretha Franklin, was spilling insider tea back in 2012 (47,912) by Baby from Dreamville...Where There's No Beginning & There is No End It would seem Mariah was the last to know about Mr Thirsty and his idea of privacy. Queen Aretha all but spells it out in this clip at 02:25. Do you now see how integral Thirsty was and still is to all the noxious rumours that have been swirling around Mariah since 2011? How does someone of Mariah's stature and constitution fight soundbites originating from the one person presumably closest to her? Thirsty is a snake that slithered his way into her life for little more than a come up. Why else would he suddenly get that giant tattoo of her name on his back, nearly go broke buying her a diamond engagement ring mere weeks into their courtship, propose in the most grandiose of ways and get her to marry him after no more than six weeks of dating? Funny how tight lipped Thirsty was back then, to the point where his own family didn't know he was even on the same planet as Mariah, days after they were "secretly" married. He obviously knew "here a thing", for one, couldn't handle it. Funny how Mariah's people never had that problem. Every disgusting piece of tabloid and blog garbage that is mass reported about Mariah can be directly linked to Thirsty and his camp being the main source. I honestly can't wait for MC to have a nice Caribbean vacation after her Jazz festival gig in Jamaica. In fact, she should go island hopping, and if she happens to land on the Dominican isles for a fortnight, well, all the better. (Friday 14 November 2014; 20:58)

Shout out to the lambily (47,908) by Marissa from USA I just wanted to take a moment to shout out the lambily for continuing to support MC even though she's no longer technically in her peak. I am proud that we haven't given up on her and don't sit around moping about how we want 90s MC to come back. She still has plenty of value to give and deserves a supportive fanbase. Also I've been going to her tours since Rainbow so I can attest. I think for The Adventures Of Mimi she was 2.5 hours late at MSG. Also, really late for Charmbracelet as well. I'm sure most people will agree she's always late. BTW I know we don't mind because we're lambs, but trust me when she did those sold out shows in MSG, people were pissed. Concert tips and amazed by how good Mariah's voice is (47,902) by John john from UK Every concert I've been to with Mariah, she's never been late. Infact she was early on the last concert I saw. Only by 3 minutes. Lol. I've just seen about 50 clips of the Sydney show on YouTube. Wow, just simply amazing. Totally blown away by how at ease she is with her voice and relaxed on stage. Less diva more real. I really hope she comes to Europe. I will try and see as many shows as possible. Loving the new outfits too, love the curves. Love it or hate it but he's created some incredible catchy tunes. Never been a huge Taylor Swift fan but I first heard her new track Blank Space in the car and was instantly addicted. But then became Obsessed when I saw the video directed by Joseph Kahn. Where was this creativity for #Beautiful? I wish Mariah never works with that Indrani woman again, YME was a complete and total mess. All videos from here on out should be directed by her Aries brother Brett Ratner, only he brings out the best in her. Nathaniel on Australian radio about touring with Mariah (47,895) by Baby from Dreamville...Where There's No Beginning & There is No End His 5 minutes part comes on at the tail end of the 11/11 podcast from today. Unlike a certain Buffon, Nathaniel was very sweet and professional when he spoke of his experience. I hope he gets more international exposure. His tone is very pleasing to the ear. Who knew he could hold his own so effortlessly on a song as sacred as OSD? I don't know if even Trey has ever attempted that. Mariah even sang her parts a lot differently than I've ever heard, probably because she was responding to Nathaniel's foreign musicality. I really want them to do a proper duet in the studio. Hero performance (47,893) by Joe from United Kingdom Not to sound negative as Mariah's voice is now in much better shape and sounding great, but she usually lips the same lines in Hero which are the "way" and then "comes along" then "survive" and "hope is gone" in exactly that order. You can hear the tone switch from 2014 Mariah to a lowered version of the original studio version. Since someone asked. I'm sure she could hit those notes if she wanted to as she'll usually hit the exact same note two songs later, but I'm just happy that what is live is sounding good. Hero (below) not "lipped" (47,892) by Spir Ja from USA That was great. No that was all live, the transition phrases right before way were knocked out and improved, and that is a hard transition, but the money note she hit and held. Her voice is totally intact but it is, on the edges, like a bit of grated glass. It's from damage way back I think nodes. God bless Rye's professionalism and heart that she's sharing out there, live for all to see, I'm sure it's horrific for her to experience the playbacks at times, she's brave and I hope she talks about it someday. It's been a year (47,891) by Manny from U.S. A year ago exactly Mariah shared with us "The Art of Letting go". Even though some parts of the lyrics are not so strong, I can relate to the concept. I love the simplicity of the song; her voice and the accompaniment. She released it when I thought I was getting back with an ex. Sadly, it was not meant to be. The part "And they watch as you're falling down" still gets to me. I also enjoyed the Jimmy Fallon surprise for her fans. It's one of my favorite videos of Mariah interacting with her fans.
