Natalia from Spain (41,046) by R&B Junkie from Poland I'm so glad that Mariah doesn't record the so-called-music that Rihanna does. It really doesn't matter that MC's recent singles don't go to Billboard's Hot 100 peak. We should praise the music itself and forget the chart achievements since they are shaped by teenagers. Remember that R&B is not that popular as it used to be, most radio stations that create audience impressions are not eager to play songs of adult contemporary R&B and similar genres. Mainstream radio will not play Mariah songs the way it used to do, it's not 2005 or 2008 any more, people who contributed the famous chart success of We Belong Together or Touch My Body are almost 10 years older right now (however, they buy LP's, and if they just wake up, new album will rule the charts for weeks). These people don't listen to Top 40 format, which delivers that Rihanna thing, I mean europop-techno-influenced songs (even if they are stylized to R&B). #Beautiful did great on charts, and I think that reaching top 30 is a success for artist of Mariah age. Oh, no, wait, we can sell the single for extremely lowered price as Sony and Virgin did, but why for? Let's just enjoy these new songs that are set to come out soon, they are gonna be great the way "You're Mine" is - a pretty strong message that Mariah will not do it for the numbers, because she does it for love. The leaked performance (41,045) by Jeremey Carey from United States I am so upset that some "so called" lamb leaked this. It's not going to be as exciting anymore. Listening to the leak doesn't help promote the song and get it to number one. She looked amazing though. But the pictures on the back of the screen didn't seem to be filmed anywhere special like Puerto rico, so I hope this is just for the BET performance, and the actual video be a bit better. The bits and pieces that I've heard from the leak were great, I just hope what I heard is the actual single and not a remix. It wasn't what I was expecting, I was expecting something more [...] but I like it. Definitely a grower. Kinda reminds me of [...], which I suppose isn't a bad thing. Can't Get You Off My Mind (41,036) by B from USA I heard the leak and it's her best song since TEOM. Blown away. It's a hit. The chorus is [...] so that has to/must be the title. Mariah is on fire. You're Mine (41,035) by Outsider girl from Mars Oh, oh I just listened to Mariah's new single "You're Mine" [...], so here we have another flop. "You're mine" seems like the typical song you put to complete an album, not to be released as a single for competing on Billboard charts. Triumphant or The Art Of Letting Go were much better singles than this and they were flops. Why don't important music producers help her to make smash hits like Beyonce, Rihanna, Ke$ha? [...] (41,034) by Commodore from USA Ok so I don't usualy listen to leaks but I was so curious to listen to the songs direction. It's a whole new [...] sound like if the TEOM had a baby. This song is a comeback. I think it was smart to release on [...] and if she's performing on the View she will get the downloads. I feel like this could be the next [...] if promoted right. Mariah dancing (41,032) by Manny from U.S. Mariah has been dancing since the beginning. Remember the Someday video at around 2:50. She does the running man. I don't think Mariah is the best dancer. I think she looks cute when she dances because she is trying. On the Adventures of Mimi tour, I thought she tried much more. It's a beautiful [...] song which reminds me slightly of [...] and [...] and has that [...] atmospere of [...] Mariah and lots of [...]. I'm getting a real good vibe about it. The album looks like it's shaping up to be a really cohesive piece of work, like Daydream, Butterfly and TEOM. #Beautiful, TAOLG and You're Mine all share the same minimal production and I love all three songs. The pictures she had with Trey and JD features her in a similar (albeit less risky) black gown and opera gloves. The background is an indoor set. Maybe the video will feature Mariah on a piano. I read the article and I was like really? Out of all the iconic hits Mariah gave, why did they write another artist's song? Licia, I know, right? In the pics it seems like she was lying down, then sat up, then sat in a kneeling position, and the dress is not for once out of place, and there didn't seem to be any helpers there, I can't wait to see how she pulled it off.
