It's about two minutes too short and Mariah sounds like a featured artist on her own track. It's good. But it's not the one. And it has a hashtag. It could have been an absolute smash. In 2013, Mariah was at her beauty peak, body peak, fashion peak, and American Idol did help her to remain popular as ever. They relented somewhat and released a double-a side single, but then (according to Mariah) didn't promote it. It's odd because CTTA was much more in the vein of Classic Mariah than Crybaby, so you would have thought it would have been the other way round. (Monday 24 February 2020; 08:28)

They wanted an uptempo song and that song's beat and music was the trend of that time. With combined budget of Can't Take That Away and Crybaby video, I guarantee that X Girlfriend would have a great video, maybe Bianca would make her second appearance as well.
