Finally fifty (79,220) by Andrew from UK
Bill, thou art asking someone who is consistently dishonest for the truth. You may just fall of the edge of that there seat. However, I think everyone should calm down a tad. That Stella is gone can only be a good thing. As a manager, she appeared lacking. However, Mariah has many faults which she needs to address and I must agree with Randy that she needs to lose the diva act and grow up for it will win her widespread plaudits and a new found respect. Her recent interview had most fans raving about her, and rightly so: it was thoughtful, considered and mature. People will look to an artist with her catalogue and success, of her calibre, to be a beacon and not a joke, and now is the time for her to prove herself. She needs to grow up and admit she's no longer "eternally 12" but "finally fifty". Ish. And celebrate that for what it is. And lo. It wasn't all bad. Stella did some good things for Mariah - she put her on the road again and the SSFT was great stuff. So let everyone wish Stella well for trying her best and not rip shit into her. Nor her daughters. If certain people cannot see the irony in calling pre-teen or teenage girls "garbage" online, then lessons in irony are definitely required.

Re: Bryan Tanaka / Stella (79,210) (79,219) by MusicfanJ from Germany
Yes, I think it's possible that Stella had something to do with the robbery. Of course not herself, but maybe someone had info from her "empower family". And even if that's not the case, one thing was clear from the beginning: never trust fame hungry people. However the "dark chapter" can be closed now. How long have we waited for this? Best Christmas present.

This is the perfect Christmas gift for all of us. It's safe to say that our Mariah is finally back.

The witch is finally gone (79,217) by Malcolm from Asia
Mariah finally comes out of the spell after 3 years. But it's really bizarre how Mariah's look turned almost 360 degrees after Stella's departure, the glow in her face and actions just shines for this past weeks. Was it really a spell? Hahaha.

Creative process (79,216) by CMC from NY,NY
I just had a thought. Mariah is all the sudden super human and back to Mimi to the second power status. This whirlwind of a romance with Stella and her fam was so crazy post Nick (husband) and the birth of their then toddlers. I had a thought that maybe Mariah had fun getting involved with crazy people like Stella and she might even need that as an outlet of experiencing life outside her bubble. Almost like an experiment for her to see what happens so she can have some life experience to write about. Think about it, without Stella and the fam what moments would Mimi have with anyone, let alone ideas from her life experience at this current moment in time to write about. We will see. Let’s face it, her life for the past, basically years is a bubble and hopefully just now she’s realizing it. How else can she begin to make new music that actually means something and not just fantasy experiences. (Not at all saying Stella and her fam are st all that interesting.) Ok, whatever it’s a long stretch but can we find some meaning in this cray cray Stella drunken slurry moment of a mess? It’s so sad that this is possibly what our Mariah needs to do for entertainment but that might be the reality of today’s music industry. Insane to think one day you are releasing an album like Butterfly and 20 years later we are still discussing and loving you even more MC, but discussing your downfalls and uneventful moments of the past ten years.

New manager (79,215) by Shezz from Pk
Is apparently Melssa Ruderman (ex Medina assistant). She was photographed taking M around during the hand prints ceremony. I read somewhere that she also has a new stylist (obvious from last few events) so the new manager whoever he/she is has atleast started off in the right direction. I feel like doing the “joyyy joyyyy joyyyy” running around the stage bit. I’m not expecting her to pull a 2005 TEOM resurrection - I’ll even take a Memoirs era anyday over what we had the last few years. So Stella will not be bad mouthing M anytime soon because they are still partners in some ventures.

With Stella not so involved anymore, things can only go up. Next step? Dump Tanaka.

Thank you Jesus (79,213) by Marissa from USA
I just had to come back to celebrate this momentous news/occasion with you all. I heard the news and this is the holiday miracle that we all wanted. Almost 3 years of longsuffering is over. Thank you Jesus. Stella/Mariah's Stella-influenced antics made me chuck up the deuces to being a lamb because I couldn't take it anymore. It seemed like an endless downward spiral that she was never going to get out of and I couldn't watch it anymore. The people that say "if you don't like the direction Mariah's going in, leave" have a point even if their intention is usually antagonistic when they're saying it. To me, there's no reward for keeping 24/7 tabs on someone you feel is chronically frustrating you. Life is too short to keep putting yourself in situations daily that you know (caps) are pissing you off. Sometimes you've just gotta take a break and come back when the coast is clear for the sake of your own happiness. Anyway, after seeing how happy and normal she looks in her latest photos and with Stella being gone, I have hope that she can pull it together. Break out the champagne everyone. After all of the atrocities we've witnessed, we've earned this celebration.

Foxwoods (79,212) by SM from Citizen of the World
I knew watching Mariah perform at Foxwoods last month, something was going on for the better in her life. She was so grateful and loving to everyone who came to the show. I could just see her more herself and things are looking a lot brighter in her life. If any of you have watched the "WBT" performance and the end when she blows everyone a kiss and hugs herself it was such a beautiful moment.

I think we can all forget it then because all of the "hell of a man" men are out having lives of their own. None of them would ever have or want to make time to expend an unhealthy and abnormal amount of attention on Mariah solely nor be her personal bellhop and court jester.

Bryan Tanaka / Stella (79,210) by SM from Citizen of the World
I have seen videos where he seemed very nice with the lambs before and after shows. But his whole dancing with Mariah on all the hits tour was very lame lol. Nobody will ever know the reason Mariah and Stella parted ways but I do think a lot of it has to do with Bryan, and he probably woke Mariah up to realize what was going on with them because something was wrong with the whole picture for a long time now. I wouldn't jump to conclusions on him using Mariah or how he doesn't get paid or he should be next to go. He still seems to live his own life without Mariah all the time. Does anyone else think Stella had something to do with the break in at Mariah's house? Stealing handbags and sunglasses?

Re: "Mariah Carey and manager split" (79,183) (79,209) by Bill from the UK
"Mariah returned to form." So you finally admit then, after three years of delusional posts about how Mariah never set a foot wrong, that her time under Stella's management was a complete and utter mess?

New era (79,208) by Billy from Greece
What I also love, following the news, is that in new photos Mariah is actually looking like Mariah again after a while.

Article: Mariah Carey and her manager have split (79,207) by Matthew from USA
Yet another good move by Mariah. Looking good at The Star event and hand-print ceremony, giving coherent interviews without the diva shenanigans, and now getting rid of Stella (before Christmas presents have to be handed out ). The kids are also a little older now and don't need the constant supervision babies and toddlers do. I'm feeling optimistic about the next era lambs, whatever it may bring.

Re: Bashing Mariah (79,196) (79,206) by Stacey from USA
I've read off Page Six that they are still partners with all the deals that are already in place. It will all depend on who Mariah hires (since she reportedly let a lot of other folks go too.) We shall see.

Re: Article: Mariah Carey and manager split (79,194) (79,205) by Licia from USA
Now this statement is something I can believe. She won't let Banaka Tanaka go until she meets someone else to fill the void. It's going to take a hell of a man to get this fool out of the picture. Right now he's giving her everything she wants. Attention? Check. Can be at her beck and call? Double check.

Manegment (79,204) by Tameka walker from United states
Mariah needs a manager that knows what they are doing and how to get her back on top. She should try to get the people that manage Beyonce. Everything is well thought out and planned. You hardly hear negative publicity or stories about Beyonce. I think Beyonce's manager or either Bennie Media. The manager she had during the Emanipation of Mimi era would be great. He did know what he was doing and helped her get hits 16-18. I just hope she picks some one who knows what they are doing. Stella should have been out of there when the whole thing with New Years Eve happened. Her talent is not an issue she still has one of the best voices I have ever heard. Plus her pen game is sick. She just needs great manegment.

Yes Gee, I will also never understand why Mariah allowed those unprofessional people to be in her inner circle privately and doing the management. Big mistake as we all know. But hey, as you said better late than never.

If this is true I would suggest we celebrate this day as a global lambily day. Whatever or whoever made Mariah wake up, I'm happy it happened now. Mariah also seems happy in the latest pics. Her inner smile is back. Congratulations Mariah.

Stella (79,200) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
Honestly this should have happened ages ago but better late than never. Hopefully now with part of the circus gone, Mariah can focus and put things into proper perspective and she can focus on getting herself in order before any other new projects arise. As much as Stella gets the blame for all the missteps with Team MC over the last couple of years we also have to place on MC herself for allowing such foolishness and foolery to take place as she is the big boss over the entire operation and has the final say so to what goes on. Hopefully MC uses better judgment going forward as far as selecting a professional and competent team that is up for the challenge of restructuring the brand and image of one of the last few biggest superstars in entertainment history.

Re: Stella's gone (79,195) (79,199) by May from Denmark
I wonder if the news are true at all. There's only one place this news come from and is The Blast which I never heard of. Mariah's camp nor Stella have said anything. I'm worried about Mimi and her surroundings. Tanaka looks like a shady climber using her, Brett Ratner seems to be a rapist, one man is not one or two women who came out, there are eight and the accusations mention actual rape, then Stella and her clan, if Mariah fires her as manager or Stella leaves on her own will all their other projects fall apart too? Don't think Stella might say anything because surely she signed a confidentiality contract. Mariah always makes sure to zip people's mouth, like she did with Damizza back then when he talked about a book. Hopefully if this is real it won't turn nasty. Mariah needs to clean home urgently. Tanaka should be next.

Re: Ding dong the witch is dead (79,193) (79,198) by Shezz from Pk
The celebrations going on on social media are incredible. I have not seen a single person chime in any defense for Stella at all. I'm sure even Wendy W. will have something to say about it. Who do we blame now when things go wrong? Fingers crossed those moments will make themselves scarce as well.

Bashing Mariah (79,196) by G.G. from USA
How long do you guys think it will be before Stella, Mishka, or another member of that entourage begin to bash Mariah. I'll give it two weeks, minimum. They're garbage and can't help themselves.
