I never thought of it like that before. I always categorised a love song as a love song, really. Happy love songs I would say are So Blessed and... that's it. Lol.

I meant true love at the moment. I hope she finds a real love again. She doesn't need another heartbreaker.

Hmm your're right she has more love songs from the "beginning of a new love" and the sad ones. But I love the sad love songs. They are so deep and the storytelling is just genius. But it's like in "Impossible" where she sings I've almost given up. How can she write happy love songs, if in reality there is no true love. I think the longing love songs are her best. But I also hope that we'll get another happy love song like "Underneath the stars" or "Melt away" in the future.

Totally agree with all of you. Mariah looked more like herself again. Haha, the "moving thing" is too funny but true. MC is getting my praising for moving, looking good and of course singing. I hope she keeps that confidence. With her "manager" I don't know what to think. At the moment I'm happy if she's there where she belongs, in the background. And I'm also excited for "The Star". I already love the snippet.

Maybe they are just now realizing that he doesn't follow Stella because they don't really follow him or her team like you do.

A lot of you commenting are really behind the 8 ball if you are just realising now that Bryan does not follow Stella, he unfollowed her a long time ago... yes unfollowed. A lot again, and I say it a lot of the time, are quick to label, run down and come to all sorts of conclusions with no information to back up anything, if you did follow members of her team closely and took the time to research and pay very close attention to detail you would find out a lot of factual information, instead you spend your time on here complaining and bleating about how horrid others are and come up with all sorts of derogatory names for said people. But I'm sure Mariah loves all her lambs.

Granted Mariah looks better than she has recently, but to say she should better is perhaps a little disingenuous. If it isn't pre-record it's off-key.

Sad love songs (78,846)
by Will from England

It's a pity that Mariah has so very few happy true love songs. Most of her catalogue is "sad love" songs, "wishing for love" songs, "beginnings of love" songs or "jilted love" songs. And to me, it's sad that she has never really let happiness into her writing. It's almost as if she needs sadness in her life, to be able to write deep personal songs. She's not written a true love song, from her own life experience yet. The only exceptions I've ever found are TGIFY and The Impossible but you could hardly call them her best work lyrically. All the other "happy" love songs have come from her imagination, of what she deems love to be like "Sent from up above", "Emotions" etc. What do you guys think?

Probably Stella and the alpha-female self thought she had a chance at playing ping pong with Mariah, but Mariah preferred Maracas instead.

Crustella is still very involved. News finally reached Mimi that she and the girls are a liability. Unfortunately Mimi gets news late and filtered through whichever sycophant is in favor.

You know what, I have to give praise when due. I've seen some clips of the Foxwoods show and I agree. Mariah was herself again. She was moving (lol, how can it be that it's come to the point that we praise her for moving? Haha), she seemed confident and she looked fantastic. The last pictures I saw of her were those awful pictures with Tanaka in the "hooker" outfit, but she looked slimmer and elegant and glowing. Her voice sounded good and she seemed to be singing more live than she usually does (again, how has it come to praising a singer for actually singing haha but I'll take what I can get). She certainly seemed in a better place. Hope this lasts. She was the star she used to be. Well done MC.

That is odd he doesn’t follow her. Maybe Bryan has seen what fans have said about her and showed Mariah lol. I mean it never actually made sense why she was following her everywhere haha.

Her CT fans love her, those who were there and those who couldn't make it. Always they are with her. So glad to see her seemingly improving and happy to be onstage. I've been blessed to see her many times in 27 years and always it brings me exceeding joy. Hope to see her at her Christmas run at the Beacon. God bless and be well.

I think she's still around unfortunately. They are probably just trying to make the fans happy with seeing less of her, but I'm sure she's in the background somewhere. They have too many business deals together for Mariah to try to get rid of her now.

If he doesn't follow her on IG, then I would site that as a crack in the foundation of her management foundation. She's tough and maybe staying away from the cameras has been good for Mariah's PR. I hope her team continues to encourage Mariah to make better life choices with regards to diet/exercise.

I don't think she's actually out of the picture. I think they've come to realize people don't like her being so involved in Mariah's daily life. She was acting like a babysitter or something, and on top of that her "alpha-female" attitude with her horrible contouring didn't help her cause. It's enough seeing Mariah with her paid boyfriend in pictures, but with Stella and her family too, it was ridiculous. What doesn't help Stella is that man attitude she has, like, being a strong woman doesn't turn you into a man. Ever since Mariah started hanging out with her a lot, she was also showing this type of behavior, as if she didn't have a brand to worry about. I can't wait to hear what you guys have to say about "Star" when it's released. I love listening to new materials after one day or two have past and most of you have said your piece.

I'm wondering if Stella is out of the picture but it's under the radar and nothing formally announced. She has been very silent about the tours and only posted something about one of the movies. I don't think her and Tanaka get along. Silly juvenile thing but noticed he does not follow her on IG. Found that a little odd.

Just finished watching a bunch of videos on YouTube. This is great. She looks alive, sober and happy. She's walking on her own and thank God no awful dancers. Let's hope she keeps it up.
