Cackle moment (74,836) by Terna from Nigeria
[Have] you guys seen the video of 2 guys singing "We belong together" on Facebook? I think their girlfriends made them sing it. Haha. [I] couldn't help but cackle when they reached the high part.

Re: Casual day of shopping (74,834) (74,835) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Haha dahlin' these pictures were taken outside a jewellery store, so I'm assuming the briefcase full of jewellery were the new stuff she got on the shopping spree.

Casual day of shopping (74,834) by Licia from USA
I really like this look. She looks pretty. I don't see all this bling that the article is talking about. There are pictures where she's blinged out for days. This is tame and simple. Why would her bodyguard be walking around with a case full of jewelry? Do they read what they write before they publish? Lol.

Re: Nick on Wendy (74,830) (74,833) by B from USA
I just hope she writes smart poetic lyrics and works with the best songwriters and producers in the game. #Beautiful is proof that she can seamlessly update her signature sound by working with a current artist and producer without selling out to score an easy hit. If R&B was still as big as it was in the mid 2000's she would have already scored her #19th #1. According to Billboard we're about to re enter the singer that can sing a ballad and sing the hell out of it era thanks to Lady Gaga and a few other artists. Katy's Chained to the Rythm is a sign the times they are a changing. It's a politically charged EDM banger and it flopped. Adele, Bruno, and Ed are bringing real music back and if Mariah releases a masterpiece she can make a comeback.

Yeah, let's hope she puts Crustella in her place, if not totally out, then at least out of her music and out of displaying her personal life.

Re: Nick on Wendy (74,821) (74,830) by B from USA
Mariah has to be focused on her own vision/career. That is exactly what she needs to do. She needs to take her babies back to NY or Capri without the entourage except the maid and nanny and focus on her career. She needs to write without the distracting circus. She also need to work with a vocal coach and goes days without talking before recording something she hasn't done in who knows how long. She also needs to rest and relax because when she's well rested and so is her voice she can slay vocally.

I have no idea. I didn't even know Allure put out three albums. I thought the first one was it after Crave disappeared.

Re: Nick on Wendy (74,824) (74,828) by Martyn from England, UK
Nick has grown on me so much since he and Mariah split. He seems to have matured massively, and everything he said was so respectful, but still honest. Also, I can't help but feel he looked really hot. Another thing I never thought I'd say.

Didn't Mariah say at the time that the acts signed to Crave would join Columbia or other Sony labels? She didn't have any leverage though what with the divorce and the escalating tensions between her and Tommy (and the other execs).

Re: New: Anthony Burrell interview (74,823) (74,825) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Dahlin' Stella's contour never left, that's the problem haha. Maybe we can have a show were the finale will have the grand twist where Kris Buckle blends out Stella's contour once and for all which finally wakes Mariah up from the "Curse of the Contour". Hey, that's a great name "Curse of the Contour".

Um, that would be an emphatic no. Perish the thought. *shudders*

How about: "MW bonus scene - how Stella got her contour back"?

Re: Nick on Wendy (74,810) (74,821) by Lila from United States
His words were so on point. I felt like when it came to that question, he was really reasonable. (Which, I think most of his interviews are that way when you're not a person who takes certain things out of context and/or blows them up bigger than what they need to be.) Nick knows Stella from a different perspective than what we do, so he likes her. Fair enough. However, I do think, while still being respectable, and without naming names he was referring to Stella and whomever else when he was saying the "powers that be" when talking about the reality tv show. At the same time, his biggest point was something that many of us have had to concede and that's that at the end of the day 1) Mariah calls the shots and 2) Mariah has to be focused on her own vision/career and not let anyone distract her from it. That's right of course. Regardless of anything, things go on in that camp the way they do because Mariah allows. *big dramatic sigh* It is what is though. At this point, all I ask is that these people stop being attention whores. Everything else falls on Mariah. Overall a fun and cute interview.

Re: Nick on Wendy (74,813) (74,820) by RibbonB from USA
Nick gave Wendy a love fest on WildNOut taping and so she reciprocated I suppose. Wendy is learning she has to be a little more honey than vinegar if she has even a chance of attracting Diva Carey. Lol. I wonder if the Norman who posts here is the Norman who works for Wendy?

Re: Nick on Wendy (74,811) (74,819) by RibbonB from USA
Lol here is the main couch interview portion from ETonline. You know she was most curious about if they are sleeping together again. Nick was a gentleman about it all and said no with very little elaboration.

Re: (74,800) / Head Over Heels (74,814) (74,818) by Licia from USA
I love this song and yes you can hear Mariah all in this song. Now you have me wondering how M would have sounded on those verses. The group did a heck of a job bringing the song to life though. Wish they could have gone further because they had talent along with the looks which is very rare these days.

I didn't even read the post. Did he really try that? No way. I love Hate U the song, but that video could never be in the same league as Can't Let Go.

Agree 100%. It's laughable to place I Don't in the same realm as Can't Let Go.

You're gonna equate the likes of I Don't, IBLYLT, HATE-U to Can't Let Go? Seriously dude, take off the rose colored glasses.

Re: (74,800) / Head Over Heels (74,814) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
Ah, Head Over Heels. Thanks for reminding me of that song.
It was great and had Mariah's stamp all over it, with the melody, the background vocals (you can literally hear her), the very 90s video (which she makes a totally hot cameo in towards the end, she looked amazing) and why not? She wrote it. I still wish she kept it as her own. It would hot have sounded out of place of Butterfly, maybe even Rainbow, and is better than any of her singles released 2010 onwards.

Re: Nick on Wendy (74,810) (74,813) by Licia from USA
I just watched. I'm actually surprised at how soft Wendy was. She didn't go at him hard like I thought she would. All in all it was good and I'm so happy he didn't say too much to embarrass Mariah, but I'm sure some people will still find something negative. Lol.

You asked me not to speak to you directly. Always try to speak logic. I don't live in a god-fearing country that accuses children of being witches in the name of a deity. Or one where nonsense is spouted without fear of reproach. Dissent is paramount. No, you're rational. But you know you're not. And we know you're not. And you know that we know that you know and so on. Unicorns run free.
