As for Tanaka and Mariah, my friend T.J. sent me a text via WhatsApp this morning, and I was like: They could only pretend but so long. Those who saw Mariah's World know that they were desperately looking for some story lines to stick, but with James out of the picture, things didn't make much sense. Molly is an actress, Stella is still a witch, Mishka keeps messing up Mariah's social media, Tanaka was hired to play a part beside his duty as a dancer, and he complied, that's why I never took it personal with him, he was working for his coins just like Mariah was working for hers. During their fake relationship, Tanaka and Mariah made each other happy, they all got paid. Let's see if Mariah keeps wearing her engagement ring with her next real boyfriend, but I doubt it. I have been a fan of Mariah's since I was a little girl and I have always wanted La Reid to come in and give Mariah another comeback like she is capable of. La Reid knows what he is doing just look at The Emancipation of Mimi that record that they worked on together was awesome. I strongly believe she can have another great era all she needs to do now is rid of Stella. Mariah Carey is a prolific songwriter who has written 17 of her 18 number one songs. Plus she has taught this generation how to sing. She is very influential when it comes to female artists. Excuse the cynicism, I really want an album that's well received by the public as well as the lambs, but every time they announce a timeline, everything gets postponed a million times, the momentum's gone, and nobody cares anymore. Re: Art of Letting Go (74,324) (74,331) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter A little off topic, I know Tommy made Mariah cover up more than she does now in order to provide a more "wholesome" image for her and for people to concentrate on her voice but I don't get what she means when she says she was always covered from head to toe, like here is a picture from 1991, here is one from 1990, this is from 1992 and we have this from 1993 and another boob moment from 1993 as well. These are some example, there are more. I think she was more covered during the "Daydream" era though so maybe that's what she remembers. I don't know. Rumor has it that Mariah wanted to shoot or shot the video for VOL in red undergarments and then Tommy made her change it. Imagine if the red undergarment version was the released video haha. Now onto the big news at hand a new album due this year now that came as a huge surprise. I just want this album to deliver on all fronts so that the media and general public can see that brilliance of Mariah Carey the artist. Something tells me LA and company are going to whip our girl into shape to make sure this album delivers. Now if we can get rid of Stella and company all will be right with the world. We all knew this is all just a made-up dream (well, not exactly a dream but y'all get what I mean). What had me shook to the core is the Epic Records pact and the new music announcement.
