Re: Nick (68,545) (68,552) by Mirage_Nunez from America
Actually Ive been fully aware (the whole time) that my argument probably had nothing to do with the original "Nick" post and that's fine. My concern in all of this was never that "Nick should've considered Mariah's feelings about getting another woman pregnant, even after their divorce" or anything of that nature, but more so a long running observation of how people attack Mariah in defense of Nick on here. It's quite normal for a discussion to spawn into other discussions. After all it is a message-board, topics change.

The Fornication of Mimi (68,551) by Edward from USA
Mariah's new album should be titled: "The Fornication of Nick". Nick must be punished for everything that's happening to Mariah, including her horrible wigs, that look as if they were made of horse hair. Hadn't he done all the bad things he did to her, Mariah wouldn't have gone wild with all the craziness of lately. I would suggest a first single referencing Nick, but not too explicit. A track called "He Cheated (Out of Wedlock Remix)" would be cool, Nick would never imagine she was talking about him. Nick needs to wait for Mariah to have two boyfriends before he could entertain having one girlfriend, it's only fair. He must use condoms and not have babies out of wedlock. Remember that having a baby while married regardless whether you are a horrible father/mother or not is best. Nick and Mariah could have 25 babies out of wedlock for all I care, what really matter is where they're good parents. Nick's having a baby out of wedlock, who f*cking cares. If Lambs don't care where Mariah put her Carey, why should they worry where Nick put his Cannon?

Re: Nick (68,544) (68,550) by Mirage_Nunez from America
First of all, I'm not a Nick hater at all. I actually like Nick, still follow him on Instagram and root for him, because after all he is a good guy and the father of Mariah's kids. Never wanted them to divorce, was happy for them during their marriage when everything looked like it was going well, and admired the way he always defended Mariah in the press. So please miss me with your baseless assumptions. Also I didn't deflect or minimize anything Mariah did that was wrong. Go back and read all my recent posts again. Ironically that's exactly what you did in your post deflect from Nick and attacked Mariah decisions, which further proves my point. So now you're here complaining about people "judging every move Nick makes", but isn't that what you just did to Mariah. The hypocrisy must end. If I "look crazy" for making a valid observation and expressing my thoughts on it, then wouldn't that make you look crazy too. Or the other people that complain about everything Mariah does on the daily basis.

The underestimation is real (68,547) by Nikki from usa
The way Mariah typically goes about her ballads is open ended so other people can apply it to their own lives and steers toward the emotional implications rather than the specifics. Going back to what made her famous is where it's at. That's her bread and butter right there and I'm all in. The determining factor here is going to be if this is break up music like Inifinity or break up music like Can't Let Go. I don't want Mariah to just rehash, I'd like her to expand her craft, and not just regurgitate what she's already done. The fact is people can relate to being played, to having mixed feelings, to harsh breakups, or just feeling betrayed. All this publicity is one hell of a stepping stone. I just hope she uses it to display an array of quality music across the board.

Re: Nick (68,544) (68,545) by Licia from USA
Not to mention the original post about Nick had nothing to do with Mariah or Nick's wrongdoings. They made it into another situation entirely. They just saw Nick's name and went on a bash spree. Lol.

Re: Nick (68,537) (68,544) by Lila from United States
I'm over here dying lol. Some of the lambs don't know just how crazy they sound. I'm constantly baffled. It's a constant barrage of "I don't like Nick and regardless of how happy he makes Mariah and how healthy it is for the twins to be in an intact family, I wish that he would disappear but now that he and Mariah are separated/divorced it's still my job to constantly stalk and judge Nick's every move and it's still up to him to be considerate of Mariah's feelings which includes not moving on or having more kids with someone else but only because we can no longer indulge in gleefulness over the idea of Mariah being able to throw the ugly billionaire in Nick's face, while he fades into obscurity, depressed over no longer being with Mariah, now that said ugly billionaire has split without any warning. When, Mariah engages in questionable behavior, we can't acknowledge that because it would upset our lamb world so instead let's deflect using Nick's behavior, no matter that deflection is poor argument and Nick's behavior has nothing to do with the situation at hand. Don't forget everything Mariah says is the 100% gospel truth and she never does anything wrong, meaning she has no fault and played no part in her marriage's failure, all that falls to Nick and if we must acknowledge any part she played, make sure to extremely minimize it in comparison to Nick's." Goodness, lol, it must be so tiring for so many lambs with the amount of hoops they must jump through and hypocrisy, fickleness, and blindness they have to constantly engage in to always make Mariah the victim and/or in the right.

Jojo's new album (68,543) by lil star from untied states
I think if Mariah made an album like Jojo's new one it could work for her. It's still r&b but mixes elements of current music and sounds. It's different enough without alienating her fan base. Jojo while a younger artist tried to go into dance music and while it was good no body bought it and it turned into a mix tape.

Who is afraid of Virginia Wolfe? (68,541) by Alexis Morell Carrington Colby Dexter Rowan from USA
I see so many lambs are, too, becoming disillusioned with Mariah. I've been saying for a couple of years now that I'm in a loveless marriage with her. I probably should leave, but I'm "running around in circles over her". While I find no joy in her media dalliances or her terrible shows (I laugh at these lambs making videos showing where she hit a D5 note for 1.2 seconds as if that makes up for an overall unpleasant sounding vocal). What has really maintained my fandom is diving back into hardcore Mariah collecting. The thrill of getting rare Mariah items for my collection is fulfilling. I suppose I've regressed more into what she used to be that what she is now. TBH, I don't feel bad for her anymore. Where I used to drag anyone who dared speak negatively of her, I just nod. I don't give a damn about her being poor as a child, being biracial, what Tommy did, the Glitter era, Nicki Minaj, Stella (who I had an interesting encounter with), or Nick. Unless and until she can sit down and tell some hard truths without the comedy and unless and until she can sit in front of a camera and sing acapella (I'm convinced her whistling ability had suffered a major blow in the last 6 years), I don't have any cares to give her.

Re: Nick (68,537) (68,540) by Mirage_Nunez from America
Now you're just straight up lying and back peddling, but keep peddling honey because you made this quote before I even join this whole discussion about Nick: "So what if he has dated many women since their divorce announcement. At least he has been clear to them that he is just dating or spending time and that he has no plans for an extended or committed relationship. That is what some single people do and others like Mariah get engaged but act single with their employees." Still defending Nick and using Mariah as a retort. You may have tried really hard, but there's no joke on me boo you failed miserably and my point still remains valid. The fact of the matter is you are always defending Nick over Mariah. You gloss over his wrongs while highlighting and harping on Mariah's wrongs , which makes you bias and a hypocrite. Trust, there's even more things you've said in the past that proves this point. I'm just using your most recent quotes, so don't try me. It doesn't matter if it's for the blogs or real life Nick is no better honey. That's the point that you're not comprehending. Now your job as Mariah's moral police has been revoked, return your badge to the front desk and you are order to go sit in a dark corner with your finger over your lips until further notice.

No you tried it, keep trying, though. Your're comprehension skills are marginal at best when you don't understand the joke was on you and your comments about kids out of wedlock, I thought I would just throw the fornication line out there for you. They are both grown and can do as they please, but Mariah is intentionally keeping her mess in the tabloids. So have several seats.

Re: Nick (68,529) (68,535) by Mirage_Nunez from America
Chile bye. You tried it. I can't with you anymore. You are team Nick and you know it. This statement "this is not the 1950's and just like Mariah could live with a man during her divorce and may or may not fornicate, so could Nick date and have sex" along with many many other comments you've made sounds extremely defensive, but I digress. You can dare to spew bias hypocrisy when it comes to MC and Nick, however it discredits your stance as the moral police of Mariah's life. Tough turbans and illegitimate children.

Foolish, Circus, Pop Kisses and Didn't Even Flinch are actually interesting as titles though, lol ijs. But jokes aside, I agree with those who say it's time for upbeat dance music. Some good mid tempos would be great. I just listened to Luther's Never Too Much. I love the fun mid tempo timeless vibe of the song.

Re: Article: Mariah Carey recording breakup album after split (68,527) (68,533) by Lila from United States
The tracks will be epic for that album though. "I upped and foolishly moved my kids to California full time so that my unsure thing could be closer to his kids who he's never seen with." "James was in my heart but not enough for me to give him more than half-assed pop kisses that he should've been grateful for." "I dragged my circus with us to every 'date' but he should've been grateful to just be in my presence." "I put up with his prepubescent, never seen a woman body groping and deserve $50M just for that." "He didn't flinch when I almost fell down the stairs of his yacht but I stuck by his side anyway." "Don't get it twisted, unlike Nick, I didn't make him wait. I was just never gonna have sex with him." Lol. Seriously though, I hope the story isn't true because I don't know what Mariah could actually make a break up album about. She barely knew the man, they were hardly together, and she herself made a lot of blatant bad decisions in regards to this man. She just needs to let this die.

Lol. What you said about the ups and downs of a relationship makes sense. I can totally see that story with MIAM. If that had been the explanation of the album I would have gotten the sequencing. That R. Kelly mix was a huge disappointment for me. You have two people who can write the hell out of a song come together and that's what we get? I expected more from the both of them.

Lol your MIAM rundown was hilarious. I guess she was showing the ups and downs of relationships. Perhaps she thought that this is my last shot to release these Memoirs remixes and just threw them in. I still say she could have kept that R. Kelly remix though. I can't unhear that one to my regret.

My point still stands and if you had read my posts clearly you would see I said he and anyone else should wear protection when dating, that is not defending him. But if someone says something that is not correct or easily debatable then I might reply just as you might. But do yo and I will dare say what I want to say, so tough "tig old bitties".

Re: Article: Mariah Carey recording breakup album after split (68,519) (68,527) by Licia from USA
I'm not sure I would want a full "This Mother Sucker Dumped Me and Now He Won't Give Me My 50 Million" album. I would want a mixture. Kind of sequenced in the way MIAM was supposed to be by telling a story , but making more sense. MIAM went from she was sad, to she was in love, then she was mad, then she was sad again, and then she found Jesus. Then at the end she was proud of America and then she was mad again with the Memoirs tracks lol.
