Article: "It's showtime!" (68,478) by Andrew from UK
Ugh, Mariah is overweight and thinks she's hot. Fine, be overweight. but don't get it all out and act like you're hot. You're not. It's really bizarre. The self-delusion is pretty worrying. And the leotards need to stop. I'm convinced she would get her vagina out if she could get away with it.

Article: Vanessa Williams joins VH1 Divas Holiday: Unsilent Night (68,477) by Andrew from UK
Mariah should pull out of this show. Every other singer on the bill can out-sing the shit out of her live now. This will have everyone hiding behind the sofa, praying that she doesn't do too much damage. Hardly an enjoyable experience, I don't think, whilst hoping that she has enough dignity left not to lip-sync on that stage.

Article: Mariah Carey recording breakup album after split (68,476) by Andrew from UK
Mariah may want to rethink her tired old approach to making records. "Mariah Carey makes album asking for sympathy, moaning about how hard her life is after the oddly-behaved, washed-up lip sync diva splits from pretend engagement to a billionaire" is hardly going to inspire the public. Whereas once people may have bought into her releasing her inner turmoil through song, that ship has long since sailed. She's seen as a vain, self-obsessed, publicity seeking has-been who treats people badly. Writing a woe-is-me album won't even go down well with fans, I don't think, who no longer really believe that she has much depth and kindness. Nobody feels sorry for her. Better she writes a party album and sings good hooks to good beats. At least people might invest in that.

Nick (68,475) by Mirage_Nunez from America
Don't you dare sit up here and remotely sound like you're defending Nick's trifling behavior when you come on here and drag Mariah daily. Chile please just like Mariah can be a mess with some of her antics, Nick is a hot mess for getting a woman pregnant out of wedlock. Now he's gonna be another part time parent to a child who's mother he's not with. Not cute. Not cute at all. *rant over*

I typed in Mariah Carey cartoon and this is what came out. Could this be one of the best interviews out there? Well, except for the Aretha shade, not cool.

Sorry to burst your bubble, She was not heartbroken over LM. She dumped Luis because of a personal issue and the fact that she was obsessing over Eminem. Fact, not speculation.

MIAMTEC (68,470) by Danny from Uk
Long before Stella and Mariah's World there was the last album Me I Am Mariah. It's maybe old news now but I'm curious to why people think it sold/performed so poorly based on a household name. It was a good album in my opinion. It's more important now if her choice of path is a hit album or a reality show. I think Me I am Mariah was the last time she was true to herself, since then she's been "Stella's way". I'm not saying it's bad if it's making her money, after all that's what everyone ultimately wants to do to live a life acustomed too, I think a part of who she is not wanting to let go of her fame and that means when it comes to the crunch it trumps her relationships and friendships because she feels it validates her existence she's hinted at it before in interviews and songs.

Re: Nick (68,461) (68,469) by Lila from United States
I don't particularly care for James and I don't think his and Mariah's relationship would've lasted and would've been a disaster had they married but sometimes it's the principle that matters. Principle wise, he and Mariah were supposed to be dating/engaged and though he wasn't in love, I do think he was in his feelings, even if for the wrong reasons, over her, so I can see how he would feel some type of way about her grinding and dancing and doting on Bran Flake, whether real or just because Mariah has a twisted ass sense of fun. I think Mariah's camp leaked the story but I do think it came from a place of truth and James was vexed by Bryan. Mariah needs to sort out her issues because this isn't cute.

Re: Nick (68,465) (68,468) by RibbonB from USA
I too hope she can start writing great music and get off the publicity circus/ferris wheel. But she will have a big problem if she continues to write where people think it's tied to her personal life vs. more universal songs. It makes for confusing music when she is writing during overlaps especially since she doesn't name names. She might start on a clean slate.

It's funny how so many lambs think Bryan is so great and want him to be Mariah's new boyfriend but he can't afford to spell the word carat and Mariah's the one footing the bill for his lodgings and all of the fabulous fun times he's a part of. My how things change.

Re: Nick (68,465) (68,466) by RibbonB from USA
Mariah has to make herself feel good. If she is not happy within, then she will always be subject to the whims of herself and worse, of others. Nick should do his best to wear protection as should anyone in the dating world, he will be a target as a baby daddy/check as are many wealthy men. But they are not together, so she should expect him to move on as she did.

Re: Nick (68,459) (68,465) by MusicfanJ from Germany
So Nick was just dating. But that he made a baby with that 29-year old model tells all. Must be the hardest time for Mariah since 2001. I wish one day she would met a "normal man" not from the showbiz who will make her happy and feel stable. Anyway if she makes a great new album with breakup songs maybe we we will get another masterpiece like Butterfly. And I do hope that Mariah enjoys the Christmas season and that the fans have a good time too. I still believe that after every storm a rainbow appears.

Doesn't it make you wonder why she would sabotage such an arrangement? M. may be her own worst enemy in relationships. Even when things appear good, she seems to eventually not be happy or to do things which appear very contrary for the health of her relationships.

Re: Nick (68,450) (68,459) by RibbonB from USA
Lol so what if he has dated many women since their divorce announcement. At least he has been clear to them that he is just dating or spending time and that he has no plans for an extended or committed relationship. That is what some single people do and others like Mariah get engaged but act single with their employees. And like Licia said, Mariah should not care unless she is still in love, but then that would be a whole other type of situation. Mariah can't act like he is off to infinity to her, but he must be hers eternal. But the Nick haters will always hate him. As far as Mariah paying for his transportation and lodging when he visits the children that seems fair, especially for when she keeps them traveling around the world on her tours for weeks and months at a time. He can't be expected to just roll up be welcomed and visit where she is staying, or can he? Perhaps if she were as concerned about living with the children near their father as she was about living with James near his children there would be no need for that clause. If that settlement is even true. At least it shows Nick wasn't after her for her money and they both kept what they brought into the marriage and made during the marriage. Poor Halle has to pay her broke baby daddy like 17k per month for one child and she was never married to that jerk. Let's see how you go in on Broke Bryan her new Damizza like employee turned possible more. He will probably right that tell all when things go sour or she will make him her new Mark so he can "manage" her.

Click like on this if you won't be watching MW (68,458) by Ardis Logic from Earth
I for one will not be watching. Judging from the leaked previews, it's just a lot of materialistic, narcissistic, showing off, nothing of "real" substance. She's giving people what they want to see, drama and nonsense. It's a real turn off for me personally, to watch an artist that I loved and respected for years, turn into something that I now despise. I always thought that I would be a "lamb for life" but she is just turning me off so much now. Is it me that's changed? Maybe, but I think she has also changed a lot too. Then again, maybe she has always been this way but was not letting the public see her in that light. Rant, rant, rant, ect. Peace and love too all. Pray for dem babies.

Bruno Mars - 24K Magic (68,457) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
The album is amazing. It's his best, most cohesive effort yet. He has always managed the tricky art of striking a balance between artistry and Top 40 sensibilities, and now he nails it once again with even better retro influences that are flawlessly executed. So what if it's shallow and synthetic? It will still be the most fun 30-something minutes you've heard all year, maybe even in a long time. Short and sweet. And Mariah, why and how on earth have you not collaborated with this dude yet? It's criminal.

Nick broke her heart like Luis Miguel did. But Luis never said stupid things in the media like Nick did in the past. Anyway I'm sure with Mr. Packer Mariah would just show Nick that she can even have a billionaire who does everything for her (the yacht vacation, diamonds and have fun 24/7). Of course this is childish and like someone mentioned here, "our girl" can't stand to be alone for some time. What I fear is that Bryan Tanaka will become the "second Nick". Another thirsty good-looking young man. Although the chemistry with him is much better than with James Packer. It's really like a soap opera even without the docu-series. Unbelievable. It may be entertaining, but it's not good for the image of a star of that caliber.

Clevver TV's divas you used to love (and still do) (68,453) by Malcolm from Asia
So Clevver TV (this generation's music news channel ) had made a breakdown for some of the female artists. In all fairness, they praise Mariah and gave importance to her by putting her first and showing her at the end credits of the video. Here are some of their commentaries:
Mariah Carey - Ultimate diva, epitome of a diva, OG diva, prototype diva, smartest diva, have "diva" reputation, our generation of diva.
Christina Aguilera - Sassy diva, full of confidence, rebellious diva, a pain to work with, diva voice.
Britney Spears - She's in a different category, more of a pop star not a diva, have a kind demeanor.
Madonna - Another OG Diva, insufferable, she's like a leader, have big "diva" reputation, there's a fear in her diva, she could decapitate a person, queen of divas.
Alicia Keys - Loveliest human being ever, humble, down to earth, chill, she's the kind of diva you want to be, too talented, too nice to be a diva, boss ass bitch.
Beyonce - She's a female version of hustler, she's on her planet of diva, not a human (of course they all treat her as a big deal )
Katy Perry - More laid back, pop star bubble gum, tries to be a diva but don't actually gets there, a tricky one.
Whitney Houston - Ultimate diva in the best way possible, old school diva, she was a league of her own, iconic female musician, had "diva" attitude.
Carrie Underwood - Reigning country diva, always looks like a Disney princess.
Dolly Parton - Ultimate country diva, she's like a walking sequence, the Madonna of country.
Aretha Franklin - Gotta give her r-e-s-p-e-c-t, classic diva, diva on a whole new level, church-gospel diva, she walks out on stage looked like she gives no f*cks.
Celine Dion - There's a diva for everyone and moms need a diva, she doesn't have the personality that says "I own this place", very meticulous, she's a boss.
