Re: New low (68,945) (68,948) by Tyler from USA
I'm with you on this. I am seriously confused with this being a stunt. She looks horrible in these pics. For someone so obsessed with how she looks, why would she release these pics? Really the stomach moments? These pics are legit the worst images I have ever seen of her. When you invite paparazzi don't you choose which images are released? I wouldn't even be mad if this was staged, but keep it cute. Whenever the case is I am positive Mariah isn't happy these pics were released. If this indeed was her team, trust someone is getting fired.

Re: Lettuce pray (68,921) (68,947) by Edward from USA
Don't you think we deserve better from her too? We, fans, have defended this woman with teeth, nails, and even with some weaves when her behavior has being worth defending. This Mariah is definitely out of control. She and Crustella are under the delusion that good ratings from Reality TV would translate into album sales. If Mariah, as you said, deserves better from us, we also deserve better from her. She's not only making herself look stupid, ridiculous and desperate, but it's also making us fans look stupid too. Where is her supposed humble demeanor she once had. Should she sing "Make It Happen", would it be believable when nowadays she's all about her diamonds, her boobs, her ass and the ridiculousness. We, with our supposed criticism, might the last remaining real fans she has, and as you could see in some posts, some have already jumped ship. If she put as much effort in her music, we would've had decent efforts with "Crapfinity" and "Infamous". She had a great opportunity with Justin Bieber and here she came with the masterpiece "Why You Mad".

I'm still with her (MC) (68,946) by Leito from USA
Fan from 1990 to infinity. I'm trying to stay positive with this era. Like one of MC's quotes; "Life is like a rollercoaster", is my current mood with her. Just when you think the scariest part was over, something even more horrifying happens. Lol. She's having too many cringeworthy "moments". She went from a billionaire to thousandaire. Tanaka is gorgeous, but it's just too soon. I'm hoping this is just a stunt, to get people to tune into Mariah's World. I'm going to defend MC to my last breath, but it gets exhausting. I'm still with her until the end. Come Sunday, I'll be watching Mariah's World with the besties. MC, please snap out it, soon. Love ya.

New low (68,945) by G.G. from USA
I cannot belive Mariah has sunk to this new low. I have second hand embarrassment from this mess. One of the most talented, prolofic artists of a generarion had resorted to this smarmy, tacky behavior. She is being made fun of all over the internet for this, and I can't defend her.

Re: Lettuce pray (68,921) (68,942) by Marissa from USA
No she doesn't, at least not at this point. She deserves to be held accountable for alienating her thousands of her fans through total abandonment of communication as well as adopting the behavior/making music that we all loved her for not (caps) doing in the first place, and the cherry on top is that she pretends that she is the same person/has the same relationship with us that she's always had. So you mean to tell me that out of all of the friends and family that you love, you have never once confronted them or held them accountable for anything before? If so, why should Mariah be held to a different standard? I'm sorry but it doesn't make sense for 90% of the fanbase to be on the verge of leaving the lambily due to Mariah's behavior and you can't/refuse to find one flaw that has happened this entire era to understand where we are coming from. I think the only way someone can feel 100% positive about the stuff that Mariah has done during this era is if they just do not want to believe that Mariah has changed for the worse as much as she has. You even said in one of your last posts that you didn't want to dislike Stella because you didn't want to believe that Mariah would make a bad management choice. No disrespect, but that's denial.

Re: Wendy Williams (68,922) (68,940) by Merr Hasenan from Malaysia
I can't believe myself that I agree with Wendy. She summed up everything. At this point, I try to be positive on Mariah, hoping for MW to be a real documentary that highlights her music, hoping her performance on the Divas concert could shut the haters when she sings every single note live, hoping for the Tanaka-snogging-fest is only a scene from her next video and i'm hoping this messy era is only in my dream. We, the lambs, can call Beyonce overrated, J.Lo the terrible singer, Ariana the copycat, but the truth is, these ladies are in the news for the right reasons nowdays and our Mariah gives the world her cleavage. I hope I could stay as a lamb because there is only a little faith left in me.

Mariah Carey these days (68,939) by Hilton from USA
Been reading lots of messages on here, and wow it seems like a lot, if not everyone is feeling some kind of way about all this press MC is getting lately. It's all questionable, I do agree. I really think, for me personally I will sit back and just watch what happens. I don't think I'll be allowing myself to go too deep into drama, talk show hosts, pictures, silly antics, none of that. She warned us in 2006 during her MiMi tour that if you don't get on the ride you can't experience what's in store. So, I'll get on, sit back, watch, and just hope that things aren't really bad. We all have times in our lives where things get questionable, hard, tough, sad, frustrating and the list of adjectives goes on. All in all, Mariah just has something we don't, which is a camera around her all the time. It may not be what we think, or it might be. Who knows? But I'll forever be in her corner. Love me some MC [...].

Re: Lettuce pray (68,905) (68,938) by Lila from United States
The webmaster already told you what it is but I'll add that I, and a few others, don't think it was a good move for Nick to have gotten this girl pregnant. However, even with a baby on the way, his life still isn't messy like Mariah's is right now. I know many are wishing on stars for it to be true but it's not. So far, Nick is only having a baby. He's not stuck in a messy love triangle guessing if the baby is his or not. The baby's mother isn't running to the tabloids left and right. He's not exposing his children to different women. He's not going around proclaiming to be in love with one woman, getting engaged, all the while grinding on his female employee. Yes he's on the friends with benefits track but he's grown and makes it abundantly clear that he's not ready for a relationship beyond that and the women are okay with that. Right now, Nick is simply having a baby and the twins are getting a sibling. Mariah, on comparison is a hot mess.

Re: Where did she go? (68,912) (68,937) by MusicfanJ from Germany
Isn't it crazy? I had the same thought a few days ago. The picture of Mariah at the piano is gorgous. This is the Mariah I always looked up to. Imagine this 90ies MC could have looked into the future. She wouldn't be happy. The showbiz is making the best of the best confused and lonely.

Licia, you don't question greatness. Just bow down and sing praises. Sing praises no matter what train wreck you see. Also have faith in Stella, the master of plans. If you criticize, you are clearly a hater, a goat as they call it.

Re: Wendy Williams (68,922) (68,935) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Wendy can be shady but this time she said nothing but the truth. She didn't even shade Mariah. She kept saying "you don't need to do these stunt", "the reality show is beneath you", "your behavior is worrisome". Everything is true. I also agree that Mariah should take some time off the public eye. I really am one of those people that loves always seeing Mariah active, but now even I am like girl please take a break, make us miss you for a while and then come with your new album, or whatever, just stop with the constant attention hogging.

I'm not breaking up with her music (68,934) by Licia from USA

Music (68,933) by Tameka walker from United states
What Mariah does is her own personal business. I don't approve but it's not for any of us to judge. She might make some of the best music of her career from all of this. It is clear she is acting out because of her break up. I love Mariah and is rooting for her. Let's send messages of positive nature to her. Maybe if she can feel our love as lambs it might inspire her musically.

Re: Mariah's World (68,927) (68,932) by Lila from United States
Thanks for the link. It's a great article. Much of it reminds me of the Variety article Ribbon linked. I love that this article is blunt, though. I don't think anyone's buying what Mariah is selling. Anyone else still incredulous over the fact that her ass really tried to sell us that spiel about it being a docuseries and not a reality tv show? People will tune in for the drama and mess no doubt but respect she will not garner.

Re: Albums (68,924) (68,931) by Licia from USA
B you're talking about the album that's the love of my life. Lol. They should have kept The One as the original single instead of Boy. I'm still bitter about that switch. I like Boy, but it wasn't single worthy. I appreciate Irresistible because of the sample and the ad libs from Ice Cube and the Westside Connection, but I would definitely choose You Had Your Chance over that one. I don't know if You Got Me would have done any better than Boy. Neither of them seemed single worthy.

Mess (68,929) by Dennis from Miami, FL
MC with all this mess resembles Krusty the Clown from the Simpsons. Tanaka romance is a new low. What I liked about the Emancipation era that, although she was wearing trashy ensembles at that time too, her private life was private.

Mariah Carey doing her best attempt at a Keeping Up With the Kardashians knock-off. Vulture isn't buying what Mariah's selling. Here's the link.

Her music from 1990-1997, 2001 and 2005 do get that from me, but this new image doesn't. Mariah Carey 2016 and me just broke up.

She's too far gone (68,925) by Butterfly from
Living in a bubble with her insecurities and likely mental and alcoholic problems has taking a toll on her. At some point she'll snap like Kanye West. I pray someone who truly cares about her drags her away from the spotlight. Mariah doesn't need a reality show or slaying this and that. Oprah, Lee Daniels where you at?

Re: Cancel Mariah's World / Bruno Mars (68,900) (68,923) by B from USA
I think we should batten down the hatches because this series is already a hit for E. They take things like media attention into consideration when they decide whether or not to cancel or continue with a series. Is this the real Mariah? Maybe she never had a breakdown, maybe it was a lie to cover up the unflattering side of her personality that was seeping out in appearances and interviews at the time. Stella it's obvious what you're up to. Mariah finds love unexpectedly with a man that was there for her after the breakup and has healed her broken heart. Unfortunately you leaked stories about Bryan months before so this storyline is unbelievable to anyone who's watched this saga unfold on TMZ.

Wendy Williams (68,922) by Malcolm from Asia
So much truth bombs Wendy. I have to agree 100%. Mariah please wake up, you look desperate. You don't have to do all of this in the first place, like what Wendy said, this all beneath you. It hurts so much as a fan to see her go down like this, fine I can digest her diva antics because she's been like that since forever but for this past 2 years, it's beyond. She reached a new peak of trashiness, it's all in a cute way before, but now it's all [censored] up, honestly trashier than the Kardashians. [censored] you Stella for enabling all of this, you should help her rebuild her image and career like a legend that she is, not like this. She doesn't deserve this, she needs a management that controls and guides her all through out. Nicki, Eminem, and JLo are probably laughing their ass off to see her like this because all 3 of them look more successful, contented, smart, and decent compared to her honestly speaking. She completely downgrades herself. It's disgusting, it breaks my heart.
