Lambs nailed that man to a cross for what she was or better yet, was not doing regarding her last album. She wouldn't listen and did what she felt she wanted. It was horrible timing to have an album released while all this personal drama was happening in the background. Even if the label wasn't going to provide much support, she could have really promoted the hell out of it and provided good live performances. If you look back, she only performed twice during that era (BET You're Mine performance and Today Show with You Don't Know What To Do). I know lambs were flipping out with all the pushbacks but I wouldn't have minded another pushback in order for her to handle whatever was happening personally. JD is always spot on when it comes to Mariah and what she should be doing and lets face it, he was instrumental in her big comeback with having her go back to basics with great songs, great lyrics and big vocals a la Classic Mariah. Regardless of our tastes, the last three albums all had songs that could have been big but she paid them dust. The drive was gone to promote appropriately and her career suffered for it. I do hope that they continue to make music together, forget Walter's shady ass, especially with what he had to say about her publically when she was down during the Chanteuse Tour, reunite with JD. It was different from any of her previous songs and one of the highlights of MIAM. I will always admire JD because he gives it straight to MC. A lot of people around her may be too in awe of her (or nervous) about saying no to her or telling her to make changes in the song but JD always speaks his mind. Even in the videos they post from the studio, Mariah always jokes about how Jermaine is being a pain (not in the exact words) but she obviously knows he is probably saying it for the best since she does take it into consideration. Like how he told her not to sing her heart out on WBT instead of doing the whole thing in whisper register. They understand each other musically I guess. I am always up for some Jermash-Mimi collabs. That's why I don't get mad when he says things that many may feel is negative. I don't believe he says anything to hurt her. He knows there's so much more she can do musically and that she can do much better than she has been. Talking about Get Your Number (57,106) by Lee TS from USA I'm still baffled as to why LA Reid only released that in Europe and not here in the States. I was feeling nostalgic and literally watched the video 3 times in a row the other day just being giddy over her fabulous diva-ness of it all. It was and still is such a bop and fun song along the lines of Fantasy, Honey, and Heartbreaker. Like did they not want her to get another #1 or thinking Mariah ruling the charts would be a bad thing? It's still cute yet funny how Mariah stunts on the song. How over the top was she feeling herself on a gargantuan phone, like come on. (Monday 5 October 2015; 1:19)

But I am never oppose to them being together in the studio until the sun comes up. I always love hearing him or Walter talking about working with MC because it gives us more insight to her musician. Well JD, I guess you got your wish when your songs became the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th (Get Your Number), and 5th singles off TEOM, you greedy little thing lol. That's why I feel MC will always be grateful and loyal to JD for her resurrection. Also props to Stella, you keep working MC and get that 10% girl. (Monday 5 October 2015; 0:54)

A Daydream of Emotions? (57,023) (57,069) (57,103) by Andrew from UK Marcel. So great to see people coming back, new people messaging. However: Emotions is okay at best. *gasp* Yet there is no denying the vocals are impressive. It got me thinking, though, what would Daydream have sounded like with the Emotions/Music Box voice? Sure, somewhere early '95 the voice changed: the voice gave away chest power in return for more elasticity, but that voice absolutely made the album. The voice of Emotions would have killed Daydream as another saccharine offer, I think. I don't think Mariah's albums should face gradation based upon voice, per se (but absolutely if the vocals are not honest). Daydream was raw and fresh and exciting, as was the voice, falsetto and all, decorating it. Big love to Canada. God save the queen. God save *every* queen. (Sunday 4 October 2015; 22:13)

JD (57,101) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter JD is so sweet in the interview. He is pretty straight up about how awesome Mariah is and that she should get most of the credit for ABMB. Also he mentions how working with Mariah had elevated him to the #1 producer for the label and cemented his status as the hot shot. It's sweet that he talks so highly about Mariah and also how he felt like he needed to improve himself because his song was not chosen as the 1st or 2nd single. Jermash and Mariah. Daydream (57,093) by Manny from U.S. The memory I have of "Daydream" was going on rollercoasters and singing "Fantasy". It was usually my cousin, sister or someone who was not into her.
