Bryan drama (74,308) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
This time when Mariah went to Cabo for her birthday, even though Stella and her whole extended family were there too, there wasn't a single picture of them together, however we did get some snaps of Mariah and Bryan. Maybe Stella couldn't digest that, after all she's used to sitting right next to Mariah at all times.

How dare you compare Mariah's success to those that lost their lives in Syria.

All of Mariah's recent work has been uninspired really. It's like they suddenly decide to release a song, it'll be hyped up to the lords and then we get a half baked song which sounds like Mishka produced it on a free software on the net (last time I called a song "half baked" a real lamb attacked me saying Mariah should be allowed to release half baked songs if she wants to, yes that's how far the excuses have sunk).

Article: Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka break up (74,304) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Lord I don't know whether to laugh or cringe at this story. This story, whether true or not was given by Stella. How am I sure? Because of the use of the word "unbridled" and also because TMZ is Stella's go to place. Stella has probably picked up this word from Mariah and now she uses it everywhere "unbridled success", "unbridled cash flow", "unbridled leeching", ok so the last one wasn't by her haha. Anyways if this is "true" and by true I mean, they have indeed decided to stop this dating act (because this was never really a true relationship) then I'm glad. They probably waited until the MW DVD release. However if it's not true and instead a story Stella planted, so that she can later "debunk" it then it's more pathetic. Anyways, apparently tomorrow is Bryan's birthday so we'll know for sure. If his anger over Kid's Choice Award was the "last straw" then why stick around until the Cabo trip? Also guess Mariah was being a little to flirtatious with Bryan and Stella got angry since Stella's end game is to have Mariah all to herself so it was time to give him the heave ho. Why can't it ever be a "mutual decision" break up and always has to be "Mariah got played, Mariah was used" break up? I mean even if it's true why can't they just say they mutually decided to end it instead of having to make it nasty and hence paving the way for more drama?

So it's over with Tanaka (74,303) by MusicfanJ from Germany
If it's true, I think it's good. She doesn't need fame and money hungry people any more. Maybe Mariah wakes up now. And yes, most of the lambily predicted that. I swear if Mariah got a new management and so on I will celebrate all night. Haha.

Re: YG speaks positively of Mariah (74,293) (74,301) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
So far anyone who has collaborated with Mariah and/or saw her in action has always praised her. They are always surprised by how hands on she is with the whole songwriting and production aspect and not just singing. The fact that she is one of the best vocalist is well known but people always get surprised when they see that she has more than that to offer. A lot of people see the diva persona and forget that this woman penned all her songs including 17 of her 18 #1s. I always love hearing what other artists in the industry say about Mariah because it just shows she is that much of a musical genius. Everyone from P Diddy to Miguel has talked about her magical ability to create masterpieces. While the ones she has been releasing recently are not up to her standard, no one can deny her impact on the music industry and her ability to not only write songs that'll make you cry but also dance the night away.

"Fly like a bird" comes to mind, also "Vision of Love". Most times she sings these two live.

Re: Most challenging song live (no lip) (74,288) (74,299) by Malcolm from Asia
It got to be Vision of Love. It may or may not be her most challenging song live but we have no choice because that's the only song that she's singing completely live through the years. I lost hope that she will ever sing other songs completely live unless she will lower the keys and notes and embrace the current state of her voice.

"But some fans want to believe the fantasy and don't want others to point out the things in plain sight." Basically. It's painfully obvious that he is in the same boat as Stella and the rest of her leech family, though. Again, I'm not letting anyone pee on my leg then tell me it's raining. As for the Busta collab, it would be great for it to be released already so we'll have something real to talk about. I actually am looking forward to hearing it. I'm not comparing it to anything or having a high expectation. I'm trying to have a blank slate about it.

Re: Debunking Lila (74,290) (74,297) by Lila from United States
I don't assume. I use abductive reasoning. Why would a grown man, without fail and zero hesitation, post and Snapchat every vacation and outing his employer pays his way on but can't find an ounce of energy for posting about these business endeavors that you believe he could be involved in? Social media is not just fun and games, social media is a platform of exposure that helps to build businesses. Dancers and choreographers with careers much more amazing than Bryan's, utilize social media for those reasons. It goes for Mariah's ex choreographers Eddie Morales and Anthony Burrell, amazing ballet dancers from Misty Copeland to Erika Mikirtiheva, even Debbie Allen. Bryan's career is no where near these people's and yet he doesn't utilize very viable means of brand and business building to promote himself in any way. Especially for a profession like dance where clients will travel the country even the globe to be taught by whom they presume to be the best. The most likely conclusions are that he has nothing to promote or he's not that bright. It's also highly unlikely that Bryan has a substantial clientele of students or classes that he teaches but no proof existing of him teaching them.

Busta collab (74,276) (74,296) by Edward from USA
I completely agree with you. They should just cook a great song and let people decide. As you said, when Mariah hypes things up stating it's going to be as good as some of her past great songs, not necessarily past hits, and then we get these mediocre tunes, it's a huge let down. I'm hoping for a nice tune, but I'm also ready for whatever comes. I don't have any doubts that she's capable of producing great songs, I just don't know if she's still believes it though. For me, Mariah's last quality work was MIAM minus the extra tracks, except for TAOLG. Any song that came after that, "I Don't" know them. It seems to be that when there are no expectations of anything big, she usually comes with something decent. "Help Me Make It", "100%", "Andy's Theme". Listening to "Thank God I Found You, Make It Last" now, Mariah at her absolute best. That's how you get three people in a remix and still come out with something great. It's not about belting really, it's about quality.

Mariah talks about lip-syncing in 1999 (74,292) by MC1989 from Spain
I wonder if mega stars like Mariah use YouTube to watch their own performances/videos/interviews from the past or maybe she's so overprotected that she doesn't use YouTube or social media in that way anymore. What a pity in that case. I would love her to watch this clip and to think for a moment.

Debunking Delilah (74,291) by Dominique from Cape Town, South Africa
Geez can we grow up now? I've been coming here for over 13 years, not much of a poster. I know some of you think of this as lame but oh well. I've even purchased some magazines from this site. I agree that Brian is not right for Mariah, but is the bashing of him necessary? Is this high school again?

Just because he hasn't posted anything on Instagram or you have not seen him on a stage, it does not mean he has not worked. Is he supposed to document everything so Mariah's fans know he has worked? You're assuming things to fill in the blanks. How about if he is rehearsing for a show, teaching a class or gives private lessons? Maybe he has other business endevours.

Most challenging song live (no lip) (74,288) by Jeff from USA
Just curious. What do you guys think is MC's most vocally challenging song that she still sings fully live (with no lipsynch)? I know My All is challenging, but she lips certain parts almost every time. I'm just wondering what song she showcases her vocals on.

Re: Mariah Carey: winner by default (74,275) (74,286) by Terna from Nigeria
I once told you to stay outta my replies, now didn't I? First things first there's a God, whether you choose to believe or not has nothing to do with that fact, point blank period. Secondly, the term "favorite" as used in my original post indicates that God has those who's responsibility, burden and life journey has much more significance and importance than others. (Moses, Abraham, Noah etc. Are you even a Christian? Do you read the Bible? Were you brought up in the ways of the Lord? Apparently not. That would explain a lot about.) Do you think we still don't have them today? Modern day versions? If you do you must be more lost than you come across. Even Mariah Carey (the singer you quesionably Stan for) acknowledges that there's a higher power at play or songs like "Vision of Love", "Fly Like a Bird" nor the hoard of other songs in which she references God (I bet you skip those songs) won't exist. So who are you to question his existence and who he chooses? I won't stoop to your level to name calling, I don't know you personally, we haven't even met. Not once. But I'm not the one who's shown erratic behavior, derogatory name calling, sudden unexplained outburst and temper tantrums, with a general reputation of being highly unstable and difficult on this messageboard. Only you Andrew carry that title. Even the newbies on here don't take long to zoom in on you and notice there's something off about you. Oh Andrew why are you like this? Do you have love in your real life? Do you have the capacity to love?

Re: Debunking Lila (74,284) (74,285) by RibbonB from USA
Lila, some people need to "stop trying to make fetch happen" with Toynaka. Lol I mean Mariah can probably make him go fetch like a little lap dog and if that works for her, then oh well. But some fans want to believe the fantasy and don't want others to point out the things in plain sight. If it doesn't make sense then I'm going to speak on it if I want to. But where is that Busta video so we have something important to talk about? Oh and you are absolutely right, when Mariah does not want to be seen, she is not seen, not a peep. When she wants to be seen she is with nip slips and all.

Re: Debunking Lila (74,278) (74,284) by Lila from United States
1) He was fine enough to take the stage on NYE and on his Instagram page there's one lone reference to a fairly recent $20 a head dance class he was supposed to teach. No pictures from it so who knows if it actually happened but it seems his leg is well enough. 2) Mariah's jobs post NYE did not have dancers nor did Tonka Toy dance. He has not worked since NYE. 3) I don't see what Mariah's tour being pushed back has to do with him not working. In fact, I'd be highly surprised if dancers didn't have protective clauses in their contracts for occurrences like this, seeing as most of them do not make enough money that would allow for them to be out of work for extended periods of time and tours can be put off until next year or even longer. 4) He worked with Beyonce eight years ago. I don't know why some keep hashing that out. It's over and done with. Tell me what he's doing now to support himself other than living on Mariah's dime. Nothing points to him living the same lifestyle before 2015 that he does now. 5) He's family oriented. And? That's not some anomaly that deserves a pat on the back. Why would that be "refreshing" for Mariah? She was married to a man who is family oriented and spends a great deal of time around his family. One whom she chose out of many and waited many years to father her children and has always complimented as a father. 6) Every where they went was not a celebrity "hotspot", so yes they did call them. As for the ones that were, there are a million places to eat in LA; when celebrities don't want to be seen, they don't frequent the venues they know there's a high likelihood of paparazzi action. When Mariah doesn't want to be seen she's not seen. The same goes for every other well known celebrity. When they're seen it's because they want to be seen.
