Each negative comment - Carlos Lopez (73,594) by Sheila from United States
Carlos you dont seem happy. Each one of your comments about Mariah is negative. Take a deep breath, think about why your [sic] in a bad mood and why you are putting the body shame move on Mimi, is your body perfect? Probably not. Girl, please get a life.

Mariah thinks Latin is a race (73,593) by Carlos Lopez from Australia
When the breakdown of George Lopez, a Mexican-American DNA test result revealed he was of European, American Indian mostly, Mariah Carey asks the question where's the Latin part. It baffles me that Mariah's dad is half Latin-American yet she does not know or seem to have taken interest in her Latin culture. Mariah, Latin is not a biological race, but usually a combinations of races or just white, black or Indian.

Mariah's body? (73,592) by Carlos Lopez from Australia
I don't under how Mariah looks gorgeous in her gowns, dresses and staged outfits just as nice as the other curvy stars such as JLo, Kim Kardashian, yet in bikini or swimsuits her waist is [censored], her body looks [censored], [censored], [censored], [censored] but yet flat stomach, don't understand how that combination happens. But yet JLo and Kim look gorgeous in bikinis. How is that possible that Mariah can have a transformation in a gown or dress?

Celine vs Mariah current voices (73,591) by Carlos Lopez from Australia
I keep reading that Celine Dion lip syncs just as much or even more than Mariah Carey, but she's more disciplined in her craft, hence she gets away with it. I would beg to differ, yes she might lip sync certain notes, but her singing voice is at a much better place than Mariah. Celine can sing at a drop of a hat, during interviews, when asked to sing, she will eagerly sing along and ad lib, while Mariah will have excuses that she's been up all night and refused to sing. Another great sign that Celine Dion is still a great singer is that she's always doing tributes on award shows or singing duets with famous singers in France in variety shows, while Mariah would shy away with all this spontaneous singing due to not having control of all her technical help.

Real reason for rescheduling of tour (73,589) by Carlos Lopez from Australia
I believe the tour was rescheduled due to poor ticket sales. The whole knee operation is a cover up. With the new dates they only kept concerts that were selling well. I believe having Mariah on the tour effected the sales of tickets. As many Lionel fans or casual fans were refusing to attend because of Mariah. Let's face it, Mariah does not have enough of a concert following to fill out those big venues, only Lionel could. Plus the ticket prices have reduced dramatically compare to when they were first release. I knew this tour would be a disaster when they announced the paring.

The thing is, I don't think you can negotiate co-dependency terms, even hypothetically. Eventually the person, who is co-dependent would cross the boundaries set in place. They will need more than what you're giving because you're more than likely going to set a line that is way below their bar of need. I just can't see it being possible. My answer would be no (unless I had a sick child and hospital bills were mounting). Stuff like that never works out. The other person starts to suck the life out of you because you're freedomless. Not worth the money in my book.

Edward I said the same thing when it comes to Nick. Anyone who doubts it should look back at the interview she most recently did with Kathy Lee and Hoda. As soon as Nick's name came up, her eyes lit up and that genuine realness came through that you just can't fake. Same as it did on the episode of MW that Nick and his mom were on and as we most recently saw on the red carpet. I do believe Stella stormed into Mariah's life when she was incredibly vulnerable and low. I honestly think this divorce hurt Mariah more than she let on, and she never really let herself get over it. I hate that Stella may be taking or has taken advantage of that. Even if she felt she is being good for MC and empowering her or whatever, she should be encouraging her to let her breathe a little. This codependency is not healthy and not lying MC heal from her marriage dissolving. But again, it may be Mariah herself who doesn't want to face the reality or abandonment of being alone. I do remember while she was married to Nick and towards the end she would often refer to him as the "abandon-er" and especially now that all her prior circle is gone, she has no one but Steller to fill that void. Apparently Tanaka isn't enough.

Winter storm Stella (73,585) by Mara from United States
So my fellow east coast friends, we are bracing ourselves for the storm of the last two decades per our weather channel. Of course it is named Stella. Too bad MC wasn't in her NYC apartment as these storms are few in NYC and I'm sure Roc and Roe would love to sit in and watch the city blanketed with snow. It's a shame MC has pretty much given up her New York card for Stel-LA Land.

Marissa isn't really answering your question or maybe it is, I don't think I could literally give up everything, but it does seem like Stella isn't in a way. She - Stella - is the one who seems to live her life just fine and have her father around, her sister, her cousins, whomever and it's MC who take around Stella too. It really is strange. I wanted to point out that literally since Stella was introduced and played a part in Mariah's life, that we seriously haven't seen MC out once anywhere without Stella behind. I really find that alarming. It's almost like Stella has to always be in somewhere watching. Why? I don't care who you are, why do you need someone with you 24/7? It just makes you feel like MC is on house arrest or something or Stella is the gatekeeper. I can't understand why she can't even go to something like he likes of the Kids Choice Awards with her children and their father and not have Stella and her daughters there. Ok, maybe Stella wanted her two to be there since the kids. Everytime I think MC is actually out without her, there is a car or a sighting of the black hair or the black leather jacket somewhere. It really has been every single MC outing since this woman has been around. She is never without her.

Correction, I don't blame Nick for not wanting to participate in this MW circus act, especially if Stella was a part of the problem. M. will have to pay for her dates from now on if she keeps Stella in the mix, because no man can have a real relationship with a woman and a team especially if the team lives with her 24/7. She wants to be on that stage and hired a "best dumb ass ever" Toynaka to play along this time. Her words. Stella already joked in her wack comedy routine that she doesn't like sex, so she could be a bloodsucker/puppetmaster indefinitely.

I guess if it were me, I'd make it clear what my role is. If you're hiring me to be your manager, then that is my job: to manage, maintain and (hopefully) elevate your career. I'm not a paid friend, I'm not going to be your live-in whatever. Why? Because then the lines get blurred between professionalism and friendship. Where would one end, and the other begin? Where would work end, and where would my/your own private life begin? We can be friendly and have fun times, but not forget that I am an employee and you're the employer.

Re: Article: Mariah and the twins hit the Kids' Choice orange carpet (73,579) (73,581) by RibbonB from USA
I definitely see the happiness and connection when she and Nick and the kids are together. The kids definitely love their dad and that should be nurtured and respected. Nick got it so bad initially and some of his haters still plague him for moving the f. on. I laugh so hard reading comments from people who act like he left them or something. They both agreed to a divorce from each other, but not from their children. It is a lot to navigate for any parent during a divorce and transition and even harder on the children, so I am glad that they do seem to put effort into it. I definitely don't blame Nick for wanting to be a part of a big circus act and yes if Mariah wants to maintain her circus bubble it will be difficult for whomever she places there in the three ring stage. That's what she made of Mariah's world with Stellar's "help". Stelly the bat got her way in during a vulnerable time and blew up the tent to accommodate her entire coven.

There are thousands of groupies, sycophants, nuts who do that kind of thing for free. Stella it just clinging on that until the wheels fall off, or until she gets fired.

Article: Mariah and the twins hit the Kids' Choice orange carpet (73,579) by Edward from USA
Those who were always hating on Nick should be happy that now she ended up with Stella. They focused on the fact that he talked too much and forgot about the fact that it didn't matter much if they actually loved each other and had a great marriage. The man tried to deal with the circus Mariah Carey had around her, but sadly their relationship couldn't trump that. Nick not only married Mariah, but also married a bunch of jealous and over-protective super lambs. He felt like he had to prove himself all the time that he even ended up in the hospital. He couldn't relax a bit and enjoy his marriage because he had to show the naysayers he wasn't just a toyboy or a kept. He was accused of using her when he was already successful by the time he married her. I guess the haters just deserve Stella. They worried too much about Nick having diarrhea of the mouth, and now the shit is spreading all over the place, and it's not coming from him. Nick is a good man and father, and I'm glad he's doing well. He clearly doesn't want to be part of that circus anymore, and I don't blame him for that. Anybody who comes near Mariah as a potential lover is going to be criticized, degraded, and called all kinds of derogatory epithets. Had he been such a cheater and bad man to her, she wouldn't look genuinely happy when he's around. That glow she has is not only for the sake of keeping face and co-parenting. That's real. When they are together is the only time she glows leaving the fake smile behind. End of rant. Lol.

Mariah's World website (73,578) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Did they finally get lazy and abandon posting stupid contents on MW website? If yes, this is the only time I am glad they abandoned a Mariah project haha, that thing was so cheap for Mariah's brand. I am not sure if they abandoned it but I haven't seen any new updates from that site posted on Mariah's Facebook page so I was wondering.

If the price is right: question for lambs (73,577) by Marissa from USA
This question is inspired by Stella's omnipresence in Mariah's life, even in circumstances when she is not needed. Be honest, if you had the opportunity to make 10% of all of Mariah's earnings as her manager, would you agree to her codependent demands of having to follow her around everywhere and abandon the concept of having a life of your own or would you decline? If you could negotiate the codependent terms, how much of a presence would you be willing to be in Mariah's life?

NYE re-do (73,576) by RibbonB from USA
Now if Stellar was a good manager, friend, bat or whatever, she would have done like this mom at the :19 second mark and hustled Mimi off stage. She definitely should have done more. This hilarious video shows how live moments can go wrong, but you just have to labor through them. I just love the little kids being kids, especially the lively bounce of the toddler.

I wonder if Demi saw Mariah and feels guilty about what she said about her lol. It's refreshing to see that she watched an award show this time not to mention how cute all 4 of them together. It would be nice if Fifth Harmony went to Mariah and introduce themselves. I hope she will do this quite often so that she will have a chance to communicate with other artists and see what is pop industry looks like right now, these gestures will definitely lessens the diva reputation. And who knows maybe this event can be the time for Ariana to meet Mariah and have a moment, it will surely have a positive effect on both singers' image.

Re: Shining through the rain vocals (73,546) (73,572) by B from USA
"If you have a magnificent voice and you write such compelling songs, why are you dressing like that?" A source close to Cohen says the comment, published in the Financial Times, wasn't a dig. "Lyor was just saying, 'Let's get back to the music'," the source assures us. "He wants her to forget about the glitz and concentrate on songwriting." Carey's rep says, "Mariah trusts Lyor and his terrific team." Taking Lyor's advice to break free of collaborators, Carey has written almost all the songs on her next CD, due out in December on her own MonarC label. This proves my point. She listened to him and Charmbracelet was the result. Lyor spoke with Mariah after Glitter bombed, he gave her the blue dress she wore during her performance of the National Anthem at the Superbowl, and he signed Mariah even though everyone thought he was crazy because she was considered past her prime. His influence on that album and era are undeniable.

And risk Mariah hearing something that would snap her back to reality? No way, "Bollocks-Nikov" was shamelessly there with her whole squad. I understand her being there but I don't understand her need to always bring her kids along. Her excuse is that she can't take up a job where she has to leave her kids at home. Well first of all, that will definitely dry up her job prospects because I don't think anyone apart from Mariah would allow that mess to follow her around the world and secondly she makes it sound like she is the only working mom around. Other working women do have to occasionally leave their kids at home, doesn't make them a bad mother. She should just say the truth that she tags her whole family around for the free trips and nothing else.
