Mariah / Timbaland Jodeci's new album (67,375) by T from USA Has anyone listened to Jodeci's new album that was released last year? It is R&B magic (of course.). Most reviews gave it 4/5 stars and said how it just didn't try to recreate songs from the past but with Timbaland's help it actually sounded fresh and current while keeping it's roots in what they do best, R&B. I've wanted Mariah to work with Timbaland for so long, and hearing the little bit they did during the Memoirs era I really want them to work together. (I wish Skydiving made the tracklist.) Anyway, I know after MIAM was released, Timbaland tweeted how incredible the album was. I wouldn't mind if her new album is 90% produced by him. She needs to mix and up and he is a proven winner. I would get my everlasting life if MC to one day do a whole album of gospel and inspirational songs. How refreshing would that be? Anyway I'm glad she's in the presence of a spirtual leader with all she's been through over the past few years, it's always a blessing to have spirtual guidance and counsel. I'm getting more excited of what is about to happen this remaining months of 2016 for Mariah, Mariah's World, SSFT, MAC, Beacon shows, a "possible" new music material, TV guestings and AIWFCIY domination (must reach the top 10 this time). Nonetheless, Billboard clearly has its own "criteria", and if it's straight-outta-far-left-field decisions like this that will define this honor for the years to come instead of going with the more obvious artists who've had the most commercial success in a year, then I'm all for it because that means Mariah has a better chance of being honored in the future. Re: Beacon shows (67,351) (67,353) by Dustbin from USA I hope we get a full version of "Christmas in New York" this year. How about a live Christmas DVD from these shows? Us fans would die. If MC releases a new song/album in 2017 then this would be a perfect add on once the album kinda does down around fall of 2017. We need some live television appearances where MC sounds amazing. After my Vegas trip everyone I know asked me if she was lipping. It really shows what people think. If it's not the lipping comment then it's an eye roll at the mention of her name.
