Mariah seems much more content within herself (not just because she's with James) it's a deep confidence and contentment that you can't get from another person. I feel their relationship is also genuinely solid for a lot or reasons. They have the same sensitivity and lifestyle. James seems very mature about life and is secure in himself. Secondary headlines includes "she can still shake her booty", "she looked great". Haha what a contrast from the headlines when Mariah started, at that time it was all about her talent as a singer, songwriter, her God given talents, but oh well JLo's is a different thing I guess (shout out to the Mariah-Larry King interview). Bieber went to the opening show, I wish he showed up at Mariah's (not because Mariah needs him to get headlines but just to show support like Katy Perry and 5th Harmony). More Than Just Friends remix (59,249) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter I know a lot of fans don't like this song but I kind of enjoy it. It's cutesy and flirty. Anyways so there was a remix with Fabolous that never saw the light of the day. It was supposedly recorded to be on MIAM but then they went with "Money" (which is another song I enjoy). The remix is a little slowed down which makes it more sultry I guess. Anyways here is the link to the snippet for anyone who cares to listen. I love it and wish it replaced the BGK remix in MIAM because I love BGK (the original) and R Kelly sounds great with Mariah but the remix was horrible and didn't make sense to me. Mariah and James (59,244) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter A very big congratulations to Mariah and James. I would say that this is the best match for Mariah, and I'll explain why. They are both of similar age and mature so no one has to work extra hard to keep up with the other (like with Nick). They are both parents so no party will feel like they are taking on excess baggage. They are both successful in their respective fields and thankfully from different industries so no manipulation involved (like Motolla). They look happy. Does it look a bit rushed? Yes, but I think they thought this through, plus they just got engaged so the marriage is not necessarily happening soon. Very happy for Mariah. Hope third time's a charm and she finally gets the love that she keeps writing about in her songs. (Friday 22 January 2016; 10:59)

Thalia has changed him a little since she is a happy person, but the mess he did is unforgiven. 90s rush / flip and rewind (59,237) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines Have you heard/seen this? I mean I always knew Rashida Jones could carry a tune but this makes me wonder why she hasn't actively pursued a music career. This song is just perfection in aural form. It has that laid back, "cool" factor. The video is quite amusing in its attempts to recreate clips from 90s music videos, but it's definitely effective in getting the viewers nostalgic about that decade. If Candy Bling, Thanx 4 Nothin', the H.A.T.E.U. remix and Dedicated were any indication, Mimi doing 90s throwback tracks is just meant to be. I would love for her to have this sort of production - slinky, intricate without sounding cluttered - this is the type of groove that Mariah's voice, especially her lower register, can really shine. I absolutely love this for one reason (59,236) by Warren from Trinidad & Tobago Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this is by no means Mariah at her best, but clearly this was 100% live. I am very realistic about current abilities etc, but if there is anyone on this board who picked up any lip sync anywhere please let me know. Why I think it's important is because it means she is once again making the effort to bring it live and the only way is to exercise the voice. She toured alot for Charmbracelet and the recorded and released TEOM, and when Europe was announced last year I never expected the dates to be that extensive. I mean 4 shows in the UK alone I think. I always thought that Shania was like the Country music version of Mariah. Singer/songwriter with good looks who marries and collaborates with a powerful man in the music industry who the public has a love/hate relationship with. Hopefully they collaborate together someday. I remember reading an article on this site stating that Sony knew that Virgin was going to release Loverboy on a certain date. Bootylicious had massive airplay and radio airplay was configured into chart placement on Billboard. Since they already had a hit song on their hands, they released Bootylicious on the same date to block Loverboy from going number one because Bootylicious had more airplay at the time. If that isn't sabotage I don't know what is. I'd be posting paranoid messages too. How coincidential that Bootylicious went number 1, and after Alicia Keys Fallin replaced it, Jennifer Lopez I'm Real Remix took the number 1 spot from September 8-22. They were so desperate to block her that they had to use two separate artists on their roster to block her. Obsessed. How creepy that they called LA Reid in 2005 to find out how many units TEOM opened with. Funny how Mariah said he should be focusing on his new wife and not her. (Friday 22 January 2016; 4:31)
