Re: Mariah singing with lady (64,824) (64,840)
by THE TRUTH from USA

Randy the lady is singing her best, trying to outshine a legend and MC is goofing off and making fun. She's just too lost to understand that almost nobody else gets the joke except her.

So you have Mishka clearly damaged mental state and substantial weight gain over such a short span of time coupled with Stella's encouragement of her consumption of alcohol (she is a minor). Seems like some of you who have beef with her might consider contacting Child Protective Services. Is that a great environment for Mariah's children? No but at least they aren't boozing it on up yet. Oh and Andrew, maybe you should get yourself on some meds, I'm sensing quite a bit of hostility.

Lana Del Rey and Mariah (64,838)
by Natalia from Italy
| |
|
|
That just does not sound like a good combination. Lana is a natural beauty who has a very unique sound. Her style is dark and sultry. She also has a good range and can go quite low and pretty high, not as high as the dolphin scale but that really is not necessary to be a good singer. Mariah is also unique in her own way, but I am not sure where she is going with her sound or style. Plus her ego is so over inflated these days, she had to switch from her signature high heel shoes to those awful clunky clogs, just to keep from floating away. I just don't see them working well together or making anything that would be worth while.

Stuck in the same darn thing (64,837)
by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter

This user on UKMix, who is also a member of our board (again, not Travon), keeps bringing up (trying to make fun of ) the petition every day there. I mean thank you for publicizing it, when everyone forgets about it, in the guise of "hating on it" haha. You know who you are and you are seriously just doing free advertisement for Marissa's petition by now. I see how you are always laughed at and called loco on UKMix, something I couldn't agree more with. Always talking about how "everyone tries to sabotage Mariah" (while talking about JD, Nick and all) while also trying to say "Mariah is no fool, she knows exactly what she is doing". Decide dahlin'. Anyways this individual keeps bringing up the petition trying to belittle it, and they usually bring it up when no one else is really discussing anything even remotely close to the petition. For example - when people in UKMix were praising Mariah's "Complex" and "Clash" shoot and this user suddenly comes up with "I bet the petition people are feeling stupid and nuts now". Like child calm down. Now when Stella's unprofessional stupid behavior is being dragged again (and this won't be the last time), they bring up the petition again. No dahlin' we didn't go and spam Stella's instagram. Not everyone is as lifeless as you trying to suck up to Stella in case she ends up offering you a role on Mariah's show. But ya, keep bringing up the petition, you are helping us. If needed tweet it out and say "how stupid and pathetic is this?" will you?

Thanks for the sharing. Oh this is a beautiful look. You're right with the 25 the look reminds me a bit of the Daydream Mariah. My favorite one "Daydream" and "Butterfly". Love her soft curly hair and the classy style. The more natural, the more beautiful. And it makes her so much younger.

Stella and cyberbullying (64,834)
by Marissa from USA
| |
|
|
I can't sympathize with this situation at all. If her agenda was less about showing off Mariah's lifestyle and more about protecting her and her daughters' mental wellbeing than she would have privated both her and her kids' accounts a long time ago. It's a very simple and attainable solution, but notice how she's willing to do everything but back out of the spotlight. I only sympathize with people who are getting bullied about things that they can't control like facial features, their race, mental illness, physical handicaps, etc. I'm not going to feel bad for someone who keeps giving the world fodder to drag them. If she was willing to bite the bullet and do what most managers do, which is fade into the background instead of trying to be the star of the show, her problems would be solved.

Why would I email you when the whole point is you get to post without censorship while I am not allowed the same privilege. You started in with me when unprovoked since you first came on this board so now you have to deal with me. You trying to spin that me stating the photo isn't a candid because of how unrealistic the colors look has anything to do with race? Nice try. You tend to make things up as I remember (I did write the post) never bringing up the flag and only discussing you. My issues with you have nothing to do with the UK. You're upset because I've called out the game you play, over and over again. That's why you had to do a low blow and show your racist views by calling me Latifah. I'm not even black. Lol. I'm sure all minorities are the same to you. I've got plenty of people in my family with fair skin, dark blond hair, and blue eyes, you are right, racists wouldn't live by me. I have a nice 5 bedroom in the city. I have a career. Don't believe because I'm a minority that I can't have a nice place, a career, and a family with a mixure of races including white. You are a bar tender. You say I'm not that smart, I'm smarter than you. I saw through the trolling and noticed your pattern and let the board know what was up. Why would I trust you with having my email address when as long as I get the same privilege you do, then I will continue to post and you will continue to deal. You can handle it can't you?

"Carey also allegedly demands that her music is played at doctor's appointments, parent teacher conferences and at other people's concerts." Haha this is the best thing I have read today. But jokes aside does Mariah's people really carry big lights so that when people take pictures she has good lighting? That's a tad extreme.

Article: Mariah Carey's manager flips out on cyberbullies (64,830)
by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter

Ow, Stella strikes again with her unprofessional response. She should have been prepared for this if she wanted to push her kids in the limelight so much. People like Kylie Jenner and all get it way worse. But what set her off really? What comment? Maybe Marissa should send the petition to Page Six too, just to really get Stella crazy. Does Mariah know if this woman keeps going off on tabloids?

I've to agree with you Randy. Mariah, as usual, was dodging the big notes and left them for the other woman to sing (which she did effortlessly, btw), her voice was clear and effortless.

Stella possibly has cause to be seriously pissed at some of Mariah's fans online. However, she's as manager of a successful international music artist. A more professional response would've been appropriate. If I were Mariah I would sack her just for that brand-polluting response alone. I think the old Mariah would have. New Mariah is too drunk or ignorant to care about the brand she spent twenty years building being razed to the ground, it would seem.

My email address has been posted. If you really want me to see your response then send it to me directly lol. However, don't portray yourself as a martyr to the cause: you tried to pick a fight with me, unprovoked, if memory serves, in which you called me a fool, a liar and a "canary". I laughed it off because I call people idiots all the time. So, you went in again, accusing the colours of my photo of being a lie. So let me play your own card: the only colours in my photo are my skin and hair colour (my race) and the colours of my flag (my nationality). I could've screamed "racist" or whatever else and loosely claimed offence in some way but I found it funny because none of the things you or your boring Social Justice Warrior friends on here will say about me are true. So, my response wasn't in terms of how you would like a response to your attacks to be. I actually thought you may laugh but it doesn't bother me that you didn't. Suck it up and don't pick fights jumping to everyone's defence where you're not involved and possibly making much more of a deal about it than they do. One of your SJW friends just labelled over half of the British racist (were it true it would be "xenophobia", I think) and pretentious for using the word "whilst" as a common every day word (try telling the Aussies and Kiwis, who use it, that they're pretentious). But who cares? Lighten up, and don't assume throwing labels around is the answer to anything. You assume the person you're trying to label is stupid enough to care. I hope that's the end of it. If you'd like to discuss further, email me and I'll be happy to read it. Pinky swear. Meanwhile, back at the ranch...

I really feel the same, all the points you mentioned. I have no problem with partying and drinking if there's a reason and of course private without those embarrassing photos. But as you said that doesn't look like Mariah anymore. There were always pics from parties, I remember 97 with Sean Combs and other artists. It looked more like fun. But to look at it nowadays, I don't believe for a second that Mariah is truly happy with that lifestyle. It looks completely desperate and sad. I hope she wakes up and realize that this is not healthy and most of all just cheap entertainment.

Idk what to say (64,822)

I have been quite worried for some time. I don't understand why she is doing this? Why not create a stable life for her kids? Have them being home in NY going to a school. Be there to work on your projects or new music. Instead she is all over. Partying with Stella and her kid. It seems like this partying and drinking is getting out of control. It doesn't help that she is sending photos and videos to the media. I really don't like this image she is portraying in front of cameras. People disconnect from that and she is wondering why? I been a long time fan of her music but I don't recognize her anymore. I was giving excuses before for her behavior but in the long run it's hard to do that. It's one thing to be funny and have fun, but at some point you have to be real.

Mariah and her team are plastering all these images on the web. She could be more private, but this display seems intentional. If the press are starting to report on it, then you can believe she will be judged harshly by the general public when and if this show ever airs. Despite all the rumors and comments that leak out, we don't know what might be holding up the divorce and what Nick is doing, but they are in her physical custody on vacation with her circle of tacky or evil friends, so the onus is on her right now. I honestly don't believe she is working day and night to please her fans, I believe she is working hard to please her team, or something else is wrong. She isn't even communicating to her fans remember. Lol.

I looked on the E News website and click under more on the right and there is a contact us tab, try sending the link there. In addition, you could tweet the link to E News or Mariah's World twitter page. Why not, ruffle a few feathers, or at least let the petition voice be heard.

While everyone is entitled to their opinion I believe if MC's antics or sanity is out of control why hasn't Nick or anyone close to gone to court to ask that the children be removed from MC's care? While I feel MC should limit her alcohol consumption I see nothing wrong with her going out and having some fun. Most times many of us have said she needs to let loose and drop the diva antics. At this stage in the game no matter what MC does someone will always find something negative to say. I feel like this if she is happy and her children are not being harmed I say let this woman live her life trying to work day and night to make the fans happy and not making herself happy will only lead to another breakdown and that is definitely not needed for sake of Roc and Roe.

Ugh I hate commenting on how she should live her personal life, but it's sad that she is repeating the same thing that happened to her even after saying she doesn't want to make her kids through it. Both Mariah and her kids had to go through their parents divorcing at age 4. The constant traveling is like how Mariah said she had to move around with her mom so much. Not getting to see their father as much. Plus these kids being around all the partying and booze.
