Article: 80,000 People are furious with Mariah Carey (60,936) by Betty from Canada
Can a knowledgeable lamb find a way to tell these 80,000 people that Mariah never even said that she was planning to do such a thing? I am certain that it is completely fabricated from someone trying to drag Mimi down again.

Haha. That's exactly what I was thinking. I laughed so hard out of sarcasm. I was like, they need to obsess over something else and stop acting bored. People will find anything to fill their time if their bandwagon is empty. On another note, Mariah is slaying Europe. Continue to scalp people's wigs and rise through the ashes like the phoenix you are Mariah. You better slay (thinking of the YouTube video of Christmas series where the guy constantly yells "you betta sing").

Alison and Morgan at it again (60,932) by Gino from Italy
Go to Daily Mail, Alison made a video emotionally blackmailing Mariah again. I really do feel for Mariah, she's just trying to get on with her tour and see her fans. She doesn't need her family airing dirty laundry in public.

She's coming (60,931) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
With all this exposure with SSFT, Vegas and MW something tells me hurricane Mariah is upon us and the industry at large better watch out.

This tour has been serving paradise-quality vocals. [...] Her voice is literally making me emotional. I just can't. I'm speechless. She gotta have that chart slaying hit somewhere in her studio. [...]

Re: Awkward interview (60,922) (60,929) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
Love Tried To Welcome Me proves just how much of a chameleon Madonna is musically. Say what you want about the woman, but she really has tried dabbling in everything with mostly successful results. The lyrics are just so poetic and touching. I often play that back-to-back with Forbidden Love and Take A Bow. Perfect opulent mellow trifecta for rainy nights.

SSFT vocals so far (60,927) by 123 from USA
When was the last time you heard her sing this part of this version of Fantasy live and sound this good? I love how each audience is given slight vocal differences. Her belts, which to me are the money notes for her, have become clearer, stronger, and higher. Here is another video showcasing her belting range so far ending with her belting a note in Heartbreaker that I haven't heard in a long time. I can't at this perfection.

Re: Awkward interview (60,918) (60,923) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
Discovering Kylie in retrospect, huh? If you wanna avoid the cheesy, go as far as her self-titled effort in 1994. Her debut album is also self-titled, but only with her first name. Maybe you can even go as far as Let's Get To It (1991). It's nice to find someone who appreciates Bedtime Stories as well. I especially love it due to the Babyface productions in it, particularly Take A Bow, which I feel is his best work as producer. Melt Away comes second. I guess by your joke that makes me a bad lamb as well, haha.

Re: Awkward interview (60,918) (60,922) by Billy from Greece
Walking down that 90s memory lane, aren't we? I so love "Bedtime Stories" too. One of the first albums I owned (though "Ray of Light" was the major turning point, and the first cassette I bought by myself). I'm having it on a daily rotation this past week actually. Such a "cerebral" (as a reviewer characterized it) album. "Love Tried to Welcome Me" is such a masterpiece. But Mariah doesn't have to know (just for laughs). I'm also exploring Natalie Cole's catalogue more and more lately. Her voice never moved me really, though I did find it pleasing and always loved the "Unforgettable" album. Still, as I have gone deeper into her discography and career after her passing I have ended up understanding her style and sound evolution better, though I prefer her in her jazzy phase. Also, what really made an impression on me is how widely respected she was in the industry and in America specifically, ever since she debuted in the mid 1970s. I never realized that before. She was also a really eloquent lady and seemed sweet too.

Mariah mention (60,920) by Liz Archer from Sweden
Well, I was watching a show called Supergirl. The episode was featuring was a crossover between Supergirl and the Flash as from different dimensions and Flash had run fast that he crossed over to this world with Supergirl (and Superman). The episode was featuring a meta-human (I think) that had the ability to scream in ultrasonic voice. So, in that scene where they discuss this meta-human and how to stop her, the character playing Flash mentioned, "At least it is good to know we both have Mariah Carey" or something like that. Anyways, I thought it was funny that they mentioned Mariah Carey as the common thing in the two different universes.

Yet more things in common Enwar. Lambs who enjoy the music of many artists like Janet and Madonna.

Re: Awkward interview (60,913) (60,918) by enwar00 from usa
Haha thank you. I was mostly joking. I do remember your prior posts about that time period and I agree. I always feel like there was something special that lined up in the universe. I also love Velvet Rope and Older although that one unfortunately I didn't get into until years later. It's funny that you mention Kylie she's my current obsession and her CD is in my car stereo as we speak. I'm a newer fan so it's been a pleasure having an artist with an extensive catalogue to go through backwards. I've only gotten to 2000 lol. And don't think I can go too far back without it being too cheesy for me. Which album are you talking about? And alas Bedtime Stories will always have a special place in my heart. Made me the Madonna fan I am now.

Re: Article Mariah is happier than ever (60,899) (60,917) by B from USA
I agree. Excellent article. I think Mariah is using Mariah's World to redeem herself after AI. She doesn't have to limit her comments and will have time to properly get her point across. Stella is my only problem with it. Her involvement. We'll see.

Aww. I wish I could see her in concert again. Last time I saw her in Sweden was at the Globe. That was so much fun. I met her in the freezing night and got an autograph. This time I can't afford it.

Stella the dictator (60,914) by Terna from Nigeria
In a nice firm but friendly way I see her putting Mariah in check which is a good thing. "It's time for vocal exercises Mariah", "put down that champagne have water instead". "Absolutely no rappers in your new album or show it must be all about you only", "work with newer producers, you need an update to your sound". Lol. If Stella is saying all this without fear that Mariah will cut her off then I'm here for it.

Re: Awkward interview (60,904) (60,913) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
Being able to appreciate artists other than Mariah should not not make anyone a bad lamb. It just makes you an open-minded music fan. And Ray Of Light is a great album, although I'm more of a Bedtime Stories fan, as it's similar to other moody masterpieces of that period (Older, The Velvet Rope, Kylie Minogue, and of course, Butterfly).

Article: Mariah Carey is happier than ever at 46 (60,912) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
Best, most honest and fair Mariah article I have read in quite a long time. My favorite part is how the writer was able to incorporate all these bits quoted from her at different points throughout her entire career - and cohesively. It's impressive as it is expressive. It's a shame only a few articles like this are written these days. I hope Mariah's docu-series is as refreshingly truthful, revealing and candid as this is.
