She looked really good in the gowns too (both the pink and glittery one). I loved the hair she had during the glittery gown portion. But that being said, gowns and Mariah go back like babies and pacifiers, I am loving the bodysuit because it's something we didn't expect from Mariah at all. She is shaking things up, revamping herself, which is something I have been wanting for years now. I see the fire back in her. (Thursday 17 March 2016; 12:34)

Sweet Sweet Fantasy (60,510) by Lamb_O_Chop from Australia All in all she looked absolutely jaw dropping drop dead beautiful, I'm loving the new found confidence, stage presence and energy. I live for her billion dollar legs and the way she oh so daintily strut/work the stage. Love all the gowns absolutely stunning. Her voice is returning to rare form, sounding raw, robust, and gorgeous. Loving it and so excited for her to keep this going and keep stepping it up each time. Now I ain't going to lie that black body suit made me nervous. One side looked higher cut than the other. I'm gonna need her seamstress to do better. The nude color one is cute though, with a few minor adjustments I'd say it's a keeper. Back to the positives: I predict by the wrapping of this tour Mariah's body will be even more snatched, her voice will be in even better shape, and she'll slay us with a new smash single. I didn't want to comment but since you brought up the climax. There's sort of a new tell with Mariah, I don't know if she developed it recently. But when she's singing live and concentrating on the notes, her head jerks a lot, almost uncontrollably. And when she lips her head stays put and she's performing for her life. Mimi L. / bodysuits (60,507) by Giovanni from USA I just can't with the bodysuits. I think she should leave them to Beyonce and J Lo. However I loved the ensemble she wore for "When you believe" and "Against all odds". The hair was also very nice. (Thursday 17 March 2016; 8:46)

A lamb-based set list (60,506) by Marissa from USA It's important to note that everyone who attends Mariah's concerts are not lambs, so it is important for her to perform her most popular songs that any lay-listener would know. Of course her constant performances of Hero and Vision Of Love bore me when I know that there are so many other great songs in her collection, but everyone in the audience isn't like us where we can name at least 90% of her catalog off of the top of our heads. So her catering strictly to lambs and performing practically an entire set list of obscure songs is not going to work. You're not going to catch her entire audience being able to sing along to Subtle Invitation, I Am Free or Babydoll. Ultimately I think she gave a reasonable amount of gems for the lambs while still being true to the "Mariah Carey" concert experience which inevitably features Emotions, WBT, IBT (I am so damn sick of this song. Actually, I don't know if I'm tired of the song or just tired of her bringing Trey out like he's some surprise celebrity guest when he goes every single place on earth that she does. But I'm being petty. ) and Hero. Maybe she could have added one more song, but whatever. I just hope that the next tour or country (or however that's gonna work) she switches out the obscure songs to let other album cuts shine rather than her becoming a creature of habit and thinking "when I want to surprise my lambs I'll always perform Loverboy from now on". Maybe she could do a medley just for the hardcore fans by including her fast songs (Prisoner, Now That I Know etc) or her lesser known ballads (And You Don't Remember, All I've Ever Wanted). But it will alienated the rest of the concertgoers. Just my wish. Oh. I will straight going to heaven if she sings When I Saw You live. Impossible? Nah. She reads this messageboard. Backup singers - male vs female (60,504) by ADAM from USA Does anyone remember when Mariah first came on the scene she sang exclusively with 3 male singers? I wonder why she doesn't anymore. Personally when I watch old clips of her performing with the guys I like their harmonies better than when MC uses Trey and the other 2 ladies. Does anyone else have the same/different opinion? She's been performing the same songs for too many years that she can perform regularly fan favorite songs not in a interlude or medley. I also wish she would sing entire songs live and not from audio recordings. I don't care if she sounds raspy, but I cringe every time there's a change in tone from her vocals because she relies on the studio tracks. What do you think? (Wednesday 16 March 2016; 23:22)

Bodysuits (60,501) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter I never thought I would see Mariah in a bejeweled bodysuit and I don't know what I would have said if someone asked me about it before I saw her pics and videos of yesterday, but honestly after watching her, I was like slay my queen. When I saw her instagram picture of her standing in the hallway about to get on stage, I literally fell off my chair. She was on fire. She was so confident, rocking that bodysuit, moving around, moving around the stage like she knew she looked like a billion bucks. This fire, this confidence is something I have been missing in Mariah. Something she lost after 2008. But yesterday, just seeing her work the stage, and be so confident, I say, go for it. She even had moments where she let a little (almost negligible) imperfections show in her voice without hiding it behind pre-recorded tracks. That just shows how confident she is with her voice again. That she knows she can slay it live without having to hide behind lipsyncs. What a change from the Mariah that was standing stiff in the center of the stage, trying to make every note sound precise and looking like she is uncomfortable through out. This is what I want from Mariah, she knows she is legendary and she should own it. Heck even Wendy said it, that Mariah on her worst day sounds better than most singers out there. So MC do your thing. Side note, Lee TS, I can't at you labeling that region her Hello Kitty. I chuckled so hard, but I agree, the black bodysuit needs to be kept in check. It is a pretty risky one. She always plays around with quoting these songs but never strays away from the same ol' setlist. I will say performing LoverBoy and When You Believe was amazing and surprising so I am very happy about that, but it's always good to expect more from her, otherwise why bother at all? J.Lo was still trying to be hip-pop back then. MC owned the circus glitter outfit before J.Lo began wearing them. Proud (60,495) by Dav from Ireland I'm very proud of Mariah. She is looking and sounding fantastic. Seems to be in love, a great mum and living a very good life. By all accounts she stole the show last night. Seeing the clips of her preforming When You Believe was special to me. After all the criticism we give her, especially on this board, "the voice is worn, the song has too many rappers", lets celebrate this high point. Well done Mariah. Also she proved with proper care and maintainance Mariah still has the goods of her gift her amazing instrument. Here is to a successful European tour and beyond.
