However, I am not someone who usually post here unless I find something of interest related to Mariah that has not been posted yet or someone says something that is contrary to what is true. Andrew spoke of the ghetto and how Mariah tries to be too hard. I responded with reality of what was really happening in these areas and how they relate to Mariah. Typically I don't respond after I make my statements here and to me, by doing so, keeps what I say permanent. Andrew attacks people regularly. He might not know but people here tell him all the time. Then Giovanni gets involved and it is what it is. I really was displeased by a UK lamb calling urban neighborhoods trash and he related it to me. So yes I said what I said and I am happy to be an American. That was my point and I will not have my character questioned but I don't mind people saying I did something wrong. My character is that I am from the ghetto and I no longer live in the ghetto. That's made me who I am today. I am sorry if I offended anyone. I speak from my heart and I represent life in a respectful way. I should not have came at Andrew so hastily and for that I apologize. As Mariah would say, "It is what it is. Dahlings." When I watched the Jamaica concert I was biting my pillow waiting for Honey because I heard she sang a remix there. I was so excited because I thought it was the radio mix with the rappers (I forgot their names lol). So I was kinda let down when it was their So So Def remix. Because If you're constantly commenting on them, it seems a little less their problem than yours if you can't leave it alone. I've stayed away from commenting on here because I find that the board too often devolves from actual Mariah themed topics to full on personal attacks over the most trivial of perceived slights. It then turns into a non-ending snark competition over who can be the worst mean girl reenactor. It's craziness. I don't know how Eric keeps his sanity. Travon, this whole pro America (and Mariah) and thinly veiled anti UK/Europe passive aggressive thing really took the cake, IMO. Dislike Andrew and his posts all you want. I have met polite Italians lambs by day but they become stupid drunks at night and extremely nice lambs. I have also met 50/50 lambs and I only want one song lambs. It's not necessarily "the truth" because not everybody will agree with him. Of course lambs will be sensitive when someone talks shit about Mariah. We prefer constructive criticism. I along with a legion of North American lambs are proud to have more opportunities to see Mariah Carey in all four seasons of the year than the United Kingdom. The irony is funny for them as they will still be waiting next year when Mariah goes to Europe instead. Anyway, Mariah just posted adorable pictures of DemBabies on social media today. Who is looking forward to Mariah Carey doing the Beacon shows this year in the USA? I know most of you wanted to go last year, including me but only a few went. I remember hearing an interview where she said the guy handed her the song and said "Do what you want with it" and she told him it was perfect the way it was. Lead The Way is awesome. You are from the UK and there might be ghettos there but try to live in between Gary, Indiana and the worst part of Chicago, IL. Then grow up in the worst part of Indianapolis on the Northeast Side. These towns would kill you for just walking in the town let alone use the term ghetto. If you come across arrogant, of which you do, they would probably humble (beat) you and then leave you there to die. I have witnessed and heard it done many and many times more. I stayed away and went to school. I now work at chipotle at top ranked Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. So Andrew, please take several seats. I have developed class. You need to learn little boy how to be respectful and research before you post stupid s***. I am not intimidated by you nor your picture, as you say, so please sit down and stop acting self righteous. By the way I liked your previous comment about Mariah not posting the kids with James Packer. Also Mariah is played heavily in these communities as well. People love her in the "ghetto" and she usually reaches the "ghetto" before she crosses over to mainstream. Men don't always jam to her music because of the female hooks but they will usually jam to her music if it is hip hop and has a nice beat. Females had their cars always jamming in the hood bars turned loud. That is the real issue with her songs. Her comeback was heavily hip hop driven. You can't go from hip hop success and try so hard for pop success and expect to remain musically relevent. Andrew, the "ghetto" won't even listen to her songs if they lack a good beat or sound. In 2005 everyone in the hood knew who she was before she crossed over to mainstream. Her label in 2005 marketed het music to "ghetto" urban communities first. In reality, the "ghetto" made Mariah relevent again. So please take several seats once again for even implying that Mariah tries too hard to be ghetto. She has our respect always as thugriah. Re: Lost (56,364) (56,371) by Bill from the UK I agree in part, as much as I love Mariah's recent efforts, there was a particular elegance that came with Butterfly because it was, at the time, the most genuine record she had ever made, and I'm sure we'll all agree on that point. It was a perfect blend of her show stopping ballads with some hip-hop flourishes incorporated gracefully into her signature R&B. It worked because it was sincere. (Saturday 29 August 2015; 13:57)

"All My Life" (56,370) by Billy from Greece So, I've been listening to "Glitter" right now, blasting every tune and adoring it just like the first time I put it in my cd-player. "All My Life" is one of all-time favorites by Mariah, ever, and the monster hit that never was and should have been. Imagine if that was the first single off the soundtrack. Israel concert (56,368) by Licia from USA I'm finally watching clips from the Israel concert. She sounded great. Don't know what all the hub bub was about her not sounding good. Did she sound like 90's Mariah? Nope, but she worked it out. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the So So Def remix of Honey. I don't think she has ever performed that live. New album / Mara (56,367) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter Mara, there seems to be a lot of people who have supposedly collaborated with Mariah during the recording of MIAM era and the songs never came out. We heard different song titles (which could have been rumors) but some came out of Mariah's own mouth. Then I will never stop asking where the heck is the Morales collaboration that he tweeted about during that time. Mariah is probably going to release a surprise album soon. Yes I am riling up the message board at this point haha. But I feel like she is dropping hints with the random tweets. She does have enough material if we are to take into account her statement that she has a whole album ready which she wanted to release but didn't because someone copied it before she could release it. I get an eerie feeling a bunch of female artists will release their music the second, very second Adele does. Heck I would. I feel we will get a surprise album guys. Because right now we are so distracted by all the Packer romance stories it's a great set up for an album. I also believe Packer and Mariah fell in love real quickly.
