Vegas songs (50,270) by Darryle from USA I hope when Mariah does Vegas she does the original versions of the songs. I love the remixes but they aren't what sent the songs to #1. I want to hear the original Heartbreaker. Fantasy, and Honey. I know remixes are probably easier on her voice but it's a Vegas #1s show. Not a Vegas remix show. (Wednesday 18 February 2015; 17:19)

Memoirs and Lee (50,269) by B from USA I remember buying Fantasy the day it was released and being in rapture when it debuted at #1. Then buying the album and follow up singles and requesting them nonstop. Mariah spent six months at #1 with the singles from Daydream, that is an amazing thing, half a year at #1. I feel that Memoirs was rushed because they knew that Obsessed was a hit. I know it was delayed once or twice but I don't think the material was changed or rearranged. I think Mariah needs to regroup and find some new producers that can provide her with beats that are fire and inspire her to write songs that are undeniable and catchy. #1's (50,268) by B from USA #1's needs a classic Carey ballad. Simple and elegant. No attempts at being trendy or of the moment. She needs the producers that Miguel and Frank Ocean work with. It needs a strong verse, chorus, verse structure that is easily followed and an EDM/disco vocal showcase. I would love for her to rerecord Meteorite with Mark Ronson or Calvin Harris tweaking the original. I want Mariah to hold the record for most #1's. She's still relevant. I think if she wasn't the media wouldn't be all up in her business. She's the last diva standing and she needs to remind the public that she is Mariah Carey, that underneath all that glitters is gold. (Wednesday 18 February 2015; 16:39)

Madonna (50,267) by Lee TS from USA So I saw her new video and thought it was pretty cool with a cute song I can bop to. While browsing through the comments, it totally reminded me of M. How Madonna is not receiving radio airplay, Gaga fans hating, her fans advocating to support support support. And then there's this whole thing about a UK station banning Madonna because of her age. Although I've never been a huge fan of Madge, I do respect her as a queen and she's alright in my book (and I do like quite a few of her earlier songs). But anyways, it made me sad to think that this could happen or is happening to M. I remember either reading or watching Elvis Duran, a radio host, saying how M didn't receive a lot of support for MIAM. It's just sad. And I think as fans we never want to see our idol get older because we will always see them how we first fell in love with them. And before anyone brings up their beef, M has very subtly complimented Madonna on AI when the contestants performed "Like A Prayer" and she called Madonna a trailblazer in some obscure interview last year. There's room for everyone but I just want M on top that's all, haha. And I want all the little lambs to experience their first successful Mariah Carey era. I've been a fan since Daydream but I still remember the thrill of seeing Heartbreaker topping Billboard and coming to this site exclaiming that it was my first time seeing M scoring a #1 hit, lol. I have a book of prayers I use to pray for my son and I roughly listed some ideas from it (in case someone wants to, but doesn't know what to pray for): protection from harm feeling/being loved and accepted health and healing (if she needs to see a doctor that God will show her which Dr and pray for Drs hands and mind to be divinely guided) avoid alcohol, drugs, and other addictions (I'm not accusing her of using anything, but included to cover all bases) finding the perfect mate living free of unforgiveness restoring and maintaining relationships with all family members (including Allison and Nick) motivation to respect and properly care for her body sound mind freedom from fear seeking wisdom and discernment growing in faith gift of joy destroying an inheritance of family bondage success in her career (Vegas shows will be wildly successful, her voice will come through, all aspects of the production will go off without a hitch, album sales will skyrocket, etc.) staying attracted to purity learning to speak life thankfulness (Wednesday 18 February 2015; 15:11)

A date / Nick (50,261) by Lee TS from USA Let's say Mariah was seen out on a date with The Rock or some random billionaire, how would you feel about it? Would it be like, "go girl do your thang" or "ewww, no class whatsoever". First reports of the divorce surfaced back in like August and Nick said they had been separated for several months already. Say when Roc takes North to prom in high school, wouldn't M and Nick be there? And when Roc marries Blue wouldn't the parents be there? Or when Roe gives birth to Marilyn wouldn't M and Nick want to be there? All I'm saying is I hope they handle their bidness peacefully and can have some kind of friendship for the kids. It's like lambs are ready to attack Nick for being a cheater, liar, on the come up, whatever. He may not be a good husband to M, but that doesn't make him a bad father to Dembabies. I'll probably get hate for this but whatever, if you look at "I don't know her" you would never know she was going through a divorce when she embarked on a world tour with her young twins. Sound familiar? Or she also flopped hard with her album last year. "Her" from the block is out here killing it while looking flawless. But anyways, I hope M is working hard on rehearsals for Vegas and maybe release a new single to promote it. It doesn't have to be a #1, I'll be ecstatic with a top 10 just so she's being heard again. I think she's more and likely rehearing for her Vegas shows. But I agree, a behind the scenes or documentary would be great. My All cover in Spanish (50,258) by 123 from USA This is an old cover of Mariah's My All by a Bachata group and they do an amazing job singing the song in Spanish. The original translation didn't really work, but this one is great. Instead of attempting to match Mariah's every note, the lead singer sings it his own way and makes a great cover, which artists usually never accomplish covering her work. Prayers for Mariah (50,256) by 123 from USA It has been forever since I've posted. But I've been meaning to ask other lambs if they want to join in on praying for Mariah. For those interested, maybe we can all pick a day. After seeing how she appeared under the influence and emotional pain while singing ABMB in Jamaica, I knew our girl's life could be in trouble. If being in this business is becoming to much for her to where her life is in danger, I would rather her "leave it all behind" and focus on her health and her family. She has given us so many songs, I feel spoiled at times. Since she has the upcoming Vegas and new 1's reissue, we know she won't have much time to herself to heal, but with prayer, anything is possible. God Bless. (Wednesday 18 February 2015; 1:54)

Conclusion to my saga (50,253) by Dove from USA I apologize for making it all about me and my relationship these past few days. This is the last one. I dont know if it's because I'm sick or medicated but I feel an urgent need to unload all of these feelings. I feel like if I put them out into the universe I can finally let them go. This feels like the right place for some reason. Even though it would still hurt no matter how much time passes, it has been my experience that time really does heal. If I would have seen those pictures today I would have dealt with it a lot better than I did back then. Back then the wound was still fresh and I was still in denial. I couldn't get out of bed for two weeks after that incident. I had to take time off from work. Now, I've already accepted that it's over. I truly do love him and I want for him to be really happy. We were with each other our entire adult lives except for a brief period in 2005. He's the only man I have loved as an adult. Several months ago I was in distress and I asked the Universe/Infinite Intelligence/God why he didn't choose me. I don't remember if it was online or on TV but Iyanla Vanzant came on and said, "He was not the one." It felt like a direct answer to my question. But barring a reality show I don't really understand how Mariah could possibly share more of herself than she already has, especially now when she is divorcing and undoubtedly trying to protect her children from bearing the brunt of any negative fallout. Never mind the fact that she is bleeding out and crying throughout MIAMTEC. It's stylised heartbreak but heartbreak none the less. Not many people would be brave enough to bare their soul and share with the whole world such heartache. Who else on Mariah's level, right now, is writing lyrics as raw as: "Kept praying inside, let him love me for who I am. Please My Lord"? I'll wait. And as I wait, so will those of you who don't appreciate just how transparent and accessible Mariah has been ever since she left Tommy. If you really can't figure out Mariah's raison d'etre from her consistently showing you through her music, interviews, actions and reactions all through her career then it's not Mariah. It's you. It's been a long time since she performed many of her #1's and especially Someday. It has very unusual lyrics comparing to most MC's songs about relationships and break up (WBT, DFA).
