Article: Mariah posts cryptic tweet of support for Nick (73,187)
by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
| |
|
|
That childish visual is a little too much. Mishka needs to knock off trying to turn Mariah's instagram into a 13 year old's instagram. They could have just wrote it on a solid color background or put up a picture with Nick and the kids and write this message in the caption.

They didn't collaborate yet. He said her team contacted him for a future collaboration. The song we're getting in March is already complete and will be with someone who Mariah has collaborated with and is friends with.

It's going to be Trey Lorenz. Haha, kidding, I hope it's Jay-Z. Since she said she worked with this person before (although I don't think it's him). If it's someone she didn't work with before, I'd like it to be Bruno, or the Weeknd.

Mariah looked so pretty, I loved the dress, the color looks really good on her, but them boobs look like they are screaming for air. Side not, she finally got a pretty necklace that doesn't age her.

Thank you for expressing my sentiments. It's like saying Andrew is catty because he is either hood or gay. Drugs are not onlu used by a certain race. Look it up. How many more buttons will he try to push?

Btw I'm mixed race so anything I do I either blame on my white side or black side, it makes it easier to the shift blame and degrade part of my ethnicity. Therefore never really feeling comfortable as a whole in my own skin as half of me is always to blame for letting the other side down. An absolute redicoulos comment to make Andrew.

Andrew - Hood comment (73,180)
by Anonymous from

Really Andrew. You have to take it there and associate Mariah smoking weed because of her black roots? That's like saying all gay guys are prmociscus because of their sexuality which I know isn't the case. You can be so right at times and so wrong on others. You're more intellect than this, I'm surprised how ignorant you can be and to all of those who liked that post. Disappointed.

Re: The stolen idea (73,168) (73,179)

Hey Billy, no that's all the info I got. I'd really like to know who stole the idea though. I know a lot of people thought it was Beyoncé but I never thought that because let's be real, none of us expected Mariah to have a whole album with each song having visuals ready and that too in such high quality and artistic manner. I also thought that it couldn't be Taylor since her album came after MIAM. But seems like M was about to pull a semi Beyonce (surprise album) and Taylor (packaging and demos) but pulled back at the last minute. If it was indeed Mariah's idea to "leak" those snippets from her demo via the videos, it would have been genius really, with her posting he cryptic tweets about listening to her demo.

Nope, Celine lip syncs that All By Myself note most of the time, go check out the link Andrew posted. She is just as notorious as Mariah when it comes to lip syncing it's just that she's more of a pro when it comes to it and doesn't have those lip syncing fails for the world to see. It goes to show that she's still very much devoted to her craft that she will never ever let those backing tracks be exposed. But yes, her voice changed but it still has the consistency and I bet she still sees a vocal coach to keep those pipes on track unlike Mariah sadly.

Also apparently the demo tape recordings Mariah was going to release was called "1989", like Taylor's album. If it's true, it is such a shame. I'd give my all to hear that tape.

Oh sure, I agree she sings to prerecorded tracks to save her voice for those songs she needs to sing live. Her concerts are equally demanding. But, every time she gets up to sing, I'm not cringing wondering how it's going to go like MC.

I agree, Lila. This video made me sad, as it reminded me of my Meet & Greet experience with Mariah. She had the same facial expression as shown in this video while talking to Stella, except she actually started crying when Stella left the room. I wish Mariah would realize how much Stella is part of the problem.

It did. On (I think) the deluxe limited edition one, she did include demo versions of the songs on that album. I think they were studio sessions to phone recordings.

What kind of "surgery" are you talking about? I wasn't aware there's an operation that suddenly makes people into better singers. Even better, I didn't know you could have it repeatedly whenever you feel your voice isn't up to par.

Rappers go hard and often lie or exaggerate because that is what they do. Funny how Clown has never battled his real peers, only a diva. And like Remy said of Nicki, the only reason he/she went for M. is because he knows she doesn't carry. Easy target. He will never go head to head like Nas and Jay or any of his top named contemporaries. As for drinking and smoking, it affects some and not others. Chaka has been a coke head, smoker and drinker for most of her career and she is still going strong. If M. has a drinking problem I wish she would control it for her health and for her children's sake most especially. Morgan did betray Mariah whether she has a problem or not.

Celine lips more than Mariah on any given concert. It's just that no one is analyzing her notes like we do on this board.

Have you heard this performance? Her vocals were on point. No rasp or strain. Her voice is changing all the time. I'm listening to her Emotions album right now and her vocals are totally different from the Daydream era. Yes, her voice has changed over the years due to the alcohol and overwork (I'm not delusional) but she still can pull out great performances when she wants to.

Race-baiting as usual when it has absolutely nothing to do with the topic at hand. How is Mariah smoking weed trying to fit into "hood culture" when we never heard about her doing anything weed related until she started hanging out with her 100% white team these past 2 years? I didn't see not one black person in any of those photos of Mariah at the weed dispensary. Nice try though. You have this nasty habit of blaming all of Mariah's mistakes on her being part black/associating with black people and thinking no one will call you out. Let's not forget that TEOM, one of her highest sold albums, was a complete R&B album, a genre created by the people you despise. I don't recall her suffering or her life falling into shambles then. Since you want to play the race game, should all of her booty selfies, weed smoking/edible eating, having a child run her social media, NYE disaster and subsequent blame game, showing up to lingerie at clubs, having a child serve her alcohol, cutting interviewers off to rant about old news, constantly wearing her engagement ring long after she's been dumped, etc. be blamed on white culture since those are the only people she's been surrounded by lately? Where were all of the depraved black rappers that you allude to when she was making those decisions? Two can play your boring little "one culture is responsible for all problems" game.

I think it's DJ Khaled for his upcoming album. She did say a male collaborator who she worked with before. I totally forgot but he was in the Triumphant video. I do like his song Shining with Bey and Jay.

Oh forgot to mention that she was 100% sober which made all the difference. She's the nicest ever when she's sober and does her job properly. You can tell from the reviews how wow'ed the crowd was. Stay like this Mariah for God's sake.
