Re: Albums (74,996) (75,011) by B from USA
Those fillers are considers classics by not just fans but critics alike. Each were highlighted in almost every review of Emotions. MIAMTEC has way more filler. Money, Faded, Heavenly, the leftover remixes from the Angels Advocate Remix album that was shelved and a few others I can't think of. I love MIAMTEC but Emotions wins hands down. Mariah's vocals on that album are otherworldly.

Re: Stella (74,997) (75,010) by B from USA
Wow. There most be trouble in paradise if TMZ source (AKA Stella) claims Mariah would have rather been gifted the car Miskha was given. Sounds like Mariah's finally seeing what we've been seeing since Stellar entered the picture. She doesn't care about Mariah or her career. She's just trying to turn her family into the next Kardashians which was the whole point of taking Mariah into doing that docuseries. Thankfully, it flopped or E would have given Stella and her daughter a spinoff like they do every series that's successful. Kylie Jenner has a spinoff called Kylie's Life or something like that coming soon.

Re: Emotions, Till the End of Time (74,995) (75,009) by B from USA
I think everyone has a moment during that breakdown, I know I do. I hope Mariah writes timeless R&B songs for her new album like she did on Emotions. #Beautiful was a Mowtown inspired throwback and it was her last hit which proves that the public loves it when Mariah pays homage to the Motown era.

I wonder which phrase she'll be using all of next week to come up with. Honestly, I was surprised the Gossip Cop dating story was so understated. I was expecting it to be all showy with phrases like: unbridled passion and they both feel on top of their game when they're together.

Exactly someone please stop the witch. But who could do that (except Mariah)? If you think logical there's no reason to work with such a person. I know some on this board said because she says yes to everything MC does, but there should be a lot of people who would do this for less. Anyway her manager makes me sick every time I see or read something about her. It's really trash 100%. I hope one day we find out the reason Mariah was tolerating her. I'm pretty sure it will end bad or at least not nice.

Her reasoning why she fired Mariah's staff was because she said they're wasting Mariah's money and she always talked about budget last SSFT, then why the [censored] she have the guts to buy these cars to Mariah and her daughter like it was nothing? How much she's getting from Mariah to afford all of this? I can't, she's desperate and doing all of this shit right in front of our eyes. She's totally garbage and opportunist, I'm gonna puke. Open your [censored] eyes Mariah.

Debates like this are some of my favorite because each one of us like different albums for different reasons. The one thing I can appreciate about Mariah's album she has a little something for all her fans. I would hope that one day Mariah would rank all her studio albums according to herself just to see where some of our favorite albums rank according to MC herself.

Re: Stella (74,997) (75,001) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
The only thing is, Stella doesn't know crap. She can never be Kris because Kris gets things done. She took a family of untalented, semi attractive members and turned them into a worldwide brand. Stella on the other hand has one of the most talented individuals in the world and she couldn't do sh*t for her career. That's what a big flop Stella is.

Re: Emotions, Till the End of Time (74,983) (75,000) by Mara from United States
Til The End of Time and then the leading into the Wind is my all time favorite Mariah ever. TTEOT just takes me somewhere else. Everything about that song is hauntingly other worldly. Every time Mariah does something I don't agree with, I always think "this is the woman that wrote and sang TTEOT" and all is good. Lol. I love the Emotions album. And You Don't Remember is another favorite. Great memories from that album.

Re: Stella (74,997) (74,999) by RibbonB from USA
LoL, Mimi has had Maybach's for years already. Why would Stella get a "13" or now 14 year old kid a car though? Is that the age of driving these days? I forget, I thought it was at least 16. But anyway, all so silly and shallow. At least Mimi only spent 34K on Crustacean. Shawn had some very ineresting subtweets last week, I think they might have been about "you know who".

Stella (74,997) by Butterfly from
Look at the latest TMZ article. I never seen a manager use a client so bad in front of the world. This makes Mariah look so stupid. Stella and Mishka plan is very clear. They want to be like Kris Jenner and her daughters. They don't give a shit about Mariah or her career. Someone stop the witch.

Re: Albums (74,973) (74,996) by Terna from Nigeria
I would pick MIAM over Emotions, anytime, anyday, anywhere. Emotions is bland, dark and disturbing and full of fillers ("And you don't remember", "So Blessed", "You're So Cold", "If it's Over", "To Be Around You") it's just too formulaic and the ballads except for "Till the end of time" and "Can't Let Go" are quite forgettable. Heck the album even has just only 10 songs. What carries the album are her flawless vocals and layering. The only filler on Me. I Am Mariah, is that horrendous "Money" song with Fabolous.

Re: Emotions, Till the End of Time (74,983) (74,995) by Licia from USA
That breakdown on Till the End of Time where she sings "Tell me what you need, let me give you all of me 'cause without you nothing's real, you're the reason that I feel, ohhhhh tell me what you need, let me give you everything, every moment I'm alive until the end of time" is everything. Mariah had a moment and I have a moment every time I hear it. Lol.

Mariah should work with Robert Clivillés on her new album. She should also work with David Morales.

I heard it for the first time in years after my grandfather passed away (he also died from cancer) and it made me cry. Sunflowers, My Saving Grace, and The One, and Lullaby are the best songs on Charmbracelet.

Re: New album (74,987) (74,991) by B from USA
She announced she was working on an album when she began her Vegas residency and then again last year when talking to Billboard and yet while promoting I Don't she said she was going to focus on releasing singles because albums aren't selling at the moment. Mariah should name her next album The Confusion of Mariah. Or The Contradiction of Mariah. Stella is the worst manager ever. She's the female version of Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole 's lawyer/lover/manager. Has Stella taken on those other roles in Mariah's life as well? It's the only thing that explains Mariah giving Stella free reign to do and say whatever she wants. I hope Mariah starts keeping her private life private like she used to. Sharing pictures of the twins is one thing but going public with every relationship since her divorce needs to stop.

I Don't (74,990) by B from USA
I Don't has almost 18 million views and You're Mine (Eternal) is nearing 10. Guess her antics isn't stopping people from listening to her music and/or watching her music videos. I think sometimes we're a little too hard on Mariah. I think she deserves a free pass for the limited promo she did for her last studio album due to what was going on in her personal life. The last song the public remembers from Mariah is #Beautiful which is actually a good thing.

Re: Article: Mariah Carey not having "midlife crisis" (74,986) (74,989) by B from USA
Mariah and her managers, BS: Before Stella, refused to even acknowledge tabloid rumors. I grow more and more concerned about what's really happening behind the scenes everyday. Stella is a messy reality tv producer not a manager. Why wasn't she making appearances on Tiny and TI or Tiny's spinoff? Everything the blushtastic one makes is unprofessional.

Re: Albums (74,973) (74,988) by darrian liu from taiwan
MIAM is a solid album, no doubt, but it has more filler songs than Emotions. There are shining moments in MIAM, like Cry, Faded, Meteorite, Make It Look Good, YDKWTD and others but Emotions is a more consistent album. MIAM also didn't quite reach the heights Emotions reached (The Wind is pure genius). Different opinions, I guess, but I don't see the resemblance between MIAM and Emotions.

New album (74,987) by Dav from Ireland
Looks like this new album is coming sooner rather than later. Which feels a little strange. Normally we know for years a new album is in the works. Mariah seems a little lack luster regarding it. And only a few months ago was saying that she's not into making an album, sticking with singles. I'm hopeful for this new era, but it feels off, already. Hopefully I'm wrong.
