Shawn (74,582)
by Mara from United States
| |
|
|
So Shawn took to twitter today while at the airport and decided to answer a select few lamb questions. He did not divulge all that much info but did anyone else see any of his responses? He did mention that he hasn't seen MC since Christmas and that (hopefully) he will be seeing her next month for his birthday. He didn't seem to know for certain yet. He also mentioned when asked about Mariah's World that he liked the ones that "featured her" and especially the ones where she gave her insights into her writing process. He doubts there will be a season 2. He also stated that no one she knows is more loyal to her than him and to "bank on that" he had to do a second tweet though and clarify "That's not shade on anyone else. Family is different." I don't know though, could be that he is not falling for the whole Bulochnikov family thing any longer. Mimi L did you catch that? RibbonB? Did anyone else sense a little smoke in the tweets or is it my wishful thinking again?

Stella's birthday (74,581)
by Mara from United States
| |
|
|
So did all the lambs get out there and wish Stellablushella a happy birthday today? Anyhow, you would swear she was the major celebrity with all the homage she has gotten. Way more than Mariah on 3/27 Mariah downplayed her day this year incredibly. Stella on the other hand, had this huge display of wishes, flowers, balloons, and even a (you guessed it) a TMZ article and video of MC wheeling a $30,000 LV chest into the party from ours truly. What does this woman need with that? Whatever, but wonder who leaked that party footage to the paps? I guess Stella is the A lister now. On a side note if I see one more thing with empowering your girls I might throw up. Sorry not sorry.

Re: Mariah and piano (74,576) (74,580)

I Love this idea. Her playing the piano with a stripped down, organic (almost freestyled) new vocal arrangements of some of her big hits (maybe a few obsured ones). I would even settle for Big Jim James Wright to help her out here and there a la TGIFY in Vegas (just so she could really cut loose a bit). Speaking of lip sync have you guys notice that Mariah never lips Vision of Love, like ever under any circumstances. It's always live.

They blurred out the Buttlochnikov's. Well Stella really didn't need to have her butt in church on a high holy day and what not. I can't wait to see what kind of party Roc and Roe have for their sixth birthday.

Mariah gifted her manager a $30k Louis Vuitton trunk? Seriously? What has she done to earn this type of bonus? Hopefully this is a classy parting gift.

I love your idea. Mariah on the piano would be magical. The scene in "Glitter" when she plays and sings "Reflections" I always thought it would be great if she does it for a single not only for the movie.

Mariah and piano (74,576)
by MC1989 from Spain
| |
|
|
Watching this clip of Mariah playing piano I wondered how great it would be if Mariah rearranged some of her old songs (lower key, less vocal acrobatics, no backing tracks/lip synching) and learned a few chords to play them on the piano, so that in her next performance on TV or wherever she could offer something really different, 100% live, rehearsed from head to toes and with less hair touching / posing. (She would have to be very focused. Artists like Elton John, Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner or even Madonna rearranged their songs to sing them in different ways over the years. I know that playing while singing is very difficult but I'm just asking for her to learn a few chords, most pop songs are very easy to play.) She could do Vision Of Love or Hero in a simple way. What do you guys think?

Carlos vs Andrew's messages: both censored (74,570)
by Sheila from United States
| |
|
|
[...] should be censored, Andrew is just as mean and nasty to Mariah, but his messages continue. Andrew has attacked board members and Mariah spitting hate towards her and he is allowed to continue his evil comments. [...] to be a site of Mariah love, now not so much. [...] yes I'm judging. Maybe take a moment and read his comments. Why make Carlos the villian?

I think he's matured and is smarter and more responsible now. He's much more sensitive to M now than he was during their marriage at times it seems. I think he'll be just fine on Wendy. He has the same answer whenever asked about M now.

Wendy has asked every Mariah question with her guests that are in Mariah's circle. From Patti to Lee to Randy and even her nemesis JLo. Nick needs to prepare to stay above the fray and not be messy. Just enough to quench our thirsts. Maybe a fun random fact about MC we didn't know. Like she loves candy canes or whatever. Not just because we are lambs here, but Mariah is like the ultimate guest for a show like Wendy's.

At a glance: "Nigel is a petty queen." (74112) "Yes *girl* agreed." (73719) "Good for the lambs standing up against *her*." (73404) "Mimi L is wishy washy also but most of the negative comments that borderline hate usually come from the gay male lambs." (73595) "Go find a *man* and get a life." (73461) "Good for the lambs standing up against *her*." (73404). "Actually, while you make think the public at large knows here music they don't. Her music is typically hits in the gay community." (72266) "Anthony is a drama queen." (70189). "Tanaka and Anthony are closet downlow gays with nice bodies." (69204) "Bryan is also gay, the gays say. So it's truly not their fault lol." (67592) You're a peach.

I hope Nick doesn't open his big mouth. Wendy could trick him and Nick might spill the beans and upset Mariah. It would suck for Mariah since it seems she's not fond of Wendy. The Wendy show is a guilty pleasure. I used to dislike her. Remember Nick blamed a DJ for asking personal questions (which Nick answered so easily) and ruining his marriage. Like "Hello, Nick you don't have to answer everything." I liked Nick but he messed up different times.

Scientology (74,563)
by Tijl from Belgium
| |

The article on the business breakup between Packer and Ratner sheds new light on the end of the romance. With Tommy Davis as JP's wingman the outcome for Mariah could have been a lot more dramatic than it turned to be. Scientology is not to be messed with and as the wealthy woman she is, Mariah was an ideal victim. Unfortunately she joined a Russian cult. To be continued...

Most of your posts are nonsense, so . Anyways would you rather people provide some ideas, which may or may not be picked up by Mariah. (Who knows? Did you ever think she'll do a reality show? A match.com ad? A GoW ad? No right? Things change.) Or would would rather people go back to criticizing her, taking jabs and all? No one is forcing her, nor can they force her to do something she doesn't want to but it's better that the board has something new to talk about and pitch in ideas for fun instead of the usual stuff.
