Stella isn't the best. We knew that. Mariah is non compos mentis. We knew that. Fans are being ignored. We knew that. Joe Public doesn't really care about Mariah in the press. Surely they don't now. Christmas is still coming. And she needs to put out material soon in the new year to ride the coat-tails of the exposure. We knew that, also. I'm confused as to what has changed. Mariah needs to get a professional team to sell her brand again. She may have given up. In which case she will be her own undoing. Id love to pick this apart. But it's all a bit: "we knew that". I feel the anger directed toward Stella is actually frustration with Mariah. And I cant help but feel that Stella wouldn't be called half the things she has been were she a man. But, seriously you guys, the path is still the path. I'm lost as to what the proverbial fan is here. I've been convinced myself by posters here as to the virtue of the Christmas material and new material in the new year. What's changed? Don't see it. This will come to pass. Her band will be damaged. Media talk (67,670) by Che from USA I don't normally respond to all this media chit chatter but I did want to say my peace on some of the comments here saying that that none of this talk is coming directly from either Packer or Carey's camp. Maybe I've read something different than what everyone else has but several articles have distinctly said "a rep for the singer confirmed to Entertainment Tonight." "Mariah and James had a fight in Greece, and have not seen each other since. The fight was not because of any cheating allegations or excessive spending by Mariah. James is one of the most successful businessmen in the world. They are trying to work it out. Right now, they’re not sure if they will stay together. They are discussing it, and plan to release an official statement together about their future." And his official rep has countered everything except for the fact they're no longer together. Their have also been other statements said to come from her official rep and not a source. TMZ was present at her Halloween bash. No one from TMZ could be present without permission. It's time to accept that it's industry standard to utilize these various media outlets including TMZ when it fits a purpose to an artists agenda even one such as Mariah especially given her current managers style. All we can hope is the focus shifts more to the talent and not to the personal too much. However given the circumstance that seems unlikely. (Saturday 29 October 2016; 23:45)

Macy's / MAC (67,669) by Mara from United States So to change the vibe, I went to Macy's today and they had a big sign saying MAC cosmetics now here. Immediately I thought about Mariah's line that is due to come out soon. So as I walk through the store and approach the cosmetic area they have a big MAC cosmetic section with holiday themed make up and such. As I am looking I notice a familiar sound and it was our Mariah YDKWTD. Wow, what a nice moment to be in the mall/Macy's and hear the beautiful sound of a Mariah song. That song should have been a hit. It was played in the MAC section. I wonder if since they are putting out her line soon that's the reason a song less familiar to the GP as YDKWTD came on. It was such a great surprise. It sounded so good, my husband is saying "come on" and of course I said, I'll catch up, I have to listen the rest of Mariah. (Saturday 29 October 2016; 23:40)

The stories (67,661) by Lila from United States I think it's hard not to assume that these stories are coming from Mariah's side when not only, is Stella unprofessional and tacky, this whole relationship, or business deal, or whatever it was, has lived in the media from the beginning, with Stella, and yes it has to be said Mariah, feeding it. If they were okay with using the media then it can't be unbelievable that they're using it now. Also, while the media does publish outlandish stories about many celebrities, these allegations are quite serious for a short 10-month engagement and the story changed quite quickly and dramatically, even for the media. In the span of 1 day, it went from excessive spending, to his being abusive and mentally unstable, to her cheating with Bryan, and then they of course are seen out to dinner with Bryan and have called TMZ up to get the shots. And if this all just a publicity stunt, Mariah, girl, the respect lost from your fans and the public will be too real and no coming back from. (Saturday 29 October 2016; 17:31)

Mariah well knows this and she is right along with it with the leaked videos, stolen moments, lap dances, dinners at Nobu (co-owned) by James. All for the TMZ cameras and E network gossip shows. Sure let Mariah continue to play her games. She well knows what is going on around her and with this show. Sink or swim, she is in all of this and plays it up for all it is worth. E news is the biggest generator of the gossip right along with TMZ. Mariah can stay silent, or play coy in interviews, but the results will be all hers and her children's by default. The very last picture of Stella and Mariah has been and it is still up there. That was around the time lambs wanted to see less Stella in the pics and it was granted, there was no more Stella after that picture. Also they were seeing together having dinner just yesterday so I don't believe she was fired or their friendship fell overboard. To be honest I'm not buying a single article about the split or anything. Nothing is remotely clear. People (general public) just want more of this drama because it is Mariah Carey and people just disliked this idea of her having it all including a known billionaire. We really need an official annoucement, anything, even a Snapchat from Mariah saying something simple as "*wink* don't believe everything you see" and smile in her cute way. Instead she is going for dinners. I'm more amazed at the news Janet converted to another religion just to be with a guy and ditched all the rights for women she has been fighting for so long. She is always the first to complain about how she is not given enough recognition as a songwriter and producer, yet she is the one distracting people from this with her shenanigans. She should be gearing up for Christmas, and getting her machine oiled for the festive season, but instead she is fielding questions about a failed relationship and preparing for a reality show. Nobody really knows anything yet just what's reported from TMZ. We don't know much about the truth or about Stella, the "source" could be anyone. It's ridiculous bashing her like this because of something we read on the news. I do agree something is amiss but lets side with Mariah and support her as fans not as a concerned parent who wishes to set their child an example and wanting it learn the hard way. We are blaming Mariah for being behind this when we have no reason or facts to confirm. When Mariah divorced Nick the same sorta stories came about. They broke up because Mariah drank ect. This is how they sell newspapers and Wendy gets a check. Obviously, the whole needing 50 million because she was traumatized is a lie. She was at her Halloween party last week. No way she would do such a thing and then plan a statement. This is strictly gossip and I think it's sad we immediately think she's behind this. I really think this whole Stella conspiracy thing has gotten a bit out of hand. It's like we are all paranoid and making us a bit coocoo. I just hope Mariah continues to stay silent about the issue. She seems very unprofessional in the way statements are put out. As Mariah is private, nothing about a fight would have ever come out, or anything about finances. This manager seems to follow the "all press is good press" mentality. This childish drama being reported is for these new/reality "stars". Mariah is her employer but I doubt she is reviewing statements before they are put out, and if she is, I can see her saying "whatever dahling" because she believes she's above the tabloid nonsense. Ok, I'm kidding obviously but it really does make you wonder. They keep saying terrible but the add "not violent". This has been one of the strangest weeks in Mariah news I think ever. It's up there with Glitter. I got my tickets to the December 14th Beacon show. I wish that was what we were talking about. Doesn't seem like she will add the extra shows like she has in the past two years this time. It's a shame this is what we are talking about instead of the fact that November is quickly approaching and it's her time. You have a bunch of gossip columns pulling a lot of random crap out of their asses while you all eat it up like it's all facts. All that is truly known is that they haven't been seen together since Greece, Packer didn't show up to Mariah's Halloween party, and most of Mariah's South American leg was cancelled. According to Mariah, that was a promoter issue and not related to her relationship. Other than that all you have is 100% speculation. Mariah not being able to do shows due to promoters would not be the first time this has happened with Mariah or other singers, it won't be the last, and it certainly isn't an "F.U." to her fans. Currently, Mariah's still wearing her ring, so we don't know that they've split for good or not. We don't know anything. Some of you act like vultures licking your lips so you can be "outraged" by Mariah because you read tabloid fodder is disgusting.
