B (54,136) by Alexis Morell Carrington Colby Dexter Rowan from USA
So all of the third verse and last chorus is completely live every night? Those high belts (lowered for this Vegas show) in the lines: "Don't wanna cry, nothing in the world can take us back to where we used to be, giving you my heart and soul, find a way of letting go" are all her live every night? With all of the vocal struggles she has had the last couple of years, she is able to belt those notes the exact same key and integrity every night of this show? It's the exact same from every show we've seen on YouTube. Girl, really?

Oh please that complete bologna. And your family and close friends should go on every social media outlet and expose all your less than perfect moments in life, just for the hell of it. How about that?

Vegas (54,134) by B from USA
Mariah didn't lip the ballads. She only lipped during the uptempos most likely to rest her voice before the big ballads later in the set list. She was singing while walking backstage and sometimes when she was backstage. She made sure we knew she was singing live. She slayed.

Infinity (54,132) by B from USA
I wish this teaser had been used in the video. I don't like the closet scene or the scene of Mariah laying on the couch wearing that unflattering black evening gown.

Is this "exposé" Mariah season or something? (54,131) by Lamb_O_Chop from Australia
Why is it that when Mariah seems to be in a much better, clear headed, and in a stable place, all these vultures come out of nowhere trying to tear her down again? How many people are gonna stab her in the back this year? It's getting really sad. As for the Morgan situation I seriously hope its untrue on every level, because if so it would completely damage their relationship permanently I'm certain. If you're really concerned for your little sister, just pick up the damn phone or fly your ass to Vegas and have a heart to heart, but airing "alleged" dirty laundry is doing more harm than good.

Morgan's story on Daily Mail (54,130) by ADAM from USA
Why can't people realize when sources go to the tabloids or social media to air a grievance or concern about Mariah that's it's probably done as a last result because of all their attempts to reach out to her personally have been denied. I believe Morgan's account of what Mariah is going through. It was too specific and he's always been inside her entourage since the early days of her success. I always suspected she has a drinking problem at the least and suffers from depression. It's more than coincidence her "problems" arised when her voice started to fail her and her trickery started with lip syncing. Whatever the real reasons I feel scared about Mariah's well being. I think any and everyone whose every known or works with her needs to call her out. No more enabling her. No more lies and blowing smoke. I think one day soon if she doesn't take accountability for her action and get cleaned up well wake up to find out she is no longer with us. Overdoses are all too common and are the un intented consequences of bad behavior. If anyone has ever been a fan of Mariah please stop being blind to this ridiculousness. She needs truth tellers around her.

Morgan's BS (54,129) by Marissa from USA
Morgan's story would have been semi-believable during the MIAM era where Mariah seemed all over the place, but this is a new day. She looks happy and is cleaning her image up. She's given great interviews lately. Her vocals have been improving greatly. These people that are coming out with these Mariah horror stories are a day late and a dollar short. It seems strange that when Mariah did seem like she was in a dark place last year no one spoke out but now that she's getting to a better place in her career everyone wants to pop up with these expired stories. Bye Felicia.

Infinity video / National Inquirer (54,127) by Dove from USA
I liked it. It didn't blow my mind but she looked beautiful and the white sparkly gown gave me life. I agree with the people who said the scene in the closet (when she's rapping) was a little awkward. It wasn't everything I had hoped for but I still really love it. Hopefully the next video will have a more developed storyline. The National Enquirer prints stories such as "Hillary Clinton Adopts Alien Baby". Everyone knows it's not a reputable news source.

Buzzfeed (54,126) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
On a lighter note, here is Mariah's interview with Buzzfeed. I didn't finish reading it yet, but heard that she mentions she will only work as an executive producer for the Christmas movie and not star in it and also she talks about Bianca and her possible return.

Problem (54,125) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
The main problem is not whether the story is true or not. I think fans know that while MC does indulge in Champagne and all, she isn't a raging alcoholic or drowning herself in drugs. The main problem is this article is now out in the internet world, where it will stay permanently. The GP and media won't care if the article is true or if Morgan said those. They'll have a field day ripping Mariah apart. Wendy, TMZ. It's on Daily Mail, it'll be all over. All the image cleansing will now go down the drain because everyone will be like wow Carey's own brother is concerned. I agree with the person who said Mariah needs to sit down with Oprah or Diane Sawyer and go for an in-depth serious interview. No diva-ness, no dahlin' no splashes, no cleavage baring outfit. I'm not telling her to abandon it forever, I just want her to do that for the serious interview. It needs to be done. No more second hand image overhaul through publicists/management, now it's time for her to come forward and tell the world what she is about.

I Don't Wanna Cry (54,124) by Alexis Morell Carrington Colby Dexter Rowan from USA
Can we talk about the epicness of her singing this song again even if most of the belts are lip synched and many notes are dodged? Yay. TBH I thought she would lip synch the entire song, so I'm impressed that she bothered to sing some of it live. Good job Mariah, you gave me half ass 1989/1990 pitched lowered album version vocals and you deserve a kudos for that. Slayriah, the queen, icon, your faves will never and so on.

It's a tabloid (54,123) by Manny from U.S.
A tabloid uses sensationalism to sell. If National Enquirer were a person her name would be Wendy Williams. I don't believe any word from that article.

Disentigrating meteorite (54,122) by Alexis Morell Carrington Colby Dexter Rowan from USA
I called it about a month ago. I had low expectations for the video, so it is actually better than I expected. I still say the lyric video is the best visual she's bothered to put together in years. I live for her basic Britney-styled career lethargy.

5 Mariah songs I really don't like (54,121) by NHYTG from nyc
Ha, I think this is a funny idea. Mine are:
1) Against All Odds feat. Westlife: I do like the album version a lot but to me this track really sucks. Sounds uninspired, just leaning on Westlife to make make a hit. I knew it was a hit in some European countries and Asia but I was unpleasantly surprised to find it on the European tracklist of #1 To Infinity. My least favorite Mariah track.
2) Boy (I Need You): Mariah has made some songs that I like to call "the silly songs", songs with silly lyrics that are not suitable for a woman her age or blessed with her talent as a singer or songwriter. Like this one.
3) Up Out My Face: Same reason, most of the times I skip it when I play Memoirs.
4) I'm That Chick: Same reason, this should not have been put on an album that has Side Effects and Migrate on it.
5) Touch My Body: Same reason, great video, hugely succesfull but I never liked it, another silly song.

Issues (54,120) by Malcolm from Asia
I think it's time to Mariah to address all the issues surrounded about her in a tell-all interview, whether it's on Diane Sawyer or Oprah at least it's a credible show. It's time to take away the diva side of hers and be "real" because now, people are not really taking her seriously and sees her as a diva and a woman wearing only sparkly gowns. Mariah must address (1) the divorce, (2) what she feels about the last album's sales and recent singles and what she really thinks gone wrong or the problem, (3) about her departure from Island Def Jam and her comeback at Epic, (4) and recently and the most important to her talk about is the issue involving her brother's statement about her (if it's true). Mariah, please, be straight forward and handle the issues maturely, I'm sick of you having this diva attitude that covering your true identity. If you live in a "bubble" as some saying please someone call your mother and pop it out and live with her together with your kids. I said in my recent post that I want only good vibes for her but after I read Morgan's statement, I'm terrified. If she will continue to avoid these things, it will continue and will ruin her image. I'm not concerned in her music career as of now, if it's flop or not, my only concern is her, as a person. Just have a tell-all interview, be genuine in answering all the questions and go away, hire a life coach, reflect, be with your mother and have some private time with your family.

The National Enquirer is a tabloid, guys (54,119) by Jono from USA
I wouldn't be surprised if the whole story was fabricated just to create drama. The only celebrity reporting I can take somewhat seriously is Gossip Cop, so until they call truth on the article I won't believe it. We should know by now to believe everything written about celebrities.

So called "family" backstabbers (54,116) by Ardis Logic from Earth
I don't trust Morgan. If he was really "a concerned brother" he would be trying to help her privately. Not selling her out for a paycheck, and exposing her private struggles to the world. You would think that was low enough. Then he says and I quote "She'll die just like Whitney Houston." What the [censored]? Seriously, if you really believe that then you should be banging down her door and doing everything in your power to help her. Why would you even tell that to the media if you really loved her? What an ass. MC should just stay the hell away from her family if they are going to sell her out like this. Or better yet sue for slander.

The alternative version / songs never done (54,114) by Warrior Butterfly from USA
Is much better less puppy (RIP) and closets. Songs that Mariah should have never done one dong each album. Prisoner, You're So Cold, MTV Unplugged. I can't hate it, MC songs are better stripped and live. Now That I Know, Jesus Born On This Day, When I Saw You, Babydoll, Did I Do That?, Sweetheart, Want You, You Got Me, To The Floor, I'm That Chick, Ribbon, O Little Town Of Bethlehem/Little Drummer Boy Medley, You Don't Know What To Do, Triumphant, U Make Me Wanna, Lil Love, My Love and AIWFCIY with Justin Beiber.

Some aspects (not all) does seem to make sense (54,112) by trox from united states
The Morgan/National Enquirer story is horrible, but I don't think some aspects of it is that improbable. The drinking part during her pregnancy is a little bit crazy, beause Mariah would not jeopardize her children's life or hers like that. And she couldn't even get out of bed in the last weeks, so this is hard to believe. But there's some other aspects that do make sense: the enables, the depression and the drinking [censored]. She seems depressed in a way or other, but it's clear that her work is helping her to get through it. What I don't think is impossible is that she may have a (minor) drinking and prescription drugs problems. There's something about her that sometimes is a little bit off. Said that, I do believe she is a good mother and does her best to raise her children, so the article is malicious. I'm trying to have a mature perception of the situation.

The possible truth behind Infinity video (54,109) by trox from united states
Personally, I did like the Infinity video, but there's a simple fact that people are not taking into consideration: all the delays have must something to do with Mariah's image, or, in other words, her weight. In the video, she looks much tinner and fit than in real life. Probably they did a superb job editing the images and doing technical things to thin her up. I'm happy they did that, because Mariah would look like that with less pounds. I do believe the first shootings of the video didn't enter in the final edit because Mariah is looking overweight (it seems odd that they did divulge a short alternative version in YouTube where she does not look her best, very round-faced/the mirror part). They had to do alternate shootings to try to edit and make her seem thinner in the video. For me, this is why the Infinity video looks a little bit disorganized. The focus was more on Mariah's image. But I did like it. And I love the end, when she finally embraces real life and goes out with the guy. That part was the sweetest for me. The selfie part must have to do with her taking her picture with the puppy to send to the guy, so they can make up and go out in a date.
