Come on, the album is delayed again. Three songs we already heard, 2 remixed songs of an age of 5. We even know the monokini on the front and the childish pic on the backcover (and even more the cover of the deluxe edition). By the way: why isn't "the elusive chanteuse" on the cover? I think they try to leave the door open, so they can say: the title is just "Me. I am Mariah" if people roll their eyes by hearing about the elusive chanteuse. (Thursday 1 May 2014; 13:05)

This is her most elaborate album title yet lol. I love it. Did you guys notice it' the same photoshoot for TAOLG single? ay 27th isn't too far a pushback and it gives her and her team enough promo time leading up to the album release. One More Try? I'm freaking out (43,125) by Edward from USA "One More Try" is one of my all time favorite songs. It is 5:53 minutes long, I'm praying Mariah doesn't go for a 3:30 minutes version of it just like she did with "I Wanna Know What Love Is". George Michael soulfully sings his heart out on this song, just an epic song. I can't wait to see where she's taking this gem. As for the album title, I like it a lot, at this point I expected her name to be on the album. She left Stevie Wonder's collaboration out, kind of weird after she not long ago said he would be playing the harmonica on it. Maybe he's on one of the songs, but since he's not singing, he's not mentioned on the track list. At least we'll be able to finally hear It's A Wrap with Mary J Blige before she leaves these fools at IDJ. I don't think this is all though, something tells me she has more surprises for us. New album (43,121) by Licia from USA I'm uber excited again. For the past couple of weeks the fans have really put me in a space where I just wasn't excited about the album. I miss the old days before Twitter and Facebook where we just had to wait for the new music and we didn't act a fool if the album didn't come when we wanted. Anyway I love the album title and yes I have pre ordered my deluxe copy. Memoirs is not my favorite album, but I did like the remixes that got leaked and I really wanted to hear the Mary J remix. Anyways I agree with the other person who wrote below that apart from Fabulous we heard about all the other guests. So who is the surprise guest that she isn't supposed to talk about? Can't be dembabies because she mentioned that song and in the same interview said that there is one more guest she can't talk about. So is it Mary J Blige? But didn't we know about it from 2010? I can't remember which one, but it was there and the description was there too. I can't remember whether it was a TV interview or whether it was a magazine spread, but I definitely did see that picture before. So it's not a publicity stunt. Me. I am Mariah (43,116) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter Wow to finally have a name and tracklist with the covers just very well got me speechless for a while. Yes, yes the release date tucked nicely at the end of the video did make me momentarily sad but hey I think it's for the best. Will give Mariah enough time to pull together her promotion strategy, be everywhere (in caps lock) so that everyone knows she's back. I loved both the covers. I would love to see the outtakes from this shoot, I think it's one of her best (the cover of Billboard and TAOLG is from the same shoot). Now that she announced the details, people will probably shut up about Mariah copying Beyonce. M is so smart, while she made us all think she was talking about Marilyn's piano, she instead went and took out a personal belonging. I personally like this titlte of the album than TAOLG. TAOLG sounded like she's giving up, where as Me. I am Mariah sounds like hey b**** (to all the other female artists) I am back to reclaim by throne. Moveover. It's simple, yet it sounds bold and confident. "The elusive chanteuse" adds a little mystery element to it. I noticed that Roc and Roe are not mentioned as featured guest on Supernatural. I am glad she included the 2 remixes from MOAIA, I already got to hear the other leaked remixes from that album and I loved them, and I was interested in these 2 versions. People may hate MOAIA but I loved it. It I never skipped even one track on that album. Now that release is pushed, she has time for a new single. *fingers crossed* Thirsty. What's in a name? (43,112) by Lee from UK I think it is very clever that they are cashing in on her name. Putting her name in the album title is a very good move. It will increase the likelihood of this album coming up when people search her name. It will give old school fans who haven't listened to her for years something to think about. It harks back to the Thanks Giving Special: Here is Mariah Carey. To me it sounds like a re-intorduction which will pique the interest of those who have been fans since the beginning. The Elusive Chantuese (43,111) by Lee from UK I wonder of this is an inside joke or if they got the meaning of aloof and elusive mixed up. I have never heard anyone call Mariah this before. Perhaps it is in relation to her behaviour during interviews or the fact she is always late. The Tardy Chanteuse would probably more accurate. Album covers (43,110) by enwar00 from usa Yeah, so it just dawned on me that the deluxe cover is literally the same pic that Wal Mart had in their ad last year when the album's incarnation was still The Art Of Letting Go. No wonder it looked vaguely familiar. Thanks Wal Mart, you fucking caused the delay. I definitely prefer the standard edition cover, she looks good and it goes along with #1's, The Emancipation of Mimi and E=MC2. Still the Billboard cover trumps all IMO. Oh well goodnight. It's here (43,104) by Darryle from USA It's finally here. The pre order is here. I'm so excited right now I can't even. The album title is so much more meaningful than anything the fans could have come up with it's a really nice title. Slightly bummed it's not a double album and that the bonus track's are remix songs and a song we already heard. Extremely disappointed she pushed it back. So what happened to all at once release and May 6th? Very confused about that. Also where's the guest star the only person we haven't heard yet is Fabulous, everyone else we heard or were supposed to be on the MOAIA remix album. Her legs look ultra photoshopped in the standard edition but she still looks "Beautiful" haha. Quick question: All the people saying they're not buying it if it's pushed back since it is apparently pushed back are you actually not going to buy it? Over I'm really excited but still nervous as to what's gonna happen on May 6th until the 27th. (Thursday 1 May 2014; 8:26)
