MC and the "mixed-ish" theme (90,543) by Morgan from United States ABC announced today that Mariah wrote, produced and performed that theme song to "mixed-ish", titled "In the Mix". MC in France, 1990 (90,541) by Edouard from France Hi everyone, I stumbled (again) on this MC clip. It's 1990 and I guess Mariah and her team (Mottola) were trying to introduce her to the european market. For those who've red MC's latest interview in Love Magazine it is interesting to remember that breaking the global market back then was pretty bold. Especially for a new artist. Especially for a young woman. I guess they didn't have a lot of money to do the trip because MC's singing on national French TV (a very prominent show at the time with strong weekly audience) on a track with no backing support from her fiends/back up singers. She's shy, she's not a ease and doesn't sing her a** off here. It almost sounds like karaoke. But she's all alone on this huge stage in front of a sitting audience that doesn't speak her language and that is not used to hearing R&B music. Brave. I love how at the end you can feel that she's a bit scared, yet has a sense of humour when she says "merci". For those who don't speak French it's also very easy to understand what the presenter, Jacques Martin, says. Very eloquent. Mariah is still an unknown. Yet her voice and talent are undeniable. Love how everybody is saying "une autre, une autre" at the end. That's what we say in France when we simply just want "another one, another one" like an "encore" which is a french word BTW Watch it, watch it. (Monday 5 August 2019; 14:08)

She is in the special position of being regulary relevant each Christmas, and that sets her apart from other legends who are lifetimes away from catching everyone's attention. But it is not as if Mariah has instructed the lambs to attack Whoopi. Anyone else who gives the comment some attention could choose to use your argument to not care since Mariah is shady herself. But, imo, this is different. I haven't heard Mariah body shame, and that's what is making this catch some attention. (Monday 5 August 2019; 00:03)

She talks over everyone who disagrees with her, is obnoxious in the face of justifiable opinion and thinks everyone who doesn't agree with her must be of bad character. Love interview (90,535) by B from USA In the Love interview, it's implied by the interviewer that the release of Mariah's memoir will coincide with the 30th anniversary of the release of Mariah Carey. How touchy can you be? (90,525) by Edward from USA Can we stop with this "super sensitive Nelly Bottom" mentality. That's why people think lambs are paranoid and delulu. When Mariah shades someone, we must celebrate and hail the queen, but God forbid a comedian says something about Mariah, it's like the wrath of the lambs is in full force. What's next, a petition to grab Whoopi by her braids, rip them off and then lather her head with peanut butter? There is so much (social) media these days and they all try to stand out with nonsense news in an attempt to get noticed. It's all about superficial clutter slowly numbing the audience and I find it very boring yet disturbing. I miss the days when all that really mattered was the artistry and creativity. Of course there have always been non-talents doing watever it took to get some crumbs of the spotlight but being adored for being a nobody has become the norm these days. During the '80s and '90s Princess Diana was the most famous woman in the world followed by Victoria Beckham in the '00s. Now we have Kim Kardashian. And she said it twice to make sure Ana heard it. I always got the vibe that Whoopi didn't like her. She seemed cold during her earlier appearances - even with Walters there. The shade of it all. Whoopi shades her whenever she can, yet there are also social photos of them hanging out with Lee Daniels and Raven Simon and people. I even even remember when Mariah was a guest of The View years ago and MC and Barbara we're chatting about their dogs ChaCha and Whoopi is rolling her eyes at her. Also, who cares if Jerry's show flops? Mariah should do the morning talk show circuit more often, and given the push and time slot Jerry is getting, the network seems to be putting a lot behind it.
