Lol just go ahead and be a "glamb". A lamb with goat like tendencies. Mimi is acting like a Russian clone diva. Will the real MC please come to the microphone?

I'm just wondering why we have to put some respect on her name when Mariah can't even be assed to be put some respect on her own damn name.

As funny as it is I can definitely see a Merry Christmas live album before a regular release. I agree with you on the assessment of MCIIY. It was not better than the first, but it was a great follow up. Another live album and special would be awesome. They only did the MTV Unplugged because they wanted to prove she could sing and was not a studio singer. What better way to remind people again than to do a live album?

Five Star and The Jets? I haven't listened to either one in ages. Now I need to see if they are on my iPod. That's good music right there.

Nothing about her behavior as of late is or ever will be iconic. Believe it or not since she's been losing big part of her fan base she actually needs the general public. The few fans she has that are willing to support her won't always be enough.

MTV Unplugged article (76,001) (76,009)
by ADAM from USA

That would be incredible. I love her banter and also a live album would be a way to re-introduce herself to her fans again. Meaning she could perform her old material in an acoustic setting and just rant about the process of album making and intimate stories. It's perfectly understandable if she doesn't have anymore creative juices to create new stuff but she could very well strip down all the old stuff. She has said many times she prefers her demos to the final production cuts and also expressed her love of backing vocals. So a live album could give her the venue to re-cut songs with different structures and songs. I don't think she's serious about music like the 90's work ethic but one could always dream right? It's really a shame because she has the most amazing catalogue of music.

Mariah's MTV specials were also great. The MTV Crips back then, everybody was talking about it. Or "The ones" with MC in the kitchen and "Around the world" while Charmbracelet. She had many specials that I still have on VHS cassette. MW is just a joke compared to Mariah's TV-specials. I do hope there won't be a MW2.

M3rry Christmas: Live is a great title and a great idea. I've always been in two minds about another live album, only because I love Unplugged so, so much. I felt the same when news of a second Christmas album came about, as surely nothing could better the original. MCIIY didn't better it, but it was actually a great follow up and her original songs on there were brilliant. So who knows?

Fickle lambs (76,003)

I think some of you should create an Ariana fan site and just migrate over there. [censored] If I were Mariah I would've stopped trying to please fickle lambs a long time ago. Don't get me wrong there have been many times in Mimi's 27 year career that I had to shake it off. I've also learned that what may seem cringe worthy now can be an iconic diva moment in the future. I could care less what the general public thinks of Mariah. My love and respect for her are not based on popularity. Some of y'all need to put some respect on her name. [Webmaster: I had to censor the part about Ariana because it was disgusting.]

Don't you wish she would do another live album? Dion pumps them out like Stephen Kings pumps out novels. Mariah doing a live album in a massive auditorium would be wicked, with some of her in-between-songs speeches on the tracks. If anything, that would get across to people that she's actually a pretty cool person. Well, if she hasn't actually had a "personality transplant" as a Mr Hett recently opined. Maybe even the third Merry Christmas album could be it. "M3rry Christmas: Live". I think that might actually sell, y'know.

Ariana Grande visited a hospital today to visit a young victim of the attack on her show. Then, there is a charity gig/show of defiance tomorrow in the Great City of Manchester. What's Mariah doing? Well the only thing she ever does these days: drinking and eating herself into obesity whilst allowing people to convince her that anyone really gives two sh*ts about who may or may not be poking her. Who gives a (let's Americanise it) a rat's ass? And whilst I may get the usual diatribe for trying to convince Mariah of the truth and to change: I have never seen her look the size she did when she walked out of The Ivy. Let's hope she ordered salad. It is absolutely okay to be big. If you are naturally big. It is absolutely not okay to eat and drink yourself big and not to have an intervention. Furthermore, she absolutely needs to get a new stylist. I agree with others here who say it. She really must lose the diamonds and clown make-up and become a bit more down-to-Earth and *real* in her appearance. Ariana's hugging sick children while Mariah visibly hugs her wealth. If Mariah is "music royalty", she is, perhaps, like the Princess Michael of Kent. She ain't the Queen, but you might sit up, if only to note her presence and carry before you carry on with your salad, commenting that you don't mind swapping it for her diamonds, such is the case that it would be beneficial for you both.

I'm watching Elton John's show from the Brits Icon show. A lot of celebrities are talking about him and how he listen to other musicians' music. I hope that Mariah listen to music by other stars and newcomers, to get inspiration to make good songs.
