He's in a crisis now after losing 800 million in one day. He inherited a successful media company and 6 billion from his media tycoon father. Google will tell you James is not a genius businessman. First of all, just because someone keeps their engagement ring doesn't mean that they are still engaged. Mariah did not get some $3000 average Jane ring from a local jeweler that she would be indifferent to snatch off. This woman's ring is $10 million and 35 carats. It's unlikely that she'll ever return it, or even stop wearing it the near future considering all of the attention that it got and how much she probably likes it. Also, she is probably keeping it on so she can keep this "we might get back together, so watch my every move to see what happens next" lie going. Second of all, she is definitely playing games with us and it isn't funny. I would really like to see people who always defend Mariah come up with an explanation for why she was moving her ring from finger to finger. As a fan, these stunts make me want to pay less attention to her, not more. It seems like she made a New Years' resolution to cheapen herself in the beginning of 2016, and it has definitely been successful. (Sunday 30 October 2016; 19:17)

Her voice currently is similar to Lady Gaga's actually, it's just that Mariah still has more range and agility and less nasality than Gaga. Both has that warm, earthy timbre right now that suit acoustic songs really really nicely. But I also want Mariah to take more risks musically too, just like what Bey did in her self-titled and Lemonade. If Beyoncé can nail those risky, genre-straddling songs, Mariah can probably start a musical revolution with those kinds of songs with her immense talent (as long as she works with other producers other JD, etc and she really gives her absolute all in the project, in the promos, vocals, songwriting and performances). (67,704) by Natalia from Italy As I look at all of your lists there is a common theme. They are all classic videos/songs from the past. I don't think anyone mentioned a newer song as their top 5. Along with the cray cray antics that we have witnessed over the last few years, I have come to a sad conclusion. "The dream is over, yesterday." To quote a John Lennon song. The Mariah we all grew to love and worship is gone with the wind. This "new Mariah" or "clone Mariah" is on such a lower level than her previous self that she can't even function without the witch by her side. It's so disturbing to me. Mariah's career as we know it is over. The sooner we face that the better off we will be. Sure there will be lots of "queens of denial" out there, claiming that a new album and a new #1 is just around the corner, but I think there is a better chance that little green aliens are going to land on live TV for the world to see. Maybe I'm totally wrong, but in my heart I feel that all this wackyness is a last attempt to get attention, because nobody really cares about Mariah Carey "the singer" anymore, except her fans that fell in love with the "real Mariah from 1990". Anyone who still thinks that they are not doing this to get attention/ratings and that these are not staged are really wearing some nice rose colored shades and I'd like to know where they buy it from, I need a pair. Because with the sudden ring movements and constant being photographed with Bryan and all those messy instagram posts alluding to these tabloids smell quite fishy. So until then "shame on me", while I "lick my lips like a vulture". On the first one you can see her engagement ring on her right hand middle finger, (weirdly it's not all the way in, it's like mid way in) with the butterfly one on her left hand.
