I still don't see why she's rushing. Anyway, if there is a hold up on her divorce I don't think it's about money. I really think it's about the kids and how much time he gets to be with them. If that's the case then he should continue to fight for equal time. Disclaimer: This is my opinion. I have no idea what's really going on and neither do other people trying to pass their opinions off as facts. So don't try to come for me because my opinion won't change. Lol. This is how they'll say Mariah's squad unwinds after a hard day. That they work hard and party harder. And how young girls are empowered. Hopefully it will not be as heavily featured as I fear. I've read equally unreliable tabloid reports saying that she refused to talk to him about the kids being on her show, that her people would tell him she was busy the whole time she was away on the last leg of her tour. There are lots of issues to co parenting that might need to be ironed out. Anyway if TMZ is to be believed and they do agree on custody and they have a prenup, then miss Mariah needs to ask a judge to finalize things. I think Stella or someone in Mariah's camp is just trying to make Nick look bad and create drama for her reality TV show. Besides, people seem to forget that JP is also not free to marry yet. I dont need TMZ if Nick has already confirmed the new engagement. It shows he has moved on. It becomes public record after 7 years in California law. It's not the same as a criminal offense where you can see someone's record. It's protected. If you want immediate access to a divorce record, you have to request it and pay for it. The judge either allows it or doesn't and that is why a official document is not available. If we folllow your logic of it being public record than a credible source wouldn't even be needed and this unecessary speculation without facts or merit to back the tabloids would apply. That also applies to this notion or speculation that it could be true. If there is no truth or facts to rely on, there has to be merit to base an opinion from. There is no merit to continue to speculate about this. That's been my point this whole time. Me saying they are divorced is me speculatung. You saying they are not divorced is also speculating. There is no official document. Therefore, whatever we think as fans or tabloids, it will still be speculation until proven wrong. Speculation is what causes rumors. I am not going to hop on any bandagon or hype from purely speculation. I have not been given a reason that they are not divorced nor have been given a factual reason that they are divorced. What I believe is based upon hints from Nick on several occasions and the seperation of unity itself. That is the merit I trust, not urealistic expectaions from fans or tabloids.
