Andrew possessed by the spirit of a positive lamb? (59,085) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Who are you and what have you done to our Andrew? In the name of Butterfly, Charmbracelet and Rainbow, I condemn thee back to Unicorn land. Haha nah just kidding, it's great to see fans like Andrew say positive things about Mariah's improvement because that means that there actually has been a good amount of improvement in her. All aboard the Mariah love train. Looks like we are all ready for the re-emancipation of Mimi.

So so Unicef (59,084) by Andrew from UK
Mariah is looking thinner/better, and sounds pretty good in the UNICEF snippets. She sounds like a vocalist and not someone struggling to get some notes out in the right order. She looks comfortable. I don't wanna rush ahead of myself and forgive the past few years, but, well, not bad, MC. Maybe she does listen to criticism. It's almost like she's becoming an engaging, commanding artist again. Let everyone pay attention. She may just pull this off once more. Much love.

Darn you Lee TS. I hate your post but everything you said is true. Haha, no I don't hate your post, I just hate the idea about not having new material soon. But you are right, we have been getting "buzz singles" since 2012. Another under performing song and Mariah will suffer a huge blow. So her next "era" needs to be all thought out and planned to perfection. From lead single to packaging, promotion, single plan, album songs, and music videos.

VOL, My All, WBT, Hero performances from last night (59,082) by Nick from USA
I haven't found any videos from last night yet but there is this periscope of all of these songs, she did alright. [...] last night though. What a great way to start off 2016. Last year I thought we would never see her looking like herself again, but here she is proving me wrong. Slay me for filth Mimi.

Re: The second coming of Mimi (59,073) (59,080) by Blue Riding Hood from Outside
If the factors play right, she can certainly. I just want her to get 3 more #1s to surpass the Beatles. I don't think Uptown Funk or Party Rock Anthem is worthy of being the successor to We Belong Together as the Song of the Decade. I hope Mariah makes a hattrick.

I love how one media personnel shouts "Mariah looking hot" at the red carpet, it's so glorious. It slayed all the haters.

Lambs we have to be patient. I know we all want new music, new outfits, new everything. But she needs to get to work and be in a good place both vocally and creatively to come up with a masterpiece. You can't rush greatness. I don't want her to put out a song just to put out a song. Her next song has to be straight fire, no chaser. Mariah can't afford to put out buzz singles. I want an Adele moment, not a Rihanna moment.

Yes honey yes. Everyone on Daily Mail is talking about that dress, the lambs of the lamb is talking about that dress, and I am talking about that dress. Mimi is looking fire. Fire. Fire. She is serving me fierce tea today. I love her.

Image A+ (59,074) by David F from Mexico
Recently Mariah has been wearing a strange unique attire, I get the feeling she creates them. And I must say she looks divine, gracious, and regal like the queen she is. I love the dress she wore at the Unicef Ball. A+. Keep rocking this style Mariah.

The second coming of Mimi (59,073) by darrian liu from taiwan
I have this strange feeling that Mariah will slay 2016. I remember thinking about Mariah during 2015's New Year's Day and I thought that 2015 will be a turning point for Mariah and in 2016 she will do something big. Like Daydream, TEOM kind of big. I was honestly shocked when my predictions for last year turned out to be true. My heart is ready now, come on Mimi, cometh upon and annihilate the charts.

Re: Hallmark, recent happenings and so on (59,068) (59,072) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
The only way to find the album clue is by watching what the commentators said immediately after her interview on GMA. While they were standing outside after the interview with her, the guy hinted that Mariah hinted them on a new album. Unless you recorded the entire GMA show, it might be hard to see it on YouTube. I take it as a source because GMA never lies about Mariah. Also, I meant she changed her talent agency and here is the link from July 2015 from Billboard confirming the tour before it was given a press release.

Re: Hallmark, recent happenings and so on (59,062) (59,070) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Bless you Giovanni, I hope it is true. My body is ready to be slayed by new Mariah music. The way she is shaping up (literally) it seems like she is gearing up for something big. She spent a good chunk of 2015 remedying her damaged reputation, re-establishing the fact that she can still sing and darn well, getting the public somewhat on her side and then came the body transformation where she time traveled back to early 2000s. I have a feeling the second emancipation is coming.

Travon, you can't play with my heart like that, it can only take so much. I have been dying to get new Mariah music. Your post is giving me hope. If it's not a problem, can you please give me a link to the interview where she hinted there might be a new album and also the rumor where they mentioned there will be an euro tour and new album? Not questioning you or your sources, I just need to get life from the article.

2006 in 2016 (59,067) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
This photo is from tonight? Sorry girl. Bye. Like how can she look like she is aging backwards? She looks exactly like she did in the "Say Something" video here. She looks so 2006 here, I can't even. I would say 2005, but in 2006 she was thinner than 2005 and here she looks exactly like 2006. Also this dress is great. I love it. She looks confident. All those people screaming photoshop at her instagram pics should start eating their words now.

Simple, effective, catchy (59,065) by Warren from Trinidad & Tobago
This song would so kill on the radio right now. Lyrics that non-lambs could pick up easily, great for blasting in the car, easy to sing along to and so on and so on. Talk about a missed opportunity, this so could have been a hit had it been released in this age of music. Not saying #1, but with a smart video, it could have had a darn good shot.

Re: Lambily opinion: Mariah's easiest song? (59,035) (59,064) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
I'm a guy, so by easy, I mean as a physical challenge - like something that I can sing with ease without dropping pitch, preferably with minimal falsetto. So I'm cheating here, but I'd say Languishing, Rainbow (Interlude). I know, they're interludes, but if I had to pick a song, it'd be Petals. That kinda pretty much stays in an octave (sans the ad libs) so I can most easily sing that. Haha.

Re: Adele's reign with Hello (59,050) (59,063) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
Sure, Hello is a great song and while it does have chart potential, for some reason since its release, I never felt it had the longevity to surpass 10 weeks. It is not as catchy and memorable as Rolling In The Deep or Someone Like You (both of which had a shorter reigns at the top). I feel like most of its chart success was due to everyone missing Adele for quite some time. I live in a considerably remote area in our country, where people are generally less open to hearing any song that isn't of the country genre, so my true measure of a hit song is when I start to hear average music lovers on the streets or karaoke/videoke bars sing it. I experienced that with RITD and SLY about 1-2 months after they were released. Can't say the same for Hello, which has been out for almost 3 months now. The last song that worried me was Uptown Funk. Basically any song that has reached 12 weeks and is still on top of iTunes is something I usually look out for. So yeah, while a rebound may be possible for Hello, I personally doubt it will happen, especially not with 2 strong Bieber singles around, among other formidable competition. (I know Bieber was going to dethrone Adele, but I always thought it would be with Love Yourself, and not Sorry, which Hello blocked from the top spot since its debut. Bieber is surely on a roll, as it is very likely that LY with give him his #1 trifecta from his latest album. Good for him.)

Re: Another thought (59,056) (59,061) by Marissa from USA
The issue is that how people measure merit in the music business has completely changed. Once upon a time people cared about solid, tangible accomplishments. Nowadays the merit of your artistry is determined by how often you're at red carpet events, how many Instagram followers you have, how many YT views you have and who has the best outfits. It's a popularity contest now. People don't care whether it's your song or a feature as long as you're being talked about. No one cares if it's a #1 or a #15 if your name is in people's mouths. Sometimes I feel like presenting people with the receipts of Mariah's accomplishments to haters is useless. They're measuring with a whole other criterium now. It's like trying to pay for something with Francs when the currency is now Euro. It's sad that her accomplishments don't seem to impress people anymore the way they do the lambily.
