She needs to take advantage of the media frenzy surrounding her docuseries, engagement, and tour and release a stellar new single or EP. If she doesn't Stella isn't doing her job. Mariah Carey isn't a reality star, she's the last of the divas. She needs to focus on her day job instead of indulging Stella's delusions of grandeur. Mariah Carey is The Voice and she needs to remind people why she is where she is today. I would love an updated Butterfly. I really hope she records new material ASAP and maybe we can see that process during the E show. She literally sounds amazing right now and I can see the second coming of Butterfly or better. I love how each audience is given slight vocal differences. Her belts, which to me are the money notes for her, have become clearer, stronger, and higher. Here is another video showcasing her belting range so far ending with her belting a note in Heartbreaker that I haven't heard in a long time. I can't at this perfection.
