Ms. Braxton looked stunning by the way. I guess Mariah's not available or she hates your guts LA lol jk. Interesting. Or at least present the award to her godmother. I guess she couldn't be bothered. Seriously it's the material that has been weak. Her reluctance to change her style of music has locked her in a box. She needs to up her game, I believe she can still get more hits if she is serious. More sexy and classy videos, I said the word ''classy'' not "trashy''. She missed the chance with Infinity. What a let down to see that song on the same cd as her number ones. How bad was that song? And the video? She needs to decide if she wants to continue on that downward spiral or make a turn. We are not saying release a ballad we mean we need a serious hit that will hit hard that even if you don't like Mariah you will be grooving to the beat. Oh how I wish I could be her manager lol. She seriously need to step away from that kind of music that has infected her productivity like a virus. All that trying to be hood has past its sell by date. Just saying. I have someone really close to my heart that is self destructing and no matter how much I try to help, they go back to their self destructing ways. Mariah tried to help Alison many times and every time Alison went back to her self destructing ways. Alison is an adult, Mariah can't force her to do anything. But she tried to help only to have her go back to doing exactly what she needs to avoid. Mariah is a mother now, so she also has to take into consideration how Alison's behavior will affect her children. Mariah couldn't help Alison despite trying many times, but she did the next best thing. She helped Alison's son. She is still in good terms with him because she was seen with him after her divorce went public and then he came to defend her when Morgan started throwing stones at Mariah. So don't just call someone heartless without knowing about them. We don't know the extent to which Mariah helped her family and others close to her. Have you considered that she might have gone to support Elton's AIDs foundation because it is a cause that is close to her heart and home because of Alison? Also why so salty about her ring? It was a gift, she didn't choose to take the 10 million away from Alison and get herself a massive ring, someone gave it to her and I am sure he knows more about her heart than you and I would ever know. This is the supposed track list of Beyonce's Formation album and Mariah is listed on a track called "Women of the World". The release date is April 1st so I'm skeptical of its authenticity. I take full advantage of free speech and, mostly begrudgingly, accept other points of view, whilst not respecting them. And, sometimes, I am fiercely critical and push people to their limit, also. But then there is actual vulgarity. Whilst not presuming myself the arbiter of righteousness (and sounding terribly British) the recent post about Mariah's "heartlessness" etc. is so ill-informed and without foundation I am embarrassed for the poster. "Charity begins at home" and while there are a lot of carats on Mariah's finger there is clearly no compassion in her heart. Iconic singer/songwriter Gavin Christopher dies (60,188) by THE TRUTH from USA Singer Songwriter Gavin Christopher who was introduced to Mariah by her Brother Morgan while she was still in High School with whom she recorded, the unreleased, "I Just Can't Hold It Back". Died yesterday after a prolonged battle with congestive heart failure. Towards the end Gavin who wrote several iconic hits for Chaka Khan as well as having a big 80s classic, "One Step Closer To You" was also known for his tireless work for children's charities, particularly "Camp Planet Hope, "Sharon and Kelly Stone's Foundation", struggled to pay his overwhelming medical bills and was snubbed by you know who. It would not just be about her feuds or rivalries, nor would it just be about her career. Think outside the box. She said it herself that a lot of things happened to her when she was 12 (which is why she is eternally 12) and that she might write about it one day. Plus everytime she is asked a "sensitive" question in an interview, you can tell she wants to speak her mind but instead holds back (most recently, sexism in the music industry). Her real life (particularly her youth) and what has really been going on behind the scenes all these years is miles from what is written on her Wikipedia page. I want to know more. What we all do most of the time is merely speculate as she is very private and hardly reveals anything. So yes, I would like to have a comprehensive collection of her most important moments, coming from the woman herself. (Friday 4 March 2016; 22:36)
