I was so surprised to hear Usher randomly mention Mariah. Like it has been so long that they collaborated. Mariah ofcourse didn't confirm it and said he didn't call her for the show yet. Everytime I hear Love In This Club (part 2) I wish Mariah was on it (she was supposed to be on it originally but it fell through). It'll be interesting to see why Usher said that because it'd be random for them to perform "How Much" which no one other than the lambily knows.

There is good a chance that MC may be on his new Coming Home album dropping the same day as his Superbowl Half-time performance. There was a rumour this past summer that he had recorded a duet with a popular R&B diva. Also, he signed a new record deal with Epic-gamma under his independent label mega with L.A. Reid, who is the executive producer on the album.

Somebody ought to do a montage of just how many times Mariah has said or done all of this shite in interviews to maybe impress upon her that it's maybe something to do with her own behaviour that she can't sell records or tickets the the general public anymore.

Surely you must know that Mariah will - almost undoubtedly - stand motionless front-centre stage for the entirety of the show and lipsync 95% of it? I'm not berating her for it (or, perhaps, I am?) but just stating it as it is.
This goes to most recent posts, including the Kimmel so-called "interview", performances and promos.
Would that I completely understood modern days audiences I would be wildly rich, but suffice is to say that music and musicianship wildly diverged from what it was in the nineties and noughties - in that *authenticity* became key. People nowadays connect with singers and musicians who appear down-to-Earth and (dare I say it) "real". Does Taylor Swift sell tickets and albums by the bucketload because she's a great singer or songwriter? I'd venture that's a part of it. But another part of it is her relatability. People connect with her. I feel like I connect with her. I feel that were I to bump into her in a pub in London we would have a pint together.
I see Mariah on Jimmy Kimmel and I hang my head in pity at what she has allowed herself to become. It is an obnoxious characature of what a "big star" is. It screams delusion. It screams obliviousness. It screams desperation.
Mariah will stand still on that bloody Christmas stage in the belief that it is *more* important to look good than to sound good or to move about the stage or to entertain. That's all the matters to her now. Looking good. And, well, does she? *Does* she? I thought she looked bloody awful - literally like someone threw a jacket over her before she walked onto the set in an attempt to save her dignity.
And if there's an argument to disprove this any of this, or any reasonably pitch to advance an opposing argument, I'd love to hear it. I'm all ears.

If Sony was behind the project, maybe Mariah could even win her Oscar for Best Original Song for Never Too Far or at least get nominated for Best Actress. Let's just say MC's relationship with Sony didn't deteriorate until 2001. Rainbow was released without all of the label turmoil. Thus, leading the way for Sony to pour all of their money into the Glitter movie and soundtrack. Tommy was playing fair and nice to MC. The Loverboy Firecracker sample was released making the Glitter soundtrack bigger than Daydream in terms of album sales. The Grammys committee finally recognized MC for her amazing artistry. Grammys and multiple other awards were awarded to MC for her 2nd biggest album behind Music Box. Would this premise awarded us to have never heard Charmbraclet [sic]? Could MC's vocals on TEOM had been better because she would have never recorded Charmbraclet [sic]? Charmbraclet i[sic] s probably an album that possibly damaged MC's voice. Just me talking to a young friend who never listened to Glitter. He just remembers TEOM and the WBT radio phenomenon.

Its Like That is also getting traction as a New Year's anthem every year, so she should do something about that too when she's starting to freeze . Christmas and New Years are partner holidays after all. Mariah's non-Christmas catalog is up after the holidays because algorithms are picking them up and streamers are looking for what's next on Mariah's playlists, that's what happened to Its A Wrap.

I just found out this service is no longer available to make your own CD. The in store FYE kiosk service ended in 2020 at the height of the pandemic. I used this service to make my own CD to have a physical copy of downloaded music. I just don't like listening to or storing music on my phone or a computer. I guess I will be forced to now. Does anyone know of another website where I can make a CD and have it mailed to me?

Fact Parte the First:
Mariah has spent years silently, without ceremony, repositioning her head on her neck almost every time a camera is aimed in her direction. We know her head is not aligned correctly with the centre of the Earth because the other people in the photo, the buildings in the photo and Mariah's own body upon which the head sits in the photo, are all pointed in the same direction - that is to say, to the centre of the Earth. We know that Mariah does this because she has - or had - a much larger, fattier face than previously known, and. in doing said little-teapot-short-and-stout act, she is stretching the skin to reduce the fat effect. For Heaven forfend Mariah not look perfect all the live long day.
Fact Parte the Second:
Mariah's face has become noticeably thinner with less weight around the jawline and neck this year - at a much more appareent accelerated rate than her body (which is still rather curvy).
Fact Parte the Third:
Mariah does a little hand wave with the bridge of her hand pressed against her chin. Those of us who have a grip on reality will have seen over the years tha Mariah does not start new body movements unless they are covering something up she does not want people to see.
Please the court, I wish to read the charges:
Mariah Carey has had more cosmetic surgery - Mariah Carey has had a chin lift.

Mariah should release a new AIWFCIY video every year. 
I was thinking that Mariah should make a real video for every song on Merry Christmas. It did wonders to O Holy Night. Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) is a candidate to really smash and should time it for the 30th anniversary next year. Next year is special. Unless Brenda upsets her this year, there's real possibility that AIWFCIY becomes the longest running no.1 next year, and Mariah claiming back that title.

Thoughts on Kimmel, she looked stunning. The dress was everything and she looks like she's stuck at age 35. But as for the interview yes it was fun and I was really laughing at Mariah's witty and quick remarks but it seemed kinda pointless. I didn't expect any new music or anything to be announced but I figured she went to the show to promote her Christmas tour but they hardly spoke about it until the very end where Kimmel basically said to look out for her show. I did enjoy the prank segment
