Impromptu moments (47,571) by MCFan#1 from usa
I am new to this message board but not new to the site. I had to come in and comment on the Kuala Lumpur impromptu videos. Now that's what I call perfect. "In the rain, I guess we're just a little bit south of Spain. Lighting strikes, Kuala Lumpur." I mean it does not get any prettier than that.

Marissa / bitchiness / paid haters (47,570) by Edward from USA
Marissa, your post was spot on. I was going to say something about it, but you stated it perfectly. Now that the messageboard is "all-loving and positive" and that "we're holding hands, lipsyncing and hitting high notes together", some fans want to stir the pot. It is like bitchiness is the new trend here. Talk about crucifying the "so called haters" and then summoning them when they are not around, what a contradiction. Some are so cocky behind their monitors thinking they've crushed the ones who have disagreed with them and that's why the "crushed ones" aren't posting; that's what I call pure delusion. And for those who think there are "paid haters" posting here, shouldn't we be seeing them posting several times a day to get paid for their services? It is not that Mariah's eclipsing or threatening anybody's career.

Impromptu moments (47,569) by Lee TS from USA

I live for moments like these when she makes things up off the cusp. It's meant to be silly but it's also kind of like seeing her songwriting process. Just her singing to whatever, the whole, "I would sing all day rather than speak if I had her voice" sentiment. I wonder if she'll debut a new song like she had said for the tour's press statement, which would be a nice treat to the lambily.

Marissa (47,568) by Brad Catoe from United States
I get what you're saying and I agree with most of it, but when the last tour started a lot of people were on here saying things like Mariah can't sing, Mariah's career is over. I appreciate everyone's opinion, but I just don't like to hear that because I disagree with both points. Btw I'm not one to over react and act crazy. I would never personally insult anyone here. I was merely stating that there does seem to be many haters on a fan sight. Anyways though, so glad Mimi's tour is going better. On another note, I think we have discussed this before, I get so tired of hearing the same songs. The set list from her first night was amazing. I mean I love Emotions and ABMB, but I rather hear Faded or Camouflage. Actually I would die if she did a concert where she just sang MIAM all the way through. Wouldn't that be amazing?

I had to get this off of my chest (47,567) by Marissa from USA
No matter what is actually going on in Mariah's career, there is typically fighting and shade on this messageboard. It's sickening. It's hard enough to be a lamb in a world where people like Wendy Williams are bashing Mariah every day, but then people think it's cute to turn around and create wars among ourselves. When there's finally some peace on this board, people see it as the perfect time to stir up s*** again by calling out "haters". Now you're trying to take away the one common ground that we all have, being fans, just because you disagree with someone. The sad thing is that half the drama here isn't the posts themselves, but people's over-dramatic reactions to them. I don't think we'd have any issues if people wouldn't see other people's opinions as a personal affront, realize that we're all different and move on. No one is any more or less of a fan than the other, but every time something that can't be blindly agreed with is said, someone shows up to remind people of how they aren't really fans. You aren't suddenly a hater if you didn't like a performance that some people raved over. You aren't delusional if you enjoyed something MC did that many others didn't like. If someone believes in their heart that they're a lamb, let them be that. It's no one's job to fit into your (whoever you might be) idea of what a lamb is.

Some people (47,566) by B from USA
Some people are delusional. They call themselves fans and yet they complain about everything Mariah does. I don't get it. I love Mariah. I love her. Her voice isn't as shot as some claim. She was clearly sick that first night. I think her upper register would be the first to go. Look at Maria Callas. Her upper register was shot before her death. I think it would be a similar case for Mariah.

The Elusive Chanteuse Show in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia (47,564) by Leonard Mimi Carey from Malaysia
The Chanteuse totally liven up to her reputation as not only being elusive as her usual diva self, but a true song bird who could really sing, I mean, really sing with her real voice. Mariah Carey made another spectacular impact to the city of ?Kuala Lumpur? last night in her ??The Elusive Chanteuse Show? as not only she wowed the crowd with her smart choice of songs and also torn the stadium down into pieces with her impeccable vocal. She broke the myth by her last concert where she was a one-dress woman and this time, not only she has had few dresses changed, and change of dresses too. She was sexy without being slutty, she was sassy and absolutely classy. The real true diva herself was so great that, even the royal families have to sit down on the plastic chairs under the never ending rain with the commoners, all right below her admiring her ever so sweetly. Oh, God is fair, lol. Hero, you are truly one hero to many many many of us around the world, and last night, Malaysia became the center of the world for one very good reason, finally. I was told by the organizer that your final words before leaving to Singapore was, "I'm really gonna miss KL and the lambs truly amazed me, I am gonna miss them so much." You, queen Mimi, need to remember this, the love we have for you in life-long, and never ending. You, the elusive chanteuse, just sing and keep making great music for us all. We love you. I love you. Thank you for making me so happy.

The Rakyat Post article (47,563) by Billy from Greece
"She had also posted pictures of her twin boys, Moroccan and Monroe making pizza at a restaurant in the Ritz Carlton Hotel." Can they at least bother to get some info correct? I have to admit though I kinda laughed when I read it.

Huh? (47,562) by G.G. from USA
What's all this talk about haters in disguise, sabotage and people on here being paid to hate on MC? Sounds a little paranoid to me.

Another record (47,561) by Twisterman from Brazil
Mariah's world tour, "The Elusive Chanteuse Show", is a commercial success. After singing for more than 30,000 people in Japan, Mariah Carey became the only western artist in history to sing to 5 sold-out stadiums in China, and also the only western artist to perform a concert in Tianjin. In celebration of this, Mimi won a little gift in the Dior store in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Sabotage (47,559) by Orkun from The Netherlands
As a final reminder, please please be aware of sabotagers who really get paid for what they do. I'm not calling names. Just putting the topic out there. So please be aware of the situation. It's real. Just look at how you feel lately when you come to this messageboard. Think. There is your answer. Don't look at the words written. Or the name. Look at the intention behind it before you give a thumbs up or skip. I give thumbs up to messages some of you won't even expect. Even sometimes the ones which are directed at me, when it's well written with good intention. This is a Mariah message board. But the "in your face, haters" messages or "I love Mariah" messages don't get the thumbs up one would expect. 10? 20? Shouldn't it be more? It's the easiest way to get thumbs up on a fan board. Sabotage much? We all know how to do it. It's the easiest thing. Some crave the thumbs up, no matter the cost, and some crave their messages to be read and to be heard. Know the difference please. You may be supporting people who, in real, hate Mariah. Every word of mine is sincere I swear. Peace.

Baby / Jono (47,558) by Orkun from The Netherlands
Baby, perfectly written message. Great sum up. Jono, you attacked me personally. I read your last post and I agree with what you say. I'm sorry you got bullied in the past which I think 99% of this board has gone through. You have attacked me, my profession (life coach), and have tried to gang up against me with some people. Here is the story: I got bullied as a child. That made me a life coach to protect myself and others who suffer from the same. Of course, Mariah was there for me too. And as a Mariah fan, I am not expecting a "congratulations" but respect. You seemed to have chosen the other option. Bullying back. That is how you came across to me. Your last post was nice and very well written. Let's all move on.

Dwayne Johnson promoting his movie in Beijing, China (47,556) by Lynn from USA
It appears that Dwayne Johnson, Brett Ratner and producer Beau Flynn were in Beijing, China, on October 16, attending the premiere of their movie Hercules at the Wanda CBD. There was also a picture of Dwayne visiting the Great Wall on October 18. I wonder if they were able to attend Mariah's concert since she and Brett are really close.

For the instigators / Cry (47,555) by Marcus from Brazil

For those haters who thought that Mariah couldn't lip-sync for her life anymore, here's the proof that she still can. She lipped "Cry" perfectly in Kuala Lumpur. Her voice is back.

I want a tour DVD (47,554) by nikki from usa
I hope this tour is extensive like Charmbracelet. I want a tour dvd that gives a little bit of "the best" from each concert and behind the scenes footage. You appear to be doing some extras out and about anyway. Then, bitch slap Bartels until he releases the CB tour on dvd while you're at it. Use your share of the money from those 2 dvd's to promote your next album yourself. Whatever you make will still be more than what Def Jam put into this release. Baby girl, you need a team. I don't know where your manager or publicist is at. You could always go the Shakira route and hire lawyers. Some blood thirsty ones that only get paid when you get paid. You'll be on the air faster than you can say, "Payola can kiss my ass."

Jono and the lurkers (47,552) by Baby from Dreamville...Where There's No Beginning & There is No End
The haters are still here. They are very "creative" in their endeavours. Instead of posting, they do thumbs up while they lurk in between finding new ways to criticise, put down and shade MC and Lambily. It's not that Mariah can't sing anymore now, that horsey refuses to stay beaten and on the ground, after we've all seen a full concert and individual performances where Mariah obviously took back the reins of her vocals and slayed her entire catalogue like it was nothing. Instead it's: the whistle registry is a gimmick, the rest of Mariah's voice is chopped liver apparently. And how hilarious is it that one would apologise for the use of something as innocuous as a but not acknowledge the toxicity of one's own hateful words directed at Mariah and those of us who love and support her. I'd tell them to have several seats in the nearest stadium but every chair seems to be occupied by a lamb these days. I guess it's hard out here for a hateher.

The Art of Letting Go (47,551) by Jono from USA
"You're delusional, you're delusional." One only has to click on my post history (and I had been posting far longer on a different account back in the day) to know that I am not being paid to somehow sabotage Mariah's career (using reverse psychology, apparently) but uh interesting conspiracy theory I suppose. Reading that dig was quite upsetting actually, because I am such a huge supporter of Mariah. She was the first concert that I ever went to. I've introduced my friends to MC's catalog and they have a new found appreciation. The only reason why my last two posts were more aggressive was because I feel super protective of Mariah. This was a woman who saved my life with her music back in junior high, back when I was being bullied to the point where I was terrified everyday of going to school. I also connected with her on the whole racial identity issue; she is a huge role model. So I feel this unwavering devotion to her, because I see her like a guardian angel. So whenever I see unnecessary negative comments, especially from people who are supposedly fans, I get defensive because it just seems ungrateful to me. Am I always satisfied by her performances? Absolutely not. But I'm also thankful that she is still doing this for her fans, when she has more than enough reason and money to just retire. I suppose I could use a lesson or two on "The Art of Letting Go" when it comes to dealing with negativity. As Lambily we may disagree and fight, but it is all love in the end.

The Elusive Tour summary (47,547) by Twisterman from Brazil
This is not new that 'The Elusive Chonteuse Show" has impressed everyone where have it been. China, for example, became the main stage of Mariah Carey and her team in the last days. Provided that she landed in Beijing for five shows in Chinese territory, the musical critics and the press, in general, only wove praises the musical icon named Mariah Carey. The performance of Mariah since the first show in Japan was impressive. Problems with the microphone, with stereos and with the technique in Japan reflected negatively to her image in various places of the world. Mimi was widely criticized and believe me, she did not like it. Dissatisfied with the repercussions, she started to improvise more and more on her music and performances only improved, outside the sound drivers were even smarter. After all no tour is not perfect in the beginning. Songs like "Without You" and "Vision of Love "gained new arrangements, new improvisations and Mariah became safer than she really is. The last stop of the diva was in Shanghai, where she made one of his best performances in terms of vocal training and the best in terms of audience. Always acclaimed by fans, Mariah showed for what she came and do it great for approximately 50,000 people. The Hongkou Stadium was chosen to host the tour that rocked the country over the stage, because Mariah is the only artist to fulffil five stadiums for shows on tour, another record. Mimi kept the intro video with your achievements throughout your career and [...] dancers have entered the stage to the sound of rap by ODB in Fantasy (Remix feat. O.D.B.). She followed with "Shake It Off". Rocked with "Emotions", sang "Cry" and the beautiful and romantic "My All". Continued with "Heartbreaker (Remix) / Heartbreaker", the hit and the wonderful "Beautiful". Sang "I'm That Chik" with band intro. Mariah still kept "Honey (So So Def Remix feat. Mase)" but she surprised everyone with the return of "I'll Be There" which is always sung with his friend and vocal backing Trey Lorenz followed with "Thirsty" and "Meteorite" during the tour that has been the basis for the presentation of the dancers while Mariah costume changed. Then it was "Hero" that drove the crowd crazy, after she sang "Supernatural" which in our view should be shown only on video and was closing the show with 'We Belong Together / We Belong Together (Remix)". But Mariah is so amazing the she returned to the stage and spoke in Mandarin with the public. To bid farewell to Shanghai she sang "Always Be My Baby" and came out with "Outro Butterfly (Reprise)". Your biggest audience was the Shanghai and also show their best, because the conditions were excellent vocals. Unfortunately Mariah have not sung the hits "Vision of Love", "Without You" and "All I Want For Christmas Is You", but as we reported, pollution is very strong in China and climatic conditions do not always favor the Mariah. Summarizing the eighth show of this tour, the singer Mariah is indescribable in every way possible. Best of all she was more secure, and ready to face your next stop: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Everyone, in my last post, there is a smiley at the end that got there by accident. It wasn't my intention. I noticed it after the post. My post was very serious and I would never put a big smiley face at the end of a serious, good intended message. Please ignore the smiley. Thank you.
