Re: Mariah and Chelsea (77,524) (77,527) by Todd from Melbourne, Australia
Sorry, that last message made no sense. I mean Chelsea would *not* put up with any crap.

Do not insult the iconic Pennywise The Clown by comparing that mess of a woman with it. And managerial work? You all expect too much from a leech. Stella is as much of a manager as JLo is a singer. In fact JLo is better at singing than Stella will ever be at managing.

No one heard about that so called "feud" because no one cares. There was no feud. But leave it to Stella to defend that, yet keep shut when Mariah gets dragged. She responded to the Tommy open letter only because he hinted strongly that Mariah's team is a mess, while he kept praising Mariah and her talent. But Stella had to respond to that because Stella was the one at whom the digs were indicated. There have been way too many instances when Stella only "clapped back" when Stella's name was being dragged, never for Mariah. Only times she responds to "rumors" about Mariah are stuff that doesn't really affect Mariah's image, nor is something anyone cares about.

Mariah and Chelsea (77,524) by Todd from Melbourne, Australia
I would love to see Mariah go on Chelsea and have a chat with Chelsea Handler. I feel like she would put up with any crap or diva antics. Also, it was disappointing to see that long clawed Pennywise the Clown banshee in the background of Mariah's again. Shouldn't she be in an office in LA doing managerial sort of stuff?

It's not her song so she shouldn't be the one explaining anything. I'm all for holding Mariah and her team of misfits accountable, but this situation isn't on her.

Re: Foxwoods show (includes album cuts?) (77,521) by Sheila from United States
I'm slightly wondering what Mariah has in store for this show, I think we are finally getting something special. She's going to sing her regular setlist and throw in a few album/cd cuts?

Don't forget she said a Busta Rhymes song would be released in April and has offered no explanation to why it hasn't appeared. Why should we believe that The Star will even be released?

Joe Jonas looks nice with the t-shirt. Hmm I didn't hear that they have a feud. Like you said Mimi L., her "team" should tell the press that it's all made up. But hey, only professionals would do that.

Re: M3rry Christmas (77,514) (77,518) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Haha no that's not Mariah singing, it's Stevie Wonder singing "What Christmas means to me". I did hear that it was previously called "The Lamb" though.

Re: The Star (77,512) (77,517) by MusicfanJ from Germany
How I love the NY penthouse too. Mariah belongs to New York no matter what Stella says. I think L.A. and Hollywood can be a "toxic" place for people. For me it seems that NY is less fake (although it's a big-business city). Mariah always looked happy and real in New York and for me she'll always be a NY girl. One last thing to the topic, maybe Crustella fears the Ghostbusters in the city. Lol. The Christmas movie trailer is really nice and I can imagine that the radio stations will play "Star" a lot in December.

I say the same thing all the time. She's just letting her client get dragged over a performance that happened a month ago. People on Twitter actually think this is from the Lionel tour.

Re: M3rry Christmas (77,510) (77,515) by Licia from USA
I thought it was only one song for the movie. Where did this full Christmas album idea come from? Now I know Christmas is a big money making time for her and I don't knock her hustle, but I don't want another Christmas album right now. I don't need another extra festive So So Def Justin Bieber Oh Santa Silent Holy Aude Lang Syne Night remix to AIWFCIY right now. Lol. Another Christmas special is cool though. The last one was awesome.

Apparently, it was originally supposed to be called "The Lamb" haha. Isn't that Mariah singing "That's what Christmas means to me my love" in the trailer? It sounds like she sounds now. And it sounds like an arrangement Mariah would have in a Christmas song. She should definitely write a Christmas song called "Be A Lamb".

Wonder why Stella doesn't clap back at these false stories instead of defending how Mairah didn't bang Tanaka in a restroom or on Mariah having a feud with Joe Jonas. Speaking of Joe Jonas, here is a picture of Joe showing some love to the Queen, wearing a t-shirt with her name and image on it, here is the t-shirt.

Re: The Star (77,508) (77,512) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Absolutely, every single look, every single frame from that special was gorgeous. She looked beautiful, youthful, classy and like a superstar that she is. Everything from the hair, the makeup, the outfits was perfect. As for Mariah not being in NY, it feels so weird to me, because Mariah has gone on and on about how she loves NY, I hope she never sells that penthouse (Andrew has mocked me way more than once about how I once said I'd love to live in her closet, which let's be real is bigger than apartments). Hats off to Stella though, she got Mariah to do something even Nick couldn't after 6 years of marriage, move to LA. Nick used to be in LA a lot because he worked here, while Mariah refused to move to LA and hence she would be alone in NY most of the time and that was one of the many stresses in their marriage, but Stella got Mariah packed up, wrapped up and settled in LA. I heard she has bought a huge place there, which is currently under renovations while she is renting out another house. This sounds permanent.

Re: M3rry Christmas (77,510) (77,511) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Not necessarily though. She's probably just doing a song for the movie. Like she did "Almost Home" for Oz. Even the name of the movie is the same as the song, so maybe the producers or someone who is part of the movie asked her to write one for them, knowing that if anyone owns Christmas season, it's Mariah.

The Star? So the new album is a new Christmas album? If it is, that's probably a good move. I'd actually be excited for that. I hope The Star is upbeat.

Foxwoods show (77,509) by Mara from United States
So Mariah has this random date at the Foxwoods on October 14th the year. How amazing would it be, if she totally surprised us all and made that a complete Butterfly album to commemorate the Butterfly 20th anniversary. As a surprise show, from front to back ala U2 The Joshua Tree. I was thinking about getting tickets to the show and just find it strange that it's a random show not a tour with Lionel, Sweet Fantasy, Christmas, whatever, but it does coincide with Butterfly's September 16th release date. I think I would die a complete happy fan if that happened and I think the rest of the lambs would too as there would be some kind of footage or sound from it. Any ideas as to if this is just another regular same song performance? Wouldn't it be nice if she used this little opportunity to perform some deep cuts from Butterfly and just let loose or did some raw acoustic material. One can dream Mariah. I think a show like that would get a lot of positive coverage or press, more so than not and also bring attentions and new fans or interest to Butterfly, which I'll say again is her best complete body of work to date.

Re: The Star (77,498) (77,508) by Mara from United States
Mimi, that Christmas special, everything was beyond "on point". She looked every bit the classy dive, iconic voice that she is. She oozed class, sophistication, and beauty. I wish she showed that side to th world a little more these days. Glad a little more of it is coming through on the "All The Hits Tour". I have to admit, the Stella look is overstaying is welcome and I'm tired of it. It's sad when the Sun or the Mirror whichever one it was, notices they dress alike. On a side note, I really hope the Madison Square Garden show reminds Mariah of her love for NYC and she re-emerges in the city once again. Now Stella even got her to move her traditional Beacon shows to Las Vegas. It seems like Stella doesn't want to be in NY. Maybe her ex is out there? Who knows? I just know that it won't feel the same without her so called annual Christmas show at the Beacon this year.

Article: Mariah puts on another underwhelming performance (77,507) by Brad Catoe from United States
Not true. Also I was in the last two Vegas performances and they were amazing. Everyone was having a great time and she sounded amazing. Her job is to sing, not dance. She takes singing very seriously and I think when you see her live that's apparent.

C'mon B (77,506) by Nikki from usa
Lol. You didn't seriously ask why Mariah's making a song for an animated movie that isn't hers? One with a Christmas theme no less? I know 1998 was a long time ago, but The Prince of Egypt did win an Oscar. She's done this before, she and Whitney killed it.

150 greatest albums by women (77,505) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
I am happy to see Mariah included on the list but honestly speaking Daydream should have been ranked higher on the list but I truly believe Butterfly should have made the list as it represents Mariah coming into her own as artist and not just an amazing singer/songwriter. Butterfly will always be considered Mariah's crowning moment as the total package in my opinion.

Nothing makes us calm down more than her music. Lol. Despite all the gripes we have we only want her to be the best that we know she can be. Positive things that make her look good always make me happy. There's nothing for me to complain about at the moment.
