Four months in, and, at a glance, about 16 posts, a quarter of which are about me. Disprove me or ignore me. Or just bang on about me. I talk about Mariah. You talk about me. "Andy Warhol said..."

Yes, I totally agree with you. I would love a jazz influenced album. She could create magic again with a jazzy tune. When I was a teen I really loved her hip-hop collaborations and still love the classics like the remixes but I think it's time to do something new. The rapper on "I don't" is so boring for example. I bet Mariah could also have a great comeback and reinvention with a jazz album. People with good music taste still exist. Lol. And they buy cd's and albums.

The thing about releasing only singles is that we might not get those gems that usually come as album cuts. At this stage in Mariah's career, she could definitely take chances, and stop chasing he next hit because with her formula it doesn't seem will happen any time soon. Singles like YM(E), Infinity or I Don't haven't made a good impression. By rehashing the same old tired R&B formula without infusing it with something new like John Legend does, I don't think things are going to work well. With the creative control she has over her music, and since she doesn't rely on album sales to make her money, she could craft an album without worrying about sales and popularity. She makes more money from a couple of concerts that what she would make from her album sales. Out of 200k copies, after everybody is paid and investments have been recouped, she might end up with nothing in her pockets. So, if there's a time for her not to worry about the next big hit and make some experimental stuff, it is now before her voice is completely shot.

Jazz album / Lana Del Rey (73,467)
by lil star from untied states

The more I think about it a jazz album (or jazz influenced album) would be great. Mariah's voice seems more fluid and built for jazz right now. I think when we think of a jazz album we're thinking old, but she can still keep it younger and hip in a way. Lana Del Reys early songs paired jazz vocals with hip beats. Give "Off to the races" and "Million dollar man" a listen and you will see what I mean. If Mariah did that type of a record it could blow up because it's so different for her and it's more adult in sound (maybe not a #1 but top 40, even 20). And Mariah has a better voice than Lana so imagine what she could do. Ahhh I can dream at least.

You've been censored (73,466)

I don't understand the use of so much profanity in a post when it is going to be censored anyway, rendering the post unreadable. I could understand if it were a word, but most of a post doesn't make sense to me. This is not in defense or against anybody in particular, it is just annoying when it happens. It also happens when some people post using all caps or when what they have written doesn't make sense because they don't use punctuation.

Well said Sheila. It's also a shame that people cosign what he says too. He's a [censored], [censored], judgemental individual that needs a psych evaluation for this type of behavior. The nerve of someone to trash another human being and think that it's okay. And yes, like I said too, shame on the individuals cosigning this uncalled for madness. And I'll say it again, there's a difference between tough love/keeping it real vs being down right rude and hateful.

Well said Sheila. Thank you. It's refreshing to hear people speaking out against those whose sole purpose in life seems to be to hate an artist they claim to love. Peace out.

His reply was awesome. He slayed Stella without using a curse word. Lol. I know it's hard for some to believe, but alot of people are not critical of Mariah and her moves because they dislike her. They know she's better than some of the things she doing. Although I won't bash the tracks with Busta and Dj Khaled until I hear them, I understand where Roger is coming from.

Funnily enough when I read that article, I first read it as "Mariah fires manager" because that's what I wanted to hear so badly I suppose. There can be miracles when you believe.

I'm so not surprised by Stella's response at all. You know what the old folks say, "An empty wagon makes the most noise." There they go burning more bridges. After awhile she's going to need those side hustle man wedding gigs because no one will want to work with her or her team. Smh.

You're so on point. Why worry about Stella's statements and weird behavior when they're both having a ball while doing it? For me Mariah can start camel-toeing as high as her belly button every day on camera, it's not worth stressing over what she's having fun with. At this point, nothing's weird or with lack class coming from them all surprises me anymore. In the meantime I'm enjoying Ed Sheeran's Divide, a breath of fresh air. Such a great album.

Edward, Stella is verbally what Mariah has become visually: [censored], [censored], lacking class, lacking dignity, lacking self-respect, lacking sense. They're made for each other at the moment. Put on your show, indeed. But try to make it entertaining? Mariah will never recover from the past few years. She's dead in the water. Not like Whitney was, mind. Lmao, too far? Come on, it's been years.

To be honest, this clapback was actually pretty polite for Stella (not by the average person's standards), which says a lot about her typically off-the-wall behavior. I've given up hope that Mariah will ever get rid of her. First it was sad and frustrating watching Mariah let her manager make a mess out of her life and career, now I've busted out the popcorn and stopped caring. I refuse to care about anything more than Mariah does. It's a waste of my energy, as I have my own life to live. Also, we've basically seen the worst of the worst at this point. The nude Insta bathtub photos, contrived reality show and showing up to the club with lingerie was rock bottom. What's the point of me living in fear of anything else? My worst nightmares have already come true regarding Mariah. The only worse thing she could do at this point is put a close-up of her nether region on the 'gram. I'm tapped out and indifferent.

It's not like Mariah doesn't know Crustella's going to make those comments. She agrees with her foul mouth and unprofessional behavior, actually she has adopted some to herself. It seems to be Mariah has finally found her very own Pat Houston. I hope the story doesn't repeat itself. At least it's comforting to know the twins would end up with Nick and his mother.

How this woman manages to sound so unprofessional, immature and extra every time she makes a statement is beyond me. She is always in an attack mode and will be unnecessary harsh. Like calm down Stella, just deny the rumor and state how the label is already backing Mariah up. But nope she has to drop "he has a stupid column", "he is a relic", "fudge off" and all those silly immature things every time. Woman probably can't make a proper statement because she never bothered with getting herself educated in management before taking up the job. Stella go get a degree in management and communications first, and also please get your child in school, because the crap you pull about "how there are many types of education and traveling the world is the way better than staying in class" is clearly not working for Misha bear since she can't spell basic words like "because" and "were" and is now writing "Burj" as "burch". Also Stella should realize always trying to throw insults and attacks at others doesn't "empower" you. It makes you look like they managed to work you up to get you to react in an immature manner. For once stop trying to get your name in headlines and do what is right for your client. Does she ever get tired of leeching?
