Ballads (75,034) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) "Till the end of time", "Everything fades away", "Do you think of me" are some of my favorite MC songs that never got the spotlight they truly deserved. (Saturday 6 May 2017; 14:38)

Everything fades away (75,033) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) To this day is still one of MC best ballads ever. Moments like this make me appreciate Mariah the artist even more. (Saturday 6 May 2017; 14:30)

Mariahs poor style sense (75,030) by Liz Archer from Sweden There I said it, Mariah has very poor style sense. I don't get it. It is always super tight and short dresses, very often with huge cleavage and diamonds. Obviously she likes it. It's her life and her body, but as an old fan of her music you do wonder what happened? Everything Fades Away (75,029) by Stacey from USA Everything Fades Away is another ballad unlike her others that gives me chills. While TTEOT invokes cries for her love to come back, EFA is quite the opposite, telling the story of love that has ended. Both songs have such beautiful, haunting melodies. I love how both songs end in much the same way, light singing that just fades away (pun intended). Love this song too. (Saturday 6 May 2017; 07:56)

Mara, Licia, Special K - Till the End of Time (75,027) by Stacey from USA Mara, It's no secret I am no fan of Mariah the person these days. But, I digress, lol. Still though, I thank her for writing the lyrics and then delivering such a powerful vocal that still gives me chills 20+ years later. Like Licia said, that bridge is so, I can't even put into words the emotions I feel when she sings that bridge into the final chorus. Oh and how the song lingers then fades into The Wind is sheer genius. Ms. K, you said it. This song is in a league of its own. (Saturday 6 May 2017; 05:22)

10-Tracks album (75,026) by Edward from USA I would be happy if Mariah just released a 10-track album, but with no fillers. Quality usually trumps quantity, and I'm not talking about Donald here. MIAM is not as cohesive and as well produced as Emotions. Mariah's voice in MIAM is so engineered that sometimes it sounds piercing. And for a 10-track album, Emotions is great, considering MIAM has 14 regular tracks and 3 bonus tracks and about 8 of them combined are fillers. MIAM filler-free would look something like this: 01. Cry 02. Faded 03. Dedicated 04. #Beautiful 05. Make It Look Good 06. Desperate Mermaid (Poseidon cover them) 07. You Don't Know What To Do 08. Meteorite 09. Camouflage 10. The Art of Letting Go And none of those tracks, in terms of quality and production, can't touch "Emotions", "Make It Happen", "Can't Let Go", "If It's Over", "Till The End of Time" or "The Wind". She's capable of greatness and if she wants to make a successful comeback she's going to have to give the public what they want from her catchy R&B songs with a Pop sensibility. Obviously LA thinks she's capable of making another comeback and hopefully he won't allow her to release anymore songs like You're Mine (Eternal), Infinity and I Don't. Yes, those songs charted on the Hot 100 which is a feat considering LA said that Mariah getting airplay was an accomplishment. YM(E) was a top 20 hit on the R&B charts. It's a great song lyrically. It has multiple hooks that stick in your head. It's an earworm. My six year old nephew knows every word to it and always asks me to play it. Any ballad she releases especially ballads that have similarities to We Belong Together are never going to measure up. Rodney's production sounded like a JD production (like WBT and every ballad on E=MC2 except For The Record and Thanx 4 Nothin') and Mariah's vocal arrangements and delivery made it sound too similar to We Belong Together. If it had been produced by Happy Perez and had that current yet classic sound that #Beautiful had it would be considered a classic Carey ballad. However, if IDJ had given it the same Clear Channel deal they gave #Beautiful and Trey and Mariah had actually filmed scenes together and fully recreated The Little Mermaid it could have crossed over. Pure Mariah at her best. I love the song from second one (that intro is everything) to the part Licia posted (goosebumbs) and then the calming last notes. And "The wind" is one of the many underrated songs by Mariah. I think "The wind" sounds a little bit like a James Bond soundtrack. "Can't let go" and "And you don't remember" are also gems, so soulful and timeless. I wish we would get another TTEOT. 10 songs are enough if they have the quality of the Emotions cd. Even non-fans take an instant liking and interest to that song and always ask why it wasn't released as a single. From what I read review-wise the critics indicated that it was subpar compared to the debut and fell short (in other words Emotions was a sophomore slump). And they're right, there's a reason why Emotions only had 3 songs given the single treatment. Lol. Oh well, to each his own they say. (Friday 5 May 2017; 22:21)

Re: Albums (74,996) (75,011) by B from USA Those fillers are considers classics by not just fans but critics alike. Each were highlighted in almost every review of Emotions. MIAMTEC has way more filler. Money, Faded, Heavenly, the leftover remixes from the Angels Advocate Remix album that was shelved and a few others I can't think of. I love MIAMTEC but Emotions wins hands down. Mariah's vocals on that album are otherworldly. (Friday 5 May 2017; 20:56)

Sounds like Mariah's finally seeing what we've been seeing since Stellar entered the picture. She doesn't care about Mariah or her career. She's just trying to turn her family into the next Kardashians which was the whole point of taking Mariah into doing that docuseries. Thankfully, it flopped or E would have given Stella and her daughter a spinoff like they do every series that's successful.
