Question (73,039)
by Mara from United States
| |
|
|
Can anyone clarify if when Mariah was married to Nick, if she had a "team" around her 24/7 like this? And I don't mean hair and makeup or bodyguards, but other people that literally were with her "all the time". If so, then I apologize and maybe it's MC who asks for this codependency. I just remember when she was with Nick, they were out together at events and I don't recall any tag alongs but I could be wrong. Does anyone know?

Plus the fact that Mariah writes lyrics stating "maybe she grew up a little too soon" and how she has "seen things little ones shouldn't know" why are these things repeating themselves in her presence? Kids should be kids and no we are not "hating" by expressing this. Just simply expressing freedom of speech like Stella everyday.

What bothers me the most is the blatant "I'm doing this on purpose" mocking fans, more you complain, more I post the FU post, pics attitude Stella and yes, Mishka have. I am not one to comment on kids but in this case, they literally put it out there. On purpose. The looks they give in those pics are straight up like "we are with Mimi and we know what you say and we are doing it all the more". Like they are taunting us with how they pose. I never saw a more catty, nasty team ever in Mariah's 27 years in the business. All this while MC's imagage is drowning and they could be gone tomorrow and continue on with the likes of Tiny and co, yet the lasting effect of what they are doing to MC will stay and nobody pays but Mariah. I said it before and a few of us have, if she wants to stay in Stella's company since it's different this time with Mariah being a mom and Stella feeding off that as they both have kids and lets face it, M's family and friends seem MIA at the moment - then she should hire new people but stay friends with Stella and crew. I don't know what to make of the Bryan thing anymore or what she gets with him around anymore if it's for a show or she is too embarrassed to end it. Who knows. Like Packer, she is never alone with this man and I don't see how any man cannot tire of that. It seems like Bryan has signed off his personal life since MC too. How is this all healthy? He will tire soon. It seems he is got something in the works now too according to his website. I almost wish that Mariah would do a full sit down with either Oprah or Barbara or someone that can pull out the humble, vulnerable Mariah to do some control on her image right now. I pray she doesn't come out with boobs out and body suits and being late to the Lionel tour. That would be career suicide at this point as his fans are already out for blood and want no part of seeing her. Why she is never in New York anymore concerns me too. Did she rent this new home, to house Stella and everyone since Stella is LA based? Mariah don't give up who you are. Don't forget who you are. I just hope she is happy.

Preach. If people don't see a problem with Mishka's behavior, please look up Drew Barrymore's story. She was doing cocaine and drinking heavily at 12 and exposed to life in the fast lane way too young, the same way Mishka is. Why is it so hard for people to let a child be innocent? Isn't that what childhood is for? They have the rest of their lives to be an adult and wild out. The average life expectancy for women is 81 years old, so if she lived that long she would literally have 63 years to be grown. With that being said, is there any logical reason to rush her adulthood? Please enlighten me. Your frontal lobe (the part of your brain that is responsible for self-control and decision making) isn't fully developed until you are 25 years old, so why keep trying to convince a 13 year old that she's grown when even science proves that she can't handle the shit that she's being exposed to? It's one thing to teach a kid practical skills needed for adulthood like balancing a checkbook or something, but you don't need to teach your kid how to serve alcohol or get drunk. All it's going to do is have her longing for her lost childhood when she grows up and she'll end up with the same Peter Pan complex that Mariah or Michael Jackson has/had. No matter what kids tell you now, in hindsight they almost always realize that discipline (and I'm not necessarily talking about physical discipline) is one of the most significant ways a parent shows that they love their children. All of the "cool parents" I've ever met or heard of in my life are the ones with kids losing their virginity at 12, doing hard drugs, dropping out of school, etc. I almost never hear about "cool parents" (aka parents who don't discipline their children whatsoever but instead want to be their buddies) with kids that fully have their heads on straight. Their kids are usually the ones with the most issues. Let's not forget, Mariah was raised by a "cool parent" that let her do whatever she wanted as well and now she is constantly chasing the childhood she never got to have. There will be enough people in the world who will willingly aid you in your self-destruction, no one needs that same kind of lackadaisical attitude from their parent.

Well in fact legal or not, minors are not legally allowed on premises of a dispensary anywhere in the US. As for the alcohol and being in establishments which serve alcohol that is more than likely actionable as well. I'd encourage all the lambs who really care and were so enthusiastic about signing petitions, posting on Lionel's page, calling radio stations, and just generally venting here and elsewhere to contact CPS. If they get enough e-mails and phone calls, Mariah will feel the heat and Stella will be gone.

I'm caught between deciding if she's really stupid enough to still believe that the majority are stupid enough to buy into this "relationship" or if she's stupid enough to go on with this travesty because her ego won't allow her to end it or if she's engaging because it still feeds her ego on some level, so no matter how ridiculous she looks, she won't end this nonsense or if it's a combo of two or more. Jesus be a reality check.

This is my last post on this topic because some of you will never get it. I don't care about Mariah drinking. I don't care about her having fun. My issue with this picture is the underage girl who's faking like she's serving alcoholic drinks and then posting it to social media for the world to see. No I don't believe she was actually doing it. I just think they were being stupid and snapping pics. If this is how they have fun, I'm ok with it, but stop posting inappropriate crap that you know people are going to talk negatively about. Stop giving people the ammo to judge or to talk bad about you. If this were a pic of an adult or Stella handing her a drink then I wouldn't have anything to say. It sucks that the Mariah saviors don't see how wrong and stupid this decision was to post those pics.

5 Million comebacks (73,028)
by Lila from United States
| |
|
|
Well lets, once again, take a look at recent actions: 1) Dressing trashy 2) Constantly flashing her nipples 3) Two fake relationships 4) Engaging in attention seeking photo ops with the second idiot, only to, laughably, say that she wants to be more private 5) Taking part in a reality show where she purposely makes herself out to be a h0e 6) Engaged in behavior that fueled the media's gold digger stories 7) Parading men through her children's life who aren't going to be there longterm 8) Hiring an incompetent manager that her idiot so-called friend let into her life all because the stalker asked over Instagram 9) Letting the idiot manager turn down a prominent production company's offer of a joint statement after a highly publicized failure of a performance 10) Accusing said prominent production company of sabotage 11) Accusing the Grammy's of foiling her because she didn't win a stupid award 11) Rambling on in interviews about absolutely nothing 12) Posting the most tacky and desperate photos on Instagram The list, sadly enough, goes on past those twelve points. Image is everything and her image is shit and it's due to her own stupid decisions. She's so child minded and has a lot of child minded fans who both think that she should be able to go out and make an ass of herself publicly and still get respect and adoration and her past accomplishments don't erase or excuse her present nonsense. On planet Earth, it doesn't work that way. I don't know what to tell you all, move to Mars perhaps. No one's just picking on Mariah for no reason.

Whether we like it or not, she (or her team) is the architect of her own downfall. After all those years and accomplishments in the industry, you'd have to be pretty delusional not to know how this behaviour is destroying your career. It just makes zero sense. She would've never been targeted at the NYE gig had she not already had a reputation for lipping. Or if the public didn't love to hate her. She makes it too easy. On the other hand, I was talking to someone yesterday who didn't know I'm a lamb and he said he believed they sabotaged her that night. At least part of the public is willing to sympathise with her. She should find a way to be loveable again. Start by firing that incredibly unloveable woman and her daughter who likes to barge in on and take pics of you while taking showers.

So with you Alex. It's like some people here spend too much time scrutinizing others lives and jumping to conclusions. Some here are just bad spirited and to me, I don't even know who they are referring to anymore. Is it still Mariah or the impression of her they get through their dark glasses? I mean you have to be pretty dark to believe that Mariah is a bad person when all she's been giving us for all those years is positivity, rainbows and butterflies. Maybe she has a right to stop being so nice to everybody within the industry when this very same industry clearly takes advantage of her and don't respect who she is and what she's done. What if in the end all Mariah's doing is trying to protect herself and her legacy for herself, her children, her lambs? I love you Mariah Carey.

Exactly Gigi. I did a lot of not so kiddy stuff growing up, but nobody knew but my parents and my sisters. They certainly didn't advertise stuff that they knew I should not have been doing as a child. As you said alot of this stuff does not need to be put out so publicly. Doesn't matter whether or not she was even serving drinks (I don't believe she was). If the girl was 17 or 18 I wouldn't even care, but because she's so young it makes them look bad.

It's a bad thing, sorry. We've read and heard enough stories from child actors, etc. who have grown up in the spotlight to know that this type of exposure normally leads to a troubled adulthood. As a parent, you should want to protect your children's innocence as much as possible, right? I get that you may have made a drink for your father, but I'm guessing he didn't take pictures of you doing it and hand them out to your family and friends to cherish forever. This is where the problem lies with Stella and Mariah. If stuff like this goes on, why does the general public need to know about it? Why does Stella want to create controversy for Mariah? What was the purpose of those pictures? What good has come from them? Is she trying to convey that Mariah has no other friends besides herself, Bryan and a 13-year-old? Is this what we're supposed to be "hating" on, Stella? I don't get it. Mariah may later say that she had no idea they were going to post those photos on Instagram, but she knows they do post controversial photos behind her back (as proven on MW) - so why take the risk? Anyway, I am looking forward to her live performance.

Well at least she is taking some responsibility for her NYE debacle and she still blames her dancers and her whole team, but it really seems like she blames DCP. Of her paid escort she says it's more private, but she put it on a reality show. She doesn't want to talk about it, but says it's nothing new we all saw the show that was scripted. Bless her heart and where are her friends?

If she's not really upset why bother giving a commentary like that? Just get over with it already, she's just adding fuel to the fire. I can't believe that she stoop down to this level, she's an artist and a musician for goodness sake. I guess it's really hard to do a damage control when your team are the one who damages your reputation in the first place. Wake up Mariah.

Mariah does look like her 2008 self recently and those pictures of her in Dubai, she looks like a model. The woman has great skin and that's why she looks way younger than her years. It's crazy how sometimes she looks like she is in her late 20s. If only she'd get a great stylist, there would be no stopping her fashion wise. As for Stella, she's a thirsty wannabe gangster with zero talent who leeched on to a successful artist. What is keeping her afloat is her A+ ability to kiss ass. She talks big about empowering women yet she votes for Trump and where was she during the Women's March? Her idea about empowering women is sitting with her middle fingers up, posting pictures of her kids doing stuff kids shouldn't do, posing in another person's jet and mansions pretending it's her lifestyle and all those phony things.

No, not at all. I think Mishka is just being goofy, cheeky whatever you wanna call it. They're on a trip of a lifetime time and living in the moment. Yes, I'm sure she is exposed to more than the average adolescent but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Side note: I used to make my dad his gin and tonic when I was younger. He only had one as a night cap and it made me feel good to do it.
