All I want for Christmas Beacon 12/17/15 (67,432) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) I actually attended that show and I must say MC was amazing that night. Her vocals were on fire and her confidence was through the roof, and her personality was fun and enjoyable without being over the top. Also Christmas time in New York was born and it was one of the many highlights of the show that night. I appreciate my sister so much for getting us tickets for the show at the Beacon last year. Lady GaGa - Joanne (67,429) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines Mother Monster's latest record is quite the departure from her first 4 albums. It's sonically confused and inconsistent, and the material is uneven, but it has some really great moments. And we all know Lady GaGa has always been a rock singer with jazzy tendencies. I love Florence Welch, but Mariah would have slayed "Hey Girl" with GaGa. That production is just addictive. Only a few songs delve into that "Benny and the Jets-esque" sexy stomp these days. The most recent one I've heard was Sara Bareilles' Love On The Rocks. So good. (Sunday 23 October 2016; 9:21)

First of all, she acknowledges the fact that the host has given up his usual seat so that Mariah can get her preferred side. She asks if that's ok with him. Then she randomly starts singing out to "Heartbreaker" playing in the background. We hardly ever hear her randomly sing out in interviews nowadays. She used to do it a lot before. I'm here for it (67,420) by Marissa from USA Well our prayers were answered swiftly lol. I am beyond excited for this Christmas Carpool Karaoke. Those vocals need to be in tip-top shape because she really pissed a lot of people off with the last CK because people didn't think she gave any effort or had a good attitude. Singing a capella (like when she did with Jimmy Fallon) to let the people the voice is still there. She looks so young and fresh. It just instant takes off so many years. She is definitely much more leaner now and from the pics she is certainly feeling very confident, you can just see it in her face. The last time she was on, you could tell she wasn't happy with herself (although I thought she looked great) so she didn't move much except for the epic dance at the end haha. But I'm hoping this time she is more animated, less vocal fry "Dahlin' it's too early for me to sing" and more belting and showing off her voice. (Saturday 22 October 2016; 18:26)

Adele's was fun through and through and she went viral with her little rap imoment where she covered Nicki Minaj and people went crazy. Selena Gomez tried to "sing" her heart out, she sounded horrible but girl tried. Jennifer Lopez was jamming out to her records like it's nobody's business. Same goes for most of the singers, except for maybe Britney who didn't sing much. They all sing and perform, at times they are overtaken by James but that's all fun. Whereas in Mariah's segment she announced she won't sing right when she got in and she was basically just going on about how it's too early for her. This is an overused excuse and if she gets on a "Karaoke" show and refuses to sing, then she shouldn't even bother showing up. So the difference here is while the other stars really jam out in their segments regardless of Corden sometimes hogging the attention (all fun, dude is hilarious), in Mariah's episode Corden was basically doing all he could to keep the show going because Mariah was refusing to sing so poor dude had to sing back up/front lead/hype man and everything in between. Mariah should really just let lose and sing. She doesn't have to be scared because even on her worst day she can out sing everyone else. (Saturday 22 October 2016; 18:20)

I've watched a lot these carpool karaoke things and you never actually get to hear the singer over James' shouting anyway. He ruined it for Adele and Sia.
