AIWFCIY on Hot 100 (36,954) by Ryan from the Philippines
Glad to know that "Christmas" has returned to Hot 100 and has logged its highest 18 years since its release. This classic song deserves to be #1, really. It's one of Mariah's songs that will be remembered forever. Reaching the top spot within a short span of time like Christmas (which only lasts about 2 months) is hard, but I think the only way to get in there is for Mariah to promote and sing it everwhere like what she did with WBT.

Oh Santa and MCIIY (36,953) by Lainsky from Philippines
It seems people have forgotten MC's second Christmas album and "Oh Santa". I like "Oh Santa" and "When Christmas Comes". I hope these will become classics too.

Does anyone else like the So So Def Remix better then the original of this song? I love it and listened to it today.

Don't Forget About Us (36,951) by enwar00 from usa
Hey Zachary, I don't know if I would say I like it more specifically during Christmas time, but I do love that song any time of the year. It's crazy, in hindsight this many years later I could say it's my favorite song off Emancipation. To me, it's smooth and flows more than We Belong Together. I do remember it was popular this time of year, even remember when they like world premiered it on the radio. I think the video is hot too and adds to the same mood of the song, I really like it.

Zachary from Croatia, "Dont Forget About Us" (36,950) by Gilbert from USA
That's always been one of my favorite songs. I actually love it way more than We Belong Together. Also, scenes were recorded in my hometown in San Pedro, CA at Cabrillo Beach. If I known about it, I would've been there lol.

Thanks Stacey (36,949) by Deedre aka MiTodoChop @HBF from Canada
Your info was helpful. I've been collecting a number of years now, but have built my collection slowly as something I do just for me. I also really really love the Christmas promos and believe I will have them all n my collection one day. I've been on Ebay since 1998 and have seen JBOTD maybe 4 times and MYM twice. I've been outbid in the past, but I appreciate you sharing as some people do price their stuff quite high to begin with, and it is nice to have some frame of reference to compare, and without asking other collectors, that's kind of impossible. Lol.

Don't forget about us (36,947) by Zachary from Croatia
Who else loves this song around Christmas? It was number one right around Christmas time. Everytime I listen to it, I get a warm and fuzzy feeling.

MC and Christmas (36,946) by Stacey from USA
Mariah owns Christmas. No doubt about that. I love Celine's Christmas album for different reasons. I'm surprised Celine held a higher spot than MC. Not anymore. It's all good. I love both CDs for different reasons and am grateful I have them both to listen to this "most wonderful time of the year". Awww, love Andy Williams too. If MC is Ms. Christmas, he's Mr. Christmas, lol.

Deedre (36,945) by Stacey from USA
I sold my collection in 2007. In my catalog, I had Jesus Born On This Day and Miss You Most. MYM was a hard one to get go of. Her Christmas promos were my favorites. I sold my MYM for $300 in 2007. I'd say with the economy the way it is, I wouldn't pay more than $300. My copy was in mint condition with no CD scratches, rips, bents or tears to the inlay. The same goes for JBOTD. I can't remember what I sold my copy for, but I think it was around $150-$200. I'd probably look to paying closer to $150. My copy was also in perfect condition with no CD scratches, marks, bents, etc. I sold my collection before the 2008 economic collapse. You might even score better deals now with the way things are. I hope my info I've giving you helps. Good luck.

Number 19 (36,944) by Will from England
After seeing it rise up the charts (Hot 100), I'm more inclined to believe that AIWFCIY could be her 19th #1. That song has everything going for it: radio play, sales and video play. There is no reason why it wouldn't go to number 1 at all. And the great thing about it? There's always next year to try again to get it to the top spot, now that the rules have changed.

Roc is so tall (36,943) by RibbonB from USA
Mariah tweeted a pic of Roc and he seems so long and relaxed. You gotta love those kids. I'm glad they are winnng the celeb toddler poll that's been going around on twitter. Such cute kids.

Mariah Carey is re defining "fashionably late " (36,942) by Carol from Spain
Damn, is Mariah epic or not? Merry Christmas is officialy certified the most successful Christmas album ever, supassing Celine's. It took 18 years for this, but she did it. My lambitude is on an all time high. Better than this, only a 19 th number one. Let's see the video on YouTube and buy it on iTunes, because we can do this.

Question for collectors (36,941) by Deedre aka MiTodoChop @HBF from Canada
Sometimes, I think that ebay sellers overprice items and I was curious about a good price range for O Jesus, Born On This day, and Miss You Most. These are two of the rare ones from Merry Christmas and two that are not in my collection yet. I was just curious if anyone who bought these ones would be willing to share what they paid. If you don't want to post it publicly, you can email me at deedre.statz@gmail.com. It's not that I mind paying for the rare items, I don't. I just want to be aware for my own information. Thanks in advance. PS Glad you are enjoying the mp3, Stacey.

Huff Post / AIWCFIY and Jimmy Fallon (36,940) by Stacey from USA
Yeah, Nattalie, some things just need to be kept private, lol. That was one of them. I've always tried to give Nick a fair shake. On this, though, not in the best of taste. But, to each their own. Yes, all fans' opinions on the matter are pointless. All fans. Peace. I don't even have a twitter account. *laughs* Anyway, it's so yesterday for me. I can't get enough of her AWIFCIY version off Jimmy Fallon. Thanks to Deedre, I have it on my mp3 playlist now. So amazing. If any song deserves to hit #1, it's this song.

Now that this classic is a top 40 hit, I hope it will become a top 5 hit in a couple of weeks, if not No.1. Yey.

Nick and Mariah (36,938) by Nattalie from USA
I can see it now. If Mariah did care about what Nick said, I can see her giving him the silent treatment or the no sex treatment. Lol. Or if she thought it was funny, I can see the exact opposite. See, this is why I didn't need to know what I know, because now my mind is floating around.

Huffington Post (36,937) by Nattalie from USA
Personally I believe that this is one of those situations that needs to be swept under the rug. Leave it alone, it never happened. To me, it's like seeing my dad in his underwear. Leave it alone, turn around and go the other direction. I don't think we all have to worry about MC and her career. She will be fine. I only complained not on the behalf of Mariah but on the behalf of myself. Now if I was Mariah, I'd let it go and sweep it under the rug. Yes, there will be a big lump for a while, but it will flatten out.

If MC was upset (36,936) by RibbonB from USA
If MC was upset, Nick wouldn't be talking about these subjects. Nick can be Nick and people don't have to listen, simple as that. Nick has said some things on radio before, he's a comedian and he simply answered questions. Many who are commenting probably didn't even listen to the radio show or Howard's questions. And Mariah just happened to call Nick's radio show to joke about how they watch porn, blah blah, blah. They are grown people and Mariah has said that they are one. So really fans' opinions on the subject dont really matter. And many fans are the first to mouth off about their wack fantasies on message boards and their twitter timelines. Anyway, it's their business.

Huff Post article (36,935) by Stacey from USA
Haha, I knew the argument "Howard being Howard" would come up. Yes, generally you know what to expect when listening to Howard. He is going to be crude and do/say things for the shock value. And yet, I'll add this: MC has been on Howard Stern before and conducted herself quite nicely. I don't recall MC talking about her private sex life on Stern's show. I'm sorry, but IMO there is no defending Nick on this one. Some stuff just needs to stay between a man and his wife. Period. Nattalie, the older MC gets, the less she cares about what others think of her. I am of the same exact philosophy. However, if my husband did the same thing in public, I would privately be miffed too. I am sure MC is a bit bugged about the whole thing.

Nick & Nicki (36,934) by Dee Man from England
I don't really want to start any old discussions up, but in recent light of the interview with Nick on him and Mariahs sex life, as a fan I want to just say that interview was in very bad taste. Nick and Nicki Minaj are (possibly unintentionally) on the surface of things dragging negativity across MC's integrity. First of all Nicki, rants on twitter over a supposed feud in parts mocking and then Nick comments private details of him and his wife's intimate relationship. It's just not fair on the fans, we don't need or want to know this and if they both respect her as an artist and as a human being, they should look to her for inspiration and show some integrity and pride in themselves. I really don't think Mariah welcomes all this negativity after fighting her entire life. We don't expect it to be perfect, but some things should be left alone.

Huff post (36,933) by RibbonB from USA
This article and all other blog articles overlook Howard being Howard and the questions and context in which he was asked. In context, it was a humorous, enlightening interview. IMO. I especially like his comments on the Nicki Minaj incident, again after he was asked an in depth question. He also gave his opinion on Chris Brown after being pressed. Nick has a right to his opinions just like anyone else. But bloggers will always sensationalize excerpts to attract attention to their sites, just as when they acted like Nick critizized MC's mothering skills. He did no such thing, he said he changed more diapers when he's home with the kids.

Huffington Post - shame on Nick (36,932) by Carol from Spain
I really hope MC pulled Nick's ears up to the cealling on this one. Honestly think, Mimi always kept her private life private because that's how she is.
Nick, you've been a very bad boy. I don't care about what they do in the bedroom or anywhere elese, really.

Howard Stern interview (36,931) by RibbonB from USA
People will be reading lots of blog excerpts of this Stern interview with Nick. The interview was over an hour long and Stern was being Stern asking shocking or intimate questions and Nick answered a few. In context they were funny. He certainly didn't volunteer details, but his interview was typical Stern fare and nothing Nick hasn't been asked and answered on radio before. Blogs are just highlighting that soundbyte and putting their own spin on it as usual. Mariah knows and loves who she married, even if she might now indulge in the same discussion. They are two different people.

Stacey (36,930) by Nattalie from USA
Your word miffed cracked me up. I don't know why, but it did. I think she has always been how she is today, it's just when you get older you start to care less and express how you feel instead of letting it bottle up. And yes, this is coming from someone who is 23. Ha.

AIWFCIY (36,929) by Nattalie from USA
Ok guys, I love this song with all my heart and I never get sick and tired of this song, when I hear it from Mariah that is. But sadly since I work in retail, I am being driven insane by the Christmas music. I can't even stand to put on Christmas CD's unless it's before I go to work or on an off day. Anyways, I always knew this song was very popular, but I had no idea that it was as popular as it is. Did you all know there are about at least 20 different versions of this song, none including the remixes done by Mariah. And when I say least, I really meant the minimum. All they play at my job is 5 different songs sung by 50 different people. I have to hear all these different covers and I'm going nuts. There is a hispanic version of it, probably an arab version, and japanese. I heard this song from singers that I don't even know.
