Big Tip (93,921) by Andrew from the United Kingdom So Celine Dion's son Rene Charles is a rapper named Big Tip. He recorded this. I do not know what is going on Chez Celine but somebody needs to check the water. I'm even reasonably sure that at 1:05 he raps something like "I'm Mariah... and I'm on fire". FML. E=MC2 (93,920) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) If I was MC's A&R during this era I would have chosen the following singles to represent the album: 1. TMB worked as a great lead off single. 2. Migrate would worked as a nice follow up as it fit perfectly with the time and it was a different vibe for MC. 3. I'll Be Loving U Long Time is a perfect summer vibe and definitely would have been released during the summer. 4. For The Record this was the best ballad on the album in my opinion, it was fresh but also had classic MC vibes all over it. (Saturday 2 May 2020; 01:41)

E=MC2 (93,911) by TheWind from England I've never liked this album. For me, it was the first time we have heard Mariah's voice in what is essentially her current state. Prior to this, Mariah was capable of producing an album with vocals that were outstanding, even if they were not at her 90s peak. On this album, her voice was noticeably thin, dry and lacked power. No matter how much Mariah's voice changed, I always felt that up until this album, she was an elite vocalist, and that on her best day was as good as anyone else out there. This album and the subsequent performances were ultimately the starting point in a period of mediocrity. I tried listening to it again the other day, and quickly realised why for me it is probably one of Mariah's worst albums. The sequencing is odd, and the vocals are a let down. The album has some great moments, like Touch My Body, For The Record, Thanx for Nothin, but it was essentially full of We Belong Together rip offs. I get Justice for Glitter. I would love Justice for Charmbracelet, but Justice for E=MC2 is a stretch. It had its dues, it was number 1 and produced a number 1 single. (Friday 1 May 2020; 14:26)

E=MC2 vinyl (93,907) by Bobby A from United States Guess what I purchased on Ebay yesterday. I just bought a copy of E=MC2 vinyl. This really has been a productive day. First, I added to my workout playlist Megan and Beyonce's Savage remix, Usher's SexBeat, Trey Songz's Back Home ft. Summer Walker which samples Camron's Oh Boy at the introduction and New Edition's If It Isn't Love, Savage's Secret ft. Summer Walker which samples Xscape's Little Secret. Secondly I found Ed Sherran's Divide vinyl on clearance at Target for $14.58 and I found Maren Morris' Girl on vinyl at Target also. Lastly, I will have soon in my possession 240 discs of the NBC soap opera Another World episodes from 1988-1999 to go along with my other 65 discs from 1976-1987. (Friday 1 May 2020; 04:53)

Today I played this sequence of songs and I have to say it was a vibe and just shows how much [gems] this woman truly has. In my opinion, she's a musical genius. She has songs for days, but not just songs, really good songs. Timeless even. No one can compare to MC. She has in a lane of her own. Congrats to M for her recent no 1 with E=MC2 after 12 years on [iTunes]. So so dope. Sequence of songs that had me in the zone.
