The next album (92,486) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) The next album should pay homage to 90’s Urban pop. I think Babyface would be a great touch as well for the next album because he and Mariah have always had great chemistry musically. Babyface, Dave Jam Hall, Dev Haynes, Missy Elliott for a good uptempo/club banger geared towards the ladies, Timbaland, Happy Perez, and one or two upcoming producers. Robert Antony (92,485) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) The difference is HER is working with a part of Alicia Keys' creative team from when she first became mainstream MBK entertainment and Jeff Robinson. She is a carbon copy of earlier A. Keys besides playing more instruments. As for Chris Brown he has made the same music for about three eras now he's just appeals to the young kids. No matter what producers and co-writers MC decided to work with what makes her music authentically her is that it sounds like Mariah as the case with Caution she worked with different people but the product itself was fresh but it still had Mariah all over it, and that's why you have to respect her writing and artistry because she stays true to herself no matter what. I agree with you Caution is a brilliant body of work that fits into Mariah's catalogue perfectly some people only respect, and love MC when she is topping the charts, while people such as yourself can appreciate MC for all of her artistry not just for when she is being appreciated by the masses or sticking to a specific genre, or formula. (New York City) It’s no surprise that Roger would have something negative to say in regards to MC being inducted into the Songwriters Hall of fame, since Mariah cut him off once she dismissed Cindi Berger and PR firm from representation. Ever since then Roger has been salty, and unpleasant towards MC. So take everything that he says with a hint of anger, and being sour. Also Walter has not been inducted into the Songwriters Hall of fame as of yet, and I know it sucks in his eyes that Mariah will have that honor before him, since he has diminished her songwriting capabilities in recent years in different interviews. H.E.R. (92,475) by Bobby A from United States The artist H.E.R. has been recognized by the Grammys Academy in multiple categories for the 2nd year in a row. She is a breath of fresh air to R&B. If you have not heard her first album, you need to listen today especially to Avenue, Losing, Focus, Every Kind Of Way, Best Part, Changes, and Jungle. The whole album is pure brilliance. Her second album, I Used To Know Her is just good as her debut. You can't fit her music to one certain sound. It is so evidence in her new song Slide. I guess that is why she keeps receiving Grammy nominations. She doesn't work with producers who you can hear their sound as soon the song starts playing. H.E.R. will never sing her lyrics over a Timbaland or Jermaine Dupri beat. It is just not who she is nor how she wants her songs to be heard. Chris Brown does the same thing when he records an album. It's like he gathers all of L.A. homeboys and up and coming songwriters and producers all in the studio and they knock out new sounds in the studio. His new song Overtime is evidence of a new Chris Brown sound. Maybe that is where MC has gone wrong with her last few releases. I would like to see her work with some lesser known producers and songwriters to really give her a new sound and relatable lyrics that are not so autobiographical or predictable like With You. Let's hope we get a new album that is a new and fresh sounding MC. (Sunday 19 January 2020; 23:28)

If not I suggest you do so because it takes several repeated listens for you to get the brilliance of the album. Yes, there's no immediate standout like Fantasy or big ballad like WBT but it's a solid album about relationships. The only issue is the transition from GTFO to With You tonally but since GTFO addresses her relationship with Packer and With You chronicles her relationship with Bryan it does make sense to sequence them back to back as together they tell a story. Caution is an album about relationships that chronicles Mariah's life since 2014. GTFO is about Packer. With You is about her affair with Bryan. Caution is about being unsure of Bryan's motives and taking things slowly to ensure she isn't hurt or betrayed again after Nick and Packer. A No No is about Stella and Co. The Distance is about her and Bryan's relationship after reuniting. GML is also about Bryan. OMG is about her and Bryan's sex life. 8th Grade addresses her insecurities, insecurities she's had since she was in 8th grade. SLLY is again about Bryan. Portrait is her taking stock of her life and wondering where she goes from here. (Sunday 19 January 2020; 22:10)

She has said she co-wrote it with him which is being generous since both have stated in the past that she came up with the unconventional melody which he thought wouldn't work and wrote the lyrics by herself and took it to him and he added some bells and whistles to it. His demand to be given equal credit for the song is laughable. Now if he had co-written the lyrics his claim would have some merit but he didn't so it doesn't. He thought her career was over when she began working with R&B and Hip Hop writers and producers and he told Tommy that she was going to alienate her adult contemporary fans by doing so and when Tommy, who she had banned from the studio, confronted her about it she knew Walter was responsible and that is the reason she ended their relationship. He also claimed she makes up words using emblazoned from My All as an example which is a word so it made him look like a fool. She's never going to reconcile with him. He betrayed her trust. He essentially owes his career to her because while working as a keyboardist for Narada Michael Walden Mariah and he clicked and she insisted that she work with him on Love Takes Time when Tommy heard her demo despite his insistence that she continue working with already established producers. Never Forget You is my favorite song from Music Box. I had no idea he had anything to do with Melt Away. Normally I can tell he's involved because he almost always is singing background on the songs he's involved in. I can't hear him in the bg on Melt Away. She effortlessly paints a picture in my head and makes listeners sympathize with her because she lets her emotions flow. It's beautiful. Mariah could definitely be a successful novelist if she wanted to. I would love for her to capture moments like these in future songs. Not to mention, in both of these songs, her voice was fire. Honestly (92,470) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) Honestly speaking just because a fan enjoys one particular album over another that does not make them any less of a fan or supporter. I can appreciate what she with Caution just as much as I do Daydream which is for many Mariah's pinnacle. On the other hand lyrically I appreciate Charmbracelet but vocally I feel like something is missing. My point is that I love and appreciate Mariah's discography as a whole for what it is but some albums touch more than others. But it does not mean I am less than a fan or supporter than anyone else that posts here. We are all fans for different reasons, and we all prefer different albums/eras and our preferences should be respected. On another note Caution is in my top five favorite Mariah albums of all time. John Legend's new song (92,469) by Malcolm from Asia Have you guys listened to his new song? I just imagine it would be nice if Mariah hops on in this song, write some new verse and released it as a remix like what Ed Sheeran and Beyonce did to Perfect, I honestly think it would be nice to at least tease us with this before she release something on her own. I would say, though, that GTFO and With You are particularly brilliant. However, they are let down by really, really, really, really, really, bad lyrics in places: "Go stay at your friend's house or something Don't mean to be rude, but take your shit and leave" "As we were sneakin' through that door Had to leave by half past 4" Close My Eyes or Outside they are not. But the songs themselves are good enough to be classified as two of Mariah's best. Probably her best in a decade, aside from You Don't Know What To Do and Beautiful. Mariah does have the better tone for Celine sounds cringeworthy when she does a soft whisper voice (which is a matter of opinion). To attempt to represent Celine as having vocal issues on a par with Mariah, or having relied upon lip-sync as much as Mariah, is revisionist nonsense (which is a matter of deception).
