I definitely agree on E=MC2. So many great songs with so much potential. I got into my feelings when I heard Thanx For Nothing and JD & Mariah really brought the nostalgia with that Purple Rain inspired Last Kiss. I'll go ahead and say it for Edward and Bill. Migrate should have been a single.

I'm convinced all three of them were high or drunk off their a** to walk out the studio thinking they made a hot remix. They were so proud on that little video.

I would love to hear Mariah's take on this song. Since she's in her aggressive mode, this song fits right on in. Lol I've never heard this by Love Unlimited. I can hear Mariah doing this one definitely. These children now and days wouldn't know what to do with this type of music .

Yes I agree girl. When E=MC2 came out I was still drunk on TEOM. Initially, I didn't pay attention to E=MC2 and thought it was just an okay album. Gurl, after a year of sobriety from the TEOM, I rediscovered E=MC2 and was able to really "listen" to that album and realized it really is a great album. Too bad fans like slept on E=MC2 for awhile.

"I'm at a loss how a song like that is by the same person that sang Never Forget You." The same here. I will never understand. It makes no sense.

I think E=MC2 is a highly underrated album. It's so fun to me. Sometimes albums like Music Box and TEOM become so popular with the general mainstream listener that it impacts how you hear the music, and not in a good way either. It can become too big and commercial.

Haha "craptastic remix", love it. Why You Mad is without question the worst thing she has ever done. I'm at a loss how a song like that is by the same person that sang Never Forget You et al.

I deliberately left off Oran Juice Jones, LMAO. But I would add in this classic, Walking in the Rain. I have low key wished Mariah would sample that obw, especially from the 3:10 mark. That bass is slapping. And yes Making Love in themEs is a gem. There are not enough horns in current popular music. Not enough real instruments in current music.

Her vocals were heavily doctored on MIAM, but E=MC2 was one of those albums in which Mariah actually sounded great and confident, she even had some live clips laying her vocals in the studio, something Mariah rarely does. She was in a good place vocally back then. At that point she didn't have anything to prove anymore, she just needed to deliver a good fun album, and she did. I think it was the last time Mariah had a great video.

Lol. Boy is one of those songs that should have stayed an album cut. I'd definitely choose that one over Crapfinity and its craptastic remix Why You [censored] Made This.

He he he. She could do all rain inspired covers like, I Can't Stand the Rain, Can You Stand The Rain, Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head, I Want to Go Outside in the Rain, Making Love in the Rain.

Definitely didn't just plash out on front row tickets. I keep thinking every time she tours here what if she stops coming to Europe at some point and just sticks to doing shows in Vegas and I never saw her, so I thought sod it. Lol. I can't wait. It'll be my first time seeing her.

No, just no, you will not be harassing Boy (I Need You) again. That song may be irritating to most but it is far from Mariah's worst. It still stands out from her catalog (for both the right and wrong reasons) and is a more interesting part in her discography than 15 failed attempts at recreating We Belong Together, haha.

Mariah wants to do Super Bowl halftime show (84,067)
by 90sMariah from SG

Yikes. I can already imagine her doing the following: 1. Being carried around stage, on and off stage. 2. Using dancers as human crutches. 3. Standing there while fidgeting her earpiece and pretending to sing live. 4. Doing her Fantasy chair routine. 5. Countless "Ey ey eys". 6. Basically the same darn repertoire.
