Re: Dummy spills tea (81,850) (81,853) by Special K from USA
Gurl, I watched all of that mess. The thirst is real honey. I drank two cups of tea. What grown ass man goes on IG live and gives details about someone he claims he loves alleged suicide attempt? A thirsty one. Then he has the nerve to say he needed to get this off his chest because the situation messed him up. Ok dude really? If she wasn't Mariah Carey and just a regular girl would you be spilling this mess on IG? I don't think so. Then on top of that the "relationship" ended because he didn't call her back and ditched her but now wants her attention? Fool have several seats. I agree with whomever said this fool is stuck in 2001. Mmm, I got to put Mariah on blast about Damizza. He is butt ass ugly. I mean really Mariah? Her taste in men goes from one extreme to the other. The tea on JLo, Tommy, Luis, was fun to hear. Even though he said good things about my baby it still pissed me off because it's like why you still in Mariah's business almost 20 years later? Also, Mariah girl you have got to release the DJ Quick collabo.

Girl, dude is a figurative and literal troll. Disgusting. Could you imagine a reflection of her state of mind at the time, coming back to haunt and remind her of a time best left behind? Oh, now that was a lyric. He's not thirsty he is delusional. Moving on, "Okurrrr".

Re: New photo shoot (81,848) (81,851) by MusicfanJ from Germany
I just want to say that Mariah looks beautiful on this new photo shoot. All the people sending love to her makes me feel good and proud to be a lamb. If there's new music soon that would be great. I hope her "demons" stay banned and I'm so ready to listen to her feelings/story musically. If Mariah has her inner inspiration back, the competition between others will get smaller.

I couldn't even finish it. If this happened it wasn't his story to tell. I'm all for people telling what they feel is their truth about her, but there is a limit.

Re: New photo shoot (81,848) (81,849) by Atwood from NY
It doesn’t really matter how many records Mariah will sell anymore. She has already proved herself and has 18 #1’s. If anybody has a good song, it will do well on radio and the charts. Mariah is creating music for herself and whoever the song/album speaks to. And of course all the real lambily. Very proud of Mariah the past few
months and lots of happy things to come.

New photo shoot (81,848) by Bobby A from United States
Could a new photo shoot mean that the first single from the new album is going to drop in May? I am so excited for this new album. Could this album be the best album of her career? She is going to have a lot of competion to compete with this Summer and Fall, new music from Zayn to Kanye West to Liam Payne to Nikki Minaj.

People article (81,847) by RibbonB from USA
I read it and it's pretty good. I sure hope she is really reflecting and glad if she is making progress. The article is a bit more in depth than the preview, with several pictures. It is great that she mentioned that she and Nick have a great relationship and they are enjoying co-parenting and watching the kids grow up. She literally couldn't even explain the JP, or MW moment and chose not to try.

Damizza (81,846) by Andrew from UK
There's a quote from the McCarthy Hearings into witch-hunts that leapt to my mind whilst watching the video of Damizza spilling the proverbial about Mariah's alleged suicide attempt, riding off the back of her revelation in a blatant bid to headline grab: "You've done enough. Have you no sense of decency, sir, at long last? Have you left no sense of decency?"

Butterfly part 2 with Walter Afanasieff (81,845) by T from USA
With her new found truth and freedom I would love to see how deep they could go now. I think Butterfly was just the tip of the iceberg. I know a few years ago Walter said Mariah needs help. I wonder if he suspected that she was going through these kind of problems all the way back from 1997. The industry is small and people talk so from what he witnessed being around her plus the gossip he must've heard after 2001 I think he suspected something was wrong. I do think he really cared about her at one time and maybe still does. Mariah's trust issues may never allow them to reunite however.

He is a delusional nut case, locked in some imaginary 2001 episode. I hear he put it up on YouTube. Check it for yourself, SMH.

Re: New memoirs (81,835) (81,840) by Licia from USA
I just want to see if she would honestly speak about the decline of her voice and what really happened in her divorce from Nick. When she divorced TM she never hesitated to speak about what happened. With Nick she's been really quiet and don't think she's being quiet just due to her kids. I mostly want that voice discussion though. I know legally she probably can't talk about what happened with Brenda K. Starr, her sister, her brother, Walter Alka-Seltzer, or Stella Whositwhatit and her traveling freakshow.

Damizza spills tea (81,838) by Chicago Lamb from USA
Damizza's revelation is what should be in the forthcoming memoir book. On YouTube. Suicide allegations, an alleged ride to the hospital, alleged physical abuse. Wendy should be sipping this on Monday.

Re: Incoming (81,816) (81,836) by Lila from United States
I watched it. The where was a restaurant. The rest of your questions I can sum up in these words: This is the consequence of successful women letting unsuccessful men with questionable characters into their lives. This man is stuck in 2001 because Mariah foolishly annexed him into her life and paid his way with no regard to the outcome. You can't just pull the rug out after that and assume that a person with no identity or success of their own is just going to gladly fade into obscurity. Ultimately, he doesn't really care if Mariah is using her Bipolar Disorder to gain sympathy, true or not. He just wants to once again have his name in connection to hers. No other reason seems plausible. Nothing he has to say about Mariah ever leads me to believe that he should still have something to say about her or has unfinished business with her over 10 years later. So if she is using it for sympathy why care? Her business not his. He just wants to relive the connection anyway possible. Still, he's great insight into Mariah's current dumbass's future.

Re: New memoirs (81,831) (81,835) by Bill from the UK
The memoirs will likely not be an expose. There will be huge legal ramifications if she did a tell all. She has said in many interviews she cannot go into the details around what went on due to confidentiality agreements etc. I have always been interested in her rise to the top and her early years. What “Mirage” was doing every evening, how she was working with Gavin and Ben and Brenda before the record deal, the wood shop, the song writing, the demos. We know enough from what followed afterwards.

Re: New memoirs (81,831) (81,834) by Andrew from UK
I think the lambs are responsible themselves for creating this world around Mariah in which really dark things happen, where she is bullied and tormented etc. She won't write a tell-all book at any point because she will need evidence for any allegations she makes of face libel charges and hefty pay-outs. And given her recent revelations of bi-polar II disease, her accounts may need to be held up to even more scrutiny, so a book going hand-in-hand with the revelation is the worst decision.

Re: New memoirs (81,831) (81,833) by RibbonB from USA
Why is R rated the only story of value? Authenticity is always appreciated whatever it is. The issue is she just started therapy if she has actually started. This hairball idea seems too much too soon after the initial announcement. Not to mention she has teased about memoirs many times. Years ago she was trying to sell the idea for no less than 5 million, but didn't get that offer. She seems to want to glorify her life with reality shows, self produced biopics and now a new memoir. A good authentic record could be a good start.

Re: The chasm (81,827) (81,832) by Edward from USA
Trey is on Mariah's payroll. He takes care of keeping his checks coming in by being one of those who just shuts his mouth and go with the flow, I wouldn't necessarily call that a true friend. He's more like an acquaintance. You see Trey on Mariah's shows, you very rarely see them hanging out together. He's been loyal to her in a way, like he would be there if need be, but a friend that would call her out on stupid shit she does, he isn't. He and Mary Ann get paid whether they're working with her on the road or just sitting at their homes. To a certain extend, I don't blame them for not risking their income. They've seen the train-wreck she's been on but you just see them happy in the background. And these are not speculations, these things I know for a fact. Anthony has been the closest to a friend I have seen around Mariah in the past three years, and look where he ended up. At the end of the day, only Mariah can get on her own healing path. Like they say, you can't change what you don't acknowledge. Now that she's finally acknowledged publicly she's bipolar and her struggle with it, I think she's on the right path.

Re: New memoirs (81,829) (81,831) by T from USA
The only way the memoirs will be of true value is if Mariah goes into that rated R dark place she's eluded too in the past. A true honest account. However as long as she wants a career in the pop world she probably can't write that kind of book. That's why I would hope she just starts the writing of the book but doesn't actually release it until she's well into her sixties and has no more industry ties or pressures to appear a certain way. For now just give us honest and open music that can act as a therapeutic outlet in the same way.

Memoirs / album (81,830) by Edouard from France
In terms of promotion I believe it'd be a good move to publish a book and release an album at the same time. I don't know if that's ever been done but it would be cool. it would also emphasize on Mariah, the writer, singer-songwriter. Whatchuguysthink ?

New memoirs (81,829) by Chicago Lamb from USA
I'm all for the writing of a book, but only if it will give us new information. Real, honest, deep dirt. I mean for fans like us, we know basically everything there is to know. I have a feeling this will be for the masses, and just a regurgitation of what she's already censored and talked about in her more serious and personal interviews, ie Barbara Walters, Oprah, Charlie Rose, etc.
