Haha. You clearly are a pro on Excel, I can't do anything fancy on it but record the title, year of release, and catalogue number. Do you ever go as far as whipping out the collection now and again to polish the cases or just admire them, because I do. I can talk about collecting cd's all day too. I'm still quite the amateur though. I haven't even started collecting records or tapes yet. Feel free to message back about this topic on here or email cvjade07@.com

B, that would be awesome. I love Side Effects, Breakdown, The Roof, and Long Ago. The other genius side of the "ballad Mariah". I never get tired of listening to them. Musically and lyrically Mariah at her best. Although she has so many great up-tempos. With the new album name I would prefer a simple one-word title, like in the "golden past". "Limelight" sounds pretty good. Someone mentioned "Phoenix" which is also cool. Simply "Mariah" is nice too but not so creative. Well, of course the music matters, but a good album title is never wrong.

Stella Bitchvodkanog (82,023)

Almost everything stella has claimed is laughable. How can you file a lawsuit based on sexual harassment/breech of contract but then start talking about her not taking her bipolar meds? No wonder no lawyer would take her case. Everything about it screams Yolanda Saldivar style revenge. The only thing good about this situation is it seems that it's bringing a lot of people to Mariah's defense, and I hate to say it, but Mariah needs the sympathy. If you read the comments of theshaderoom's post about Stella's "lawsuit" I can't find one comment that isn't defending Mariah. Ha. I bet stella expected this to hurt Mariah's career, since almost everything else she's done has. Yet this in some [censored] up way may be the most helpful thing she's done for Mariah? Hell. She's even got Wendy defending Mariah several times throughout the past couple months. If you look at Mariah's public image this time last year vs now- it's a full 180. Call me crazy, but I think there is a chance for another successful era for Mariah.

Listen to this. I knew the mashup for the Junior Vasquez remix of Heartrbreaker, but this is so good, an ode to the mid 80's. I love it.

I always skipped Faded. However, I love Money ($*/...). It's silly fun and the hook is as catchy as the flu. Cry. is another favorite of mine. It's a bold way to open an album and Dedicated featuring Nas is Mariah's best Hip-hop collab since Side Effects with Young Jezzy. I hope Mariah writes more songs like Side Effects, Breakdown, The Roof, and Long Ago.

Redemption or The Redemption of Mimi or The Redemption of Mariah Carey. Or Mariah. Like Janet's Janet. (Janet's best album in my opinion.) I'm just glad that Jay-Z, Roc Nation, and Mariah's team (and Mariah) have her writing with new collaborators. MIAMTEC is a solid body of work, Mariah's best album since The Emancipation of Mimi or E=MC2. Memoirs is/was the nadir of her career. I think Tricky, The Dream, and Mariah knew Obsessed was a hit and hurriedly put together an album so they could release it as soon as possible however the album was delayed which prevented the single from getting a boost on the charts from first week sales of the album. If both Memoirs and MIAM had been released when their respective lead singles were peaking both albums would have performed better and Mariah would have two more #1's.

"Somehow the ones that I needed, would find me eventually" (82,018)

I was watching old videos of Mariah and this one has some pretty magical moments in it. She's giving it her all and I love it. There is an artist I really like, his name is Steven Wilson. Most of his stuff is Progressive Rock but recently he's ventured into pop. He's someone I dream about Mariah collaborating with. I consider him a musical genius. I believe he could be her next Walter Afanasieff. They would write beautiful songs together. I would really love to see Mariah work with Steven Wilson and also with Kendrick Lamar. Preferably all three of them together. On a whole album, not just a song. This whole thing with Stella will blow over. The whole world has witnessed Mariah's eccentricities and we still love her. Despite tabloids trying to convince us otherwise. Mariah's fanbase is loyal and solid. It's obvious Stella is trying to blackmail Mariah but there is no need to be afraid because most of the things we're afraid of, they're just shadows. They're not real. Mariah, just keep shining your light. We live in a broken world and nobody expects you to be perfect. Nobody is, except Jesus. The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand. Psalms 37:23-24

Jade we are the same. I also have an excel with my collection because I am a geek. I live in excel every day for my job and live in excel at home haha. I could talk all day about collecting. I never bothered with CDr versions, and was always weary of anything from South America, but I did collect the silver disc bootleg CDs that came out during the 90s. They to me were "official" bootlegs lol. It was great to have the Music Box concerts on CD, even though they were recorded on a potato.

If you hate Migrate, you don't belong here. Here we love Migrate more than we love Mariah, so you're banned. As for "Thirsty", well, it shoudn't have been a single. Thirsty is about Mariah herself and her splashes, you can clearly hear her drinking it at the beginning of the song. "I Don't" was supposed to be about Packer, yet Mariah wrote the song way before they broke up, so I guess they like changing the contexts just to misguide us. Supernatural is about "Children of The Corn".

Stella Stella Stella (82,004)
by Edward from USA

I think this mess it about to blow up on Stella's Contour. According to Page 6, Stella stole money from Mariah. They had a business venture together and Stella used the business credit card to remodel her home after she wasn't working with Mariah anymore. The guy on page 6 said: "allegedly", but it's not far fetched that actually happened. I don't think there's going to be a settlement on this one, since Mariah's stance is that she's fighting it with weaves, boobs, and splashes if it's necessary. I actually think Stella won't file this lawsuit. People didn't like Stella from the beginning. If Stella doesn't stop this nonsense, she might end up with one fifth of the amount of men Mariah's slept with worth clients. Well, she could still be successful with 6 clients.

I caught Wendy's comments on the Stella shakedown and she is essentially on Mariah's side. She's been encouraging Mimi to get rid of Stella for awhile. Hopefully the story will stay out of the mainstream media as it should.
