AIWFCIY (104,249) by jaker20 from US
Is now 50th biggest hit ever in BB charts. It will continue to climb in the next couple of weeks and enter top 40, becoming MC's 3rd in the chart, after OSD and WBT. By the end of this season it could be the 15th biggest hit ever, surpassing The Beatles' Hey Jude. Needless to say, next year will be big huge year for Mariah, with the MC album's 30th anniversary.

Congratulations. What a speech, I really felt it. Bravo Mariah. By the way, was there Dwanye Johnson in the audience? Sweet smile for Mariah. When Mariah said: music belongs to her soul. And Mariah's music belongs to my soul too.

I've always loved her speaking alto voice. So cool and "sexy". I could listen for hours, just Mariah talking. Lol. Her speaking voice is calming to me.

I 100% agree with this post through and through haha. I was surprised everyone was praising the tributes (I didn't even bother with OSD) and I was like am I the only one thinking they are awful like I get it, it's a tribute and not a mimicry and the artists put their own spin on it but this wasn't it. I absolutely loved her speech, she was animated, funny, looked absolutely stunning. She looked like she time travelled back to 2005. This is also the most animated I've seen her in a while. For some reason in most of her previous appearances or performances (not talking about the tour I haven't seen any clips of that yet) she has been very stiff like she was afraid to move. I can't put my finger on it but there was just a lack of energy and movement. She has been getting a lot of press lately and she's all over. She teamed with 2 huge brands Mattel and Victoria's Secret. I hope she keeps the momentum going and releases a non holiday album fresh off her holiday domination.

It was lovely to see Mariah acting so humble, she seemed calm and together here. I hope she takes comfort in the fact she's a respected artist and sees these great singers singing her songs and thinks how important her craft is, and not focus so much on how she looks, and gets back to what she does best. She's seemed like her old self sat there and didn't come across as a diva.

Her natural alto voice is shining through more when she speaks. Her voice reminds me of her 90s interviews. I think that a vocal coach or Mary Ann told her to limit her intake of alcohol this summer and see how your vocal range returns. It was evidence on most of Caution. I am anticipating that we will get more of her alto range with heavier tones and less belting on the new album.

Congratulations to Mariah for the Griot [sic] Award. It is so refreshing to see her in her element. Jennifer Hudson's tribute was an event to itself as it should be.

Thanks Robert. He's all over commercials these days, likes chips, fast food and stuff but I don't recognize any of his music. Thanks for the help, I'm having a senior/I don't know her moment and was wondering why he's all over my tv commercial breaks.

Oh my goodness this tribute was amazing. I feel like Mariah has been getting all her well deserved flowers lately. Stunning vocals from Patti and JHud especially.

All three performances were absolutely awful. Jennifer Hudson and Patti Labelle plodded through songs - which are supposed to build in momentum - only for them both to climax in the most awful screeching. It's very easy to see why Mariah sold records in the way she did. And the less said about the lady singing with Boyz II Men the better.

Mariah's speech endearing. She was unassuming, funny, concise and beautiful. Her speaking voice is noticeably a lot deeper than before. I think she is now going through a lot more vocally than previously realised. Despite that, it was a good showing from her.

Patti killed it as expected and Jennifer Hudson tore up "Vision of Love". I [loved] that declaration Jhud said before the final note "we love you" and [indeed] we do Mariah.

Who is Jack Harlow? (104,233) by Bobby A from United States
Jack Harlow is popular today because of his song What's Poppin went viral on Tik Tok. Lil Wayne, Tory Lanez, and Da Baby jumped on the remix and reached #2 on the Hot 100. He got a Grammy nomination and XXL Magazine named him apart of the 2020 Freshman class. His new song Lovin On Me is a R&B sample of 1995 Cadillac Dale's song Whatever (Bass Solique) and it is another Tik Tok viral sensation.

What a welcome surprise for Jennifer Hudson, Coco Jones and Boyz II Men, and the legendary Miss Patti Labelle to sing for MC. I loved all of their renditions especially Miss Patti's beautiful performance of Love Takes Time. I loved how JHud sang VOL in her own way and making MC smile. Coco Jones seemed nervous and kind of messed up the first verse to me with the wrong lyrics and some humming of the words. Maybe I'm wrong about her performance. No one will ever be able to sing MC's One Sweet Day like her.

This article right here. After reading about each song and the number of weeks each spent at #1, it kind of adds up for these 15 songs only. That's how I interpreted the article.

It re-entered the Hot 100 at No 17. Only three other Christmas songs re-entered the the chart this week, but AIWFCY is ahead of all of them. We can expect a high jump to the top five next week and the rest would be a fight to death, but I think, at least, it'll snatch a couple of weeks this season.

While we argue about vocals and stiffness and what [may] or may not have happened, can we please acknowledge the wit and maturity and total focus and lack of tangents she's been on recently. This made me proud.
