She is more focused on Christmas music and merchandise during the Christmas season. This is when she makes most of her money nowadays. I just wish L.A. Reid would come back in the picture and give her some direction. I just put the puzzle pieces together about the reason why MC wants to trademark the Queen of Christmas. She needs this trademark distinction to promote the release of The Christmas Princess hitting bookshelves on November 1st and other Christmas merchandise dropping this year. There was a very Mariah looking ornament that someone created a few years back, that said "All I Want For Christmas Is You" on it. It looked like it could have been official, but it was not. Whenever someone calls her that during an interview, she refuses to take the title. Now someone in her team sold her on the trademark idea? It's not something she needs or that helps her brand in any way. I couldn't care less about this endeavor. Her should focus on nailing down her brand and working to elevate it. Mariah needs some new blood on her team - people with vision and purpose. All that said, I don't know who this Chan lady is. I googled her and still couldn't make sense out of it. This is probably the most notoriety she's ever had/is likely to ever get. And Ms. Love - well, bless her. She has a right to make her coins off of whatever she can. Citing David Letterman as reference doesn't help her in any way, however. It's all subjective. Nobody puts Christmas on the map like Mariah. Nobody. For better or worse. New remix cd (100,984) by Bobby A from United States I just purchased on Ebay a MC Remix Collection - Unreleased CD that has a total of 9 tracks. Two of them are new to Lambs. They are a 9:50 Thunderpuss remix of Someday and a 6:13 Michael Angelo X Junior Vasquez remix of Shake It Off. These remixes are new to us, right? What's weird is the fact the house since to have been unattended. I don't think Mariah got this house with the purpose of living in it, but to have a place to state while she's working on the project she's working on. Anyway it's always the same. I love many artists but only Mariah can heal and give peace to the soul (and ears lol). Corny but true. You know it. Trey Lorenz (100,974) by MusicfanJ from Germany I just discovered his debut album. I own the Mr. Mista album but somehow I never thought about his debut. I think it's amazing how Mariah is giving her background vocals on "Just to be close to you" and "Always in love". (By AIL I get a little "Everything fades way" vibe at the end, heavenly.) Mariah's recent output (100,971) by Billy from Greece As I've been listening to Mariah's output of the past few years, among them "We Belong Together (Valentine's Mix Extended)", "Heroes/Hero/Joy to the World" and "Somewhat Loved", I have to say once more kudos to Mariah for her creativity. I love the vocals, the productions and they sound great as a whole as well. I also love this performance of "Can't Let Go" from 2019. Full of passion, elegance and musicality.
