Oh wow the case was by Mariah for blackmail and I guess slander. For some reason I thought it was by the assistant for wrongful termination. But oh well at least it's done for now. I hope Stella and the clan remains gone.

Morgan is pathetic (98,327)
by RibbonB from USA

His lawsuit is trash. The nerve of him to bring up old silly mess with other stars, especially the one who trashed her relentlessly. His case has no merit, but he may get some sort of settlement for being a nuisance. I hope Mimi can get the judge to barr him from any future money grabs, so he can shut up finally. Thank God he never got his claws on control of her life and money.

Lol whatever that means. Somehow, I still think ish will crop up again, but yay. I actually hope it's over. That was the weirdest lawsuit, with strange allegations.

Good one. I always liked "You're Mine" although a lot of fans find that song a bit boring. But the lyrics from "Butterfly" are on another level. I also love the lyrics from Charmbracelet like "Subtle Invitation", "Lullaby", "Yours" and of course "Clown".

That was a clap back. These lyrics are so underrated. If anyone has a favorite lamb-made remix or alternate version of this song please share.

Did we all notice that Mariah’s July 4 pics were recycled from last year? I’ve always wanted Mariah to be an enviro and go green but maybe in a different way. Anyhow, hope she and her kids are ok. Be well and stay safe and cool.

MusicfanJ: "I miss those kind of lyrics from her."
"Summer days and summer nights When I felt you in my arms Didn't I want to badly Wanted to let you have me Autumn days and stormy nights When you crushed me with your charms Didn't I need you madly Now I'm lying here falling apart"
"I can't seem to live without your love Suffocating here by myself, dying for your touch Springtime eyes that get you every time And I just can't seem to give you up, you're mine"

I don't like people like you on this board, so negative. Somewhat Wrong has the potential to be Mariah's next No. 1. If we all request, request, request and stream, stream, stream on all computers and devices in our households, it could definitely hit the top spot. She effed up with Infinity, but redeemed herself with this one. With a great video like "I Don't", lying on the back of a car, it would be a travesty of the music industry if it didn't. I even found a way to get my granny streaming it on her vintage flip phone. I'm determined.

Girl, those who are comparing AIWFCIY to Somewhat Loved must be kidding. AIWFCIY finally hit number one due to how streaming is weighted, which becomes especially important during the festive season.
Somewhat Loved will never chart. I believe Mariah knows it, considering the very little social media promotion and lack of any other support. She's featured, so thankfully this will not be her lead into her next studio album.
Give me more Caution vibes, elevated, please. And perhaps a more cohesive, well-structured bop to bring it on home.

Personally I prefer "boy you're acting so corny like Fritos" and "how 'bout you get the smurf out" over "then you put your hand in mine, and we ran from the rain, tentatively kissed goodnight, and went our separate ways, and I've never truly felt the way that I, felt that fourth of July".

I guess that would be the fact that vinyl is an analog sound and so that digital over compression on her vocals would be absent. I really don't care for that song though not hers nor his version.

I love It's Like That so much. When it came out I couldn't get enough of it. I was working at a restaurant and heard it for the first time coming from the little radio in the kitchen that the cooks would play. I thought the lyrics were fresh and new and the whole sound was so on point. I second that we need a moment like that again. "Just makin the most of life."

AIWFCIY reached the top spot 18 years later. It might take 50 for "Somewhat Wrong", but it could get there. We should all start requesting and calling the radio stations now.

A fun and sexy song is exactly what we need right now. We know she's got it in her. I want something fresh and a new style, I love the signature style but I also want something "new" and unexpected. Like when "it's Like That" came out, it took a second listen but quickly grew on me. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. MC16 better deliver, some Lambs won't wait forever and unfortunately will probably move on, like some people on this board.

I mean you never know. A lot of lambs didn't expect Touch My Body to go to #1 and yet. Actually, that'd make for an interesting conversation.
For MC16's lead single, would [sic] kind of vibe are you hoping for/expecting? A sex jam er sensual jam, like Honey/Touch My Body, a fun jam like Fantasy/Heartbreaker, or something more dramatic like Vision of Love/Emotions?

Missie is so talented, happy bday. I was today years old when I found out that "work it" just flipped and reversed the phrase, I put my thang down flipped it and reversed it.
