Love Story video (96,640) by Jamie from UK Just had [YouTube] on shuffle and Love Story video came on, I forgot how happy she looks in this video. (Sunday 15 November 2020; 21:19)

Still can't get over Loverboy (Firecracker) (96,639) by John from USA I have been listening to this song (along with "Here We Go Around Again" and "All I Live For") nonstop since The Rarities came out. There is zero doubt in my mind that this is the true version of Loverboy we were meant to get and would have gone straight to #1. It is truly in the league of her incredible 90s lead singles that we were used to at the time. I still love the Candy version, but the Firecracker version goes so much harder, and that chorus though? The chorus pops so much more on this version, and I love the "hey loverboy" that she says in the background throughout the song. And I also love that the song features no one and is just her. Pure pop perfection, and one of her best uptempo songs ever. (Sunday 15 November 2020; 15:17)

I like the innocent princess vibe and the backstage scenes. The casual base cap is very sweet on her too. She was so young then, looks like baby MC. Haha. I also wish the Americans good luck with the new president. As an European I will just say I like how Mr. Biden talks and most of us here in Germany are happy with the vote. I used to be in an German-American friendship Club so I know how divided the opinions can be. I guess it's the same in almost every other country with the politics. "One Night: What is the recurring phrase the background sings all the way" It's "Oh baby baby... don't". I can tell you that without even playing it. I have listened to this song endlessly. I am gobsmacked it did not make Daydream. Was it too fun? It's like the response to Fantasy. It is genius. As is Here We Go Round Again (I don't like the debut album much but this song is unbelievably good). As is All I Live For. (Come on, this is infectious. How did this make the cut?) As is Firecracker Loverboy. (This would have gone global No1. Who cares that woman used the sample?) As is Out Here On My Own. (It is as much a Mariah Carey ballad now as is My All, but better because we are all feeling this one collectively.) The Rarities is special. It has a unique place in my heart. This is Mariah doing ten minutes vanity interspersed with really bad tour footage that does not remotely suit the song. Underneath The Stars video (96,619) by Terna from Nigeria I couldn't help but feel nostalgic as this song makes me feel, and watching the video for the very first time it dawned on me that this was the very first song I ever heard from the "Daydream" LP, and boy have we come a long way since then. Was hoping for a storyline or something cute similar to the Always Be My Baby video, that's how I always envisioned this video would be like.
